Problem-based learning is the more popular more effective teaching model at the international and the specific advantages of web environment provide more favorable conditions for the conduction of problem-based learning. But the researchers found that if implementing problem-based learning activities under the web environment the current learning support system does not adequately meet the needs of teaching. Therefore researching the support system of problem-based learning under network environment especially the design of the method has an important theoretical and practical value. The paper researchs the design of the system its aim is to give a design method for the system.Using the methods of literature analysis case analysis system science instructional design object-oriented design the paper has carried out from the following four aspects.1 The basic analysis of system design. And analyses the basic concepts of the support system of problem-based learning under network environment summes up the theoretical foundation of the system design and analyses the related system case.
