unit 3 we should learn to take care of ourselves教師授課時間 月 日 星期 課時第 7 課時課題unit 3 we should learn to take care of ourselves.課型新授教學目的(一) 語言目標1. 詞匯:(1) 能聽懂、會說、認讀詞組keep our body clean, eat healthy food, feel happy, do exercise every day等。(2) 聽得懂、會說、會讀、會寫單詞take care of, healthy, keep, exercise, jog等。2. 句型:用“we should .” “we can .”和同伴表達自己對養(yǎng)成健康生活習慣的建議或想法。(二) 應用目標1. 能表達應該做某事。2. 知道什么是良好的生活習慣,并能表達養(yǎng)成良好生活習慣應該做到的事情。3. 能聽懂、會說a部分的課文。重點(1) 能聽懂、會說、認讀新詞組keep our body clean, eat healthy food, feel happy, do exercise every day。(2) 能用“we should .” “we can .”和同伴表達自己對養(yǎng)成健康生活習慣的建議或想法。難點(1) should的發(fā)音和運用。(2) 對結(jié)構(gòu)較為復雜的詞組的理解和表達,如learn to take care of ourselves。因為學生初次接觸,教師需引導學生讀的時候根據(jù)意群進行停頓,幫助學生按意群來理解長句。教學準備教學動畫等,“連詞成句”活動單詞卡,作業(yè)紙(表格)。教學過程step 1 熱身/ 復習(warm-up/revision)1. game氣球爆炸從屏幕底部依次升起大量的氣球,學生要搶在氣球爆炸前快速認出氣球上的動詞,大聲讀出來并用動作表演出來。氣球可以分兩批出現(xiàn),第一批為單個動詞,如sing, dance, draw, eat, drink, wash, swim, walk, run, listen, read;第二批為動詞詞組類,如sing a song, drawpictures, eat fish, drink water, wash our face, wash hands, eat food, do exercise, listen to music, watch tv, go to bed, read books。2. free talk“氣球爆炸”游戲結(jié)束時,所有動詞詞組都同時再現(xiàn)在屏幕上,以便在對話的時候為基礎較差的學生提供幫助。(1) 師生互動t: what do you usually do?s1: i usually listen to music.t: what can you do?s2: i can wash my clothes.(2) 生生互動talk in pairs. what do you usually do? what can you do?step 2 新課呈現(xiàn)(presentation)1. 情境創(chuàng)設:new friend markhe was very fat. now he is very happy, because why? he is very healthy and strong.教師介紹一位新朋友給大家認識,先出示mark一張很胖的照片,說:look, he is our new friend mark. he was very fat, and he is a bit sad.然后再出示張 mark 的近照,說:but now, he is very happy, because he is very healthy and strong.借此復習 happy, strong,引出新詞healthy,進行教授。注意th的發(fā)音。(教師順勢板書healthy, strong, happy,為后面的學習和對課文的梳理做鋪墊。)2. new words(1) eat healthy food, shouldto be healthylisten to the sound.課件中播放mark的錄音:i want to be healthy. so i eat healthy food every day. 教師出示圖片,問:look, what does he eat? 學生說出食物名稱:fish, vegetables, bread, milk, rice, apple, pear, orange,這時引導學生說出fruit。教學should eat healthy food。將單詞教學融于情理之中來進行,才能使學生真正理解其意。t: mark eats fish, vegetables, fruit. they are the healthy food, so he is healthy. do you want to be healthy? s: yes, we want to be healthy.t: so what should we do?進而教學“we should eat healthy food.”,板書在黑板上。(2) keep our body cleanto be clean播放mark和妹妹的錄音。sister: how delicious! lets eat together!mark: no, we should wash our hands before eating.出示圖片教學。t: wash our hands, face and body.keep our body clean.(板書keep our body clean)(3) do exercise every day, jog, take long walksto be strong教學方法同上,板書do exercise every day。3. 操練詞句(1) “挑戰(zhàn)記憶”小游戲操作方法:先齊讀板書“we should keep our body clean. we should eat healthy food. we should do exercise every day.”,兩分鐘強化記憶,教師計時,時間一到教師擦除畫線部分的單詞,比比誰能又快又準地寫出來。(2) “連詞成句”小游戲操作方法:教師可將重點句中的單詞寫在小卡片上,打亂順序發(fā)給學生,讓拿到卡片的學生上講臺重新排序,連成一個句子。(如下圖)4. the dialogue第一步:listen, look and answer整體感知課文大意。課件逐幅出示課文插圖,與錄音同步;學生一邊靜靜傾聽錄音,一邊觀看圖片,融入課文的情境之中。再回答:what did you hear?第二步:listen, point and find抓住關鍵信息。翻開書,一邊聽,一邊指,畫出含有should的句子。第三步:listen and repeat聽音,跟讀,注意模仿原聲帶地道的語音、語調(diào)。尤其注意語氣要讓聽者認同。第四步:read and answer閱讀課文,梳理信息,完成表格。we should.we can/ want to be.keep our body cleanwash our hands, face and bodycleaneat healthy foodeat vegetables, fish, fruithealthydo exercise every dayrun, jog, swim, walkstrongsing, dance and drawhappy第五步:read and act出示沒有句子的課文插圖,讓學生與同桌之間進行分角色朗讀或表演,引導學生記憶對話內(nèi)容。step 3 趣味練習(practice)task: how to take good care of ourselves?1. 學生46人為一組,選擇一個話題。如:how to be healthy? how to be strong? how to be happy?2. 組內(nèi)合作,出謀劃策,討論記錄。3. act it out分工合作,由部分學生表演情境,組內(nèi)其他成員用“we should/can.”提出建議。s1: how to be healthy?s2 and s3: lets eat fast food, and the fried chicken is very nice.ss: we should eat healthy food and eat more fruit. its good for us.s4: im very hungry. i eat 2 hamburgers, 3 eggs, a bowl of rice and.ss: stop, you shouldnt eat too much. you should take care of yourself.跟讀至少兩遍,遇到長句時引導學生學會按意群斷句。教師可適當加以示范。作業(yè)1. 聽錄音,并模仿朗讀課文,嘗試根據(jù)課堂上完成的表格復述課文。2. 為家人設計“溫馨提示語”,如:we should keep our body clean. we should do exercise every day.板書設計healthy, strong, happywe should eat healthy food.keep our body cleando exercise every day教學后記對高年級學生應該逐步培養(yǎng)其收集信息、處理信息的能力,答案可根據(jù)自身的理解進行表達。教師授課時間 月 日 星期 課時第 8 課時課題unit 3 we should learn to take care of ourselves.課型新授教學目的(一) 語言目標1. 詞匯:(1) 能聽懂、會說、認讀keep our body clean, eat healthy food, feel happy, do exercise every day等,進一步熟悉以上詞組。(2) 能聽懂hour, does tai chi, sometimes等。2. 句型:(1) 能熟練運用“weshould .”和“we can .”談論養(yǎng)成良好生活習慣應該做的事。(2) 能看懂、會說“he sometimes . for one or two hours.”。(二) 應用目標1. 能在情境中熟練運用should進行會話,運用六年級上冊第八單元已經(jīng)掌握的“ we should/shouldnt ”句型表達應該做某事和不該做某事。2. 能借助插圖閱讀和理解課文d部分的短文。3. 能在對d部分短文理解的基礎上,完成相應的練習。重點能熟練運用should表達應該做某事。難點能理解d部分的短文。教學準備教學配套的動畫、多媒體課件。教學過程step 1 熱身/復習(warm-up/revision)1. greetings2. revision(1) 出示大量配有圖片的詞組,讓學生一邊做動作一邊讀。例如:(2) 頭腦風暴:伴隨動感音樂,滾動播放上述圖片及詞組,若音樂停止,幻燈片停留在某張圖片上,學生即用“we should/shouldnt .”進行表達。又快又準確的獲勝。step 2 趣味操練(lets act)這是一個交際活動,讓學生在小組交流活動中逐步養(yǎng)成用英語熟練表達的能力。1. listen and say聽音訓練,安靜、純粹地聽c部分的內(nèi)容,說一說聽到了什么單詞和句子。2. listen and repeat聽音跟讀,了解這一活動的內(nèi)容。3. discuss in groups全班六人為一組,以“how to take care of ourselves”為主題展開討論。每人說出一至兩點,用短語或圖片展示出來。4. make a poster小組合作制作海報。5. show the ideas and the posters小組上臺展示。如:ss: how to take care of ourselves? look!s1: 做眼保健操的動作。ss: we should do eye exercises.s2: 做跑步的動作。ss: we should run, jog and walk.step 3 趣味閱讀(lets read)1. listen and catch the main idea教師出示課文插圖,學生聽錄音,了解故事大致內(nèi)容,提出疑問,設置懸念。t: who is he? he is mr lin. how old is he? he is 80 years old. he is very old. but he is happy and healthy.2. read and underline the new words打開書,快速閱讀,畫出新詞。教師引導學生猜測詞義,讓學生說說自己平常在閱讀過程中解決生詞的好方法。如查英漢詞典(hour),借助圖片猜,直譯詞根據(jù)讀音來猜(do tai chi),在語境中猜(have a rest),根據(jù)單詞結(jié)構(gòu)即構(gòu)詞法來猜(sometimes, newspaper)。3. listen, repeat and answer the questions打開書,再聽錄音,回答問題。在師生交流中,抓住關鍵信息,理解新詞、新句。q: what does mr lin do every morning?a: he does tai chi at the park, then takes a long walk around the park, then he goes home to have a rest.q: what does he have for lunch?a: he has rice with vegetables, fish and chicken.4. listen and repeat聽錄音,大聲跟讀,模仿語音、語調(diào)。5. make a timetable of mr lin根據(jù)短文,列出林爺爺?shù)囊惶?。timethings mr lin doesin the morningdoes tai chitake a long walk around the parkgoes home to have a restin the afternoonreads newspaperslistens to musicat nightwatches tv for one or two hoursgoes to bed before 10:00 p.m.6. read and thinkwhat do you learn from mr lin?
