, Abstract With the development of puncturing technique and Imageology, the methods of interventional treatment for the pancreatic diseases have gradually increased and the effect is also remarkable day by day. It not only with small trauma, simple, safe, effective and less complications but also significantly reduce the length of hospitalization. Thesse are the characteristics of interventional treatment. In this review we will introduce the progress of the interventional therapy from pancreatitis, pancreatic carcinoma and pancreas postoperative bleeding and so on.
