Unit 6 Lesson 3 語法參考學(xué)案學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo):To know about the definition of Attributive Clause and put it into use學(xué)法指導(dǎo):1. 使用優(yōu)教通學(xué)生平臺2. 借助教輔和教參自主學(xué)習(xí)定語從句 (Attributive Clause)定語從句由關(guān)系詞引出,關(guān)系詞有關(guān)系代詞和關(guān)系副詞。關(guān)系詞的作用先行詞關(guān)系代詞指代在從句中的語法成分人who人主語人whom人賓語(可省)物which物主語 賓語 (可省)人 或 物that人 或 物主語 賓語 (可省)人 或 物whose人 或 物定語整個句子as整個句子主語 賓語先行詞關(guān)系副詞指代 在從句中的語法成分地點(diǎn)名詞where地點(diǎn)地點(diǎn)狀語時間名詞when時間時間狀語原因名詞why原因原因狀語一、關(guān)系代詞引導(dǎo)的定語從句引導(dǎo)定語從句的關(guān)系代詞具有三種作用: 1. 代替前面的先行詞(名詞或代詞或整個句子)。 2. 在從句中作一定的語法成分。3. 連接主句和從句。 The professor who visited our class yesterday is our new headmaster. 先行詞 who 代替先行詞professor ,who在從句中作主語,連接主句和從句 昨天來參觀我們教室的教授是我們的新校長。This is the girl whose football was lost. 這就是那個足球丟了的女孩。含有定語從句的主從復(fù)合句實(shí)質(zhì)上是由兩個簡單句合并而成的:The old man is Mr. Smith. He (The old man) told us the story. 主語The old man who / that told us the story is Mr. Smith. 主語 給我們講故事的那個老人是史密斯先生。The girl is his sister. You saw her (the girl) yesterday. 賓語 The girl (whom / that) you saw yesterday is his sister. 賓語 (可省) 你昨天看見的那個女孩是他的妹妹。A plane is a machine. It (The machine) can fly.二、介詞+關(guān)系代詞引導(dǎo)的定語從句:The house is over there. I once lived in the house.介詞的賓語The house (which / that) I once lived in is over thereThe house in which I once lived is over there. 介詞in的賓語 我曾住過的那個房子在那邊。The man is over there. Youre looking for him (the man).The man ( whom / that) youre looking for is over there.He built a telescope. He could study the skies through the telescope.He built a telescope through which he could study the skies. 介詞through的賓語 介詞后只可用which他造了一個他能夠通過它來觀察天空的望遠(yuǎn)鏡。The man is a doctor. You were just talking to the man. 介詞to的賓語 The man to whom you were just talking is a doctor. 介詞to的賓語 介詞后只可用whomThe man (whom) you were just talking to is a doctor. 你剛才同他談話的那個人是個醫(yī)生。注:介詞在前,關(guān)系代詞指人只能用whom,指物只能用which,不能用that。注意下列句子中關(guān)系代詞that的用法:1. He talked about the teachers and schools that he had visited.2. This is the best novel that I have ever read.3 Name all the men that seem suitable for the job. There is little (that) the enemy can do besides surrender. All that I can do is to wait here.4. There is no person that is always in the right.Nothing (that) I can say will improve matters.
