Read and write內(nèi)容簡析:這部分教學內(nèi)容分為讀、寫兩部分:第一部分要求學生借助圖片閱讀四段文字,完成Read and tick的活動;第二部分為個性化的書寫活動,要求學生模仿例句畫圖并寫出相應的句子。設計思路:這節(jié)課為本單元的第六課時,圍繞這一單元的主題“At the farm”開展閱讀訓練,首先通過一首節(jié)奏明快的小詩復習What are these/those?的句型,讓學生感知“遠”和“近”的表達區(qū)別,再利用“一閃而過”的游戲鞏固本單元的單詞,引出農(nóng)場中的動植物;在閱讀指導中,通過“速讀”找出相應信息,“掃讀”圈出關(guān)鍵單詞,“細讀”理解文段拓展新知識,一步步循序漸進,使得學生充分理解課文,掌握閱讀技巧,運用所學知識,能夠通過重點詞句進行農(nóng)場的描述;最后,利用“設計農(nóng)場”這一活動鞏固重點句型“These/Those are” 綜合運用本單元的知識進行書寫及展示。教學目標:1.能夠在圖片的幫助下讀懂短文,在語境中理解新詞:garden , goat , eat的意思。2.能借助圖片、運用速讀和跳讀等方法來理解文章意思。3.能以模仿的方式來初步感知句子升降調(diào)現(xiàn)象并正確朗讀文章。4.能以小組合作的學習方式來運用語言,并能夠在有意義的語境中仿寫句子These/Those are.教學重點:1、鞏固學習本單元的主要句型和詞匯。2、培養(yǎng)學生的閱讀能力,幫助學生正確規(guī)范地在有意義的語境中仿寫句子These/Those are.教學難點:1.能夠在有意義的語境中正確書寫和運用These/Those are.2.能夠會讀并理解They love to eat carrots,及l(fā)ove to eat的運用。教學準備:教學VCD, PPT課件, 學生設計農(nóng)場的圖片教學過程:Step1: Warm up 1. Greetings. 2. Lets chant: What are these/ those? They are設計意圖:通過詩歌復習鞏固these和those的句型;同時活躍課堂氣氛,使得學生快速進入英語學習的氛圍。Step2: Pre-reading1. Game: Sharp eyes. (Review the words about the farm).2. Watch and say: These/ Those are.(Introduce the animals in the picture) 設計意圖:通過游戲調(diào)動學生的積極性,活躍課堂氣氛,同時復習以前學過的與本節(jié)課內(nèi)容相關(guān)的動物和蔬菜的單詞,為開展本節(jié)課的讀寫教學做好鋪墊。Step3: While reading1.First readingT: My friend Mike likes to eat vegetables. Can you guess: Where is he? Read the text quickly and answer the question:Where is Mike now?Ss: He is at Mr MacDonalds farm.T: How do you know? Read the sentences please. T: OK! Lets get on the bus and go to the farm together.設計意圖:快速掃讀全文,找出其中一個關(guān)鍵點,培養(yǎng)學生帶著問題進行閱讀的習慣,同時對于整節(jié)課起了一個過渡性的作用。2.Second readingT: Look! This is Mr MacDonald. He has a farm. There are many vegetables and animals on the farm. What are they? Read the text again. Please find and circle the words of the vegetables and animals.a. Read and circle. Ask the students to read the words of the vegetables and animals.b. Read and tick (Finish the exercise on page 43) c. Read and judge.(1)These are potatoes and eggplants at the farm. ( )設計意圖:通過細讀課文,找出農(nóng)場中出現(xiàn)的蔬菜和動物,并作出選擇和判斷,能夠較好地幫助學生理解課文,同時,在判斷題中讓學生作出判斷找出錯誤點并進行改正,也是對學生良好閱讀習慣的培養(yǎng)。3.Third reading1.Lets know more about the farm.(1) Lets look at the pictures 1 and 2.a. This is the vegetable garden. T: What can you see in this picture? Its a garden. (Teach and explain the word.)b. These are carrots and potatoes. Those are tomatoes and green beans over there. (Teach the word “goat”, boatcoat-goat) They love to eat carrots.The goats love to eat carrots. Make sentences: The_love to eat_.設計意圖:一段一段地進行課文分析,找出新單詞及句型,進行看圖說句子、選擇正確意思、造句等口頭練習,幫助學生理解并運用新單詞及句型。2. Ask more questions about the farm, then answer. 設計意圖:通過看圖提問更多關(guān)于農(nóng)場的問題并回答這一活動,發(fā)散學生的思維,綜合運用所學知識。Step4: Post-readingLook and say.Mike took some pictures from the farm.
