The main equipment and data processing methods of experiment research, as well as the standard k- model which has great impact on numerical simulation research and mixing surfaces technology are discussed. Finally the future research direction is pointed out by taking previous achievements and authors work practice into full consideration. China FAW Group Corporation R&D CENTER; 2. Jilin University) 【 Abstract】 The functions characteristics and design flow of several cab suspensions were introduced in this paper. The multi-rigid-body ADAMS model and rigid-elastic coupling model for a heavy-duty commercial vehicles cab suspension were established, the calculation and road test results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the time domain acceleration signal of the two models is approximately consistent with the test result, when the frequency is less than 20HZ, the calculation results of rigid-elastic coupling simulation model are most close to the test results; when the frequency is more than 20HZ, the precision of the elastic body model closes to multi-rigid-body model, thus the validity of empirical suspension parameter calculation method was verified. Finally, the system parameters optimization of cab suspension was carried out by using virtual DOE orthogonal test technique. The intelligent PID controller is designed based on the electronic throttle control strategy and electronic throttle step response test and electronic throttle following response test were carried out. The results show that the electronic throttle has good follow-up function and stability, the following curve is smooth and has no overshoot, therefore indicating that the control system can accurately control position of electronic throttle. The vehicle model with fourteen degrees of freedom and controller model were set up by using Matlab/Simulink, and the influence of nonlinear characteristics of tires on cornering characteristics and driving stability of vehicle was considered. The simulation results showed that handing and stability of vehicle on the high-way and slippery road can be improved by self-adaptive fuzzy controller. The controller demonstrated a good stability and robustness. Key words: ESP; Self-adaptive fuzzy control; Handling and stability; model 汽車技術(shù)雜志 2009 年第 3 期摘要 重型車液力緩速器制動(dòng)性能仿真研究 陸中華 程秀生 (吉林大學(xué) ) 【摘要】 建立了液力緩速器、行車制動(dòng)器和整車的數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用Matlab/simulink 組建了重型車制動(dòng)性能仿真模型,模型包括液力緩速器模塊和行車制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)模塊兩部分。對(duì)液力緩速器各擋位試驗(yàn)、仿真數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,兩者吻合程度較好;緊急制動(dòng)時(shí)的車速、制動(dòng)距離仿真表明,液力緩速器參與工作時(shí)制動(dòng)效果更明顯 ,從而證明了該仿真模型的正確性。 關(guān)鍵詞:重型汽車; 液力緩速器; 制動(dòng)性能; 仿真 Simulation Study on the Brake Performance of Heavy-duty Vehicle Hydraulic Retarder Lu Zhonghua Cheng Xiusheng (Jilin University) 【 Abstract】 The math models of hydraulic retarder, service brake system and complete vehicle were established in this paper, the simulation model of braking performance was built by using Matlab/Simulink, which included hydraulic retarder module and service brake system module. The gear shift tests and simulation data showed that they were approximately identical; the speed and braking distance in emergency braking simulation showed that the brake effects with hydraulic retarder were better, thus the simulation model is accurate. Key words: heavy-duty vehicle; hydraulic retarder; brake performance; simulation 汽車技術(shù)雜志 2009 年第 3 期摘要 制動(dòng)器摩擦副摩擦因數(shù)研究 趙凱輝 魏朗 (長安大學(xué)) 【摘要】以某 EQ1208 型車輛后橋鼓式制動(dòng)器為例,對(duì)其三維熱機(jī)耦合有限元模型進(jìn)行了等速持續(xù)制動(dòng)工況仿真。仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比表明,仿真值和試驗(yàn)值在相同溫度測量點(diǎn)的溫升動(dòng)態(tài)變化趨勢相同,從而驗(yàn)證了仿真所利用摩擦因數(shù)溫度特性的準(zhǔn)確性。對(duì)該后橋鼓式制動(dòng)器在連續(xù) 15 次循環(huán)制動(dòng)工況下摩擦表面平均溫度、摩擦副摩 擦因數(shù)及制動(dòng)管路壓力的動(dòng)態(tài)變化進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析。 主題詞:鼓式制動(dòng)器 摩擦副 摩擦因數(shù) Research of Friction Factor for Brakes Friction Pairs Zhao Kaihui, Wei Lang (Changan University) 【 Abstract】 The 3D thermo-mechanical coupling finite element model for drum brake of rear axle in EQ1208 commercial vehicle was simulated under the continuous brake condition of constant speed. The comparison of the results between simulation and test showed that their temperature variation trend at the same measuring point was consistent with each other, thus the accuracy of friction factor temperature characteristic was validated. At last, the average temperature on frictional surface, the frictional factor variation and the pressure change of brake piping were calculated and analyzed in the 15 continuous braking cycles for drum brake of rear axle. Key words: drum brake; friction pairs; friction factor 汽車技術(shù)雜志 2009 年第 3 期摘要 混合動(dòng)力汽車用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)振動(dòng)與噪聲試驗(yàn)初步研究 張立軍 葉蔭 余卓平 (同濟(jì)大學(xué)) 【摘要】針 對(duì)某型混合動(dòng)力汽車用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行了冷起動(dòng)動(dòng)條件下的振動(dòng)與噪聲試驗(yàn),測試了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)體振動(dòng)加速度、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)噪聲、氣缸缸壓、點(diǎn)火脈沖信號(hào)及轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào),分析了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)瞬態(tài)過程中振動(dòng)與噪聲特性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,起動(dòng)階段的噪聲與振動(dòng)信號(hào)表現(xiàn)出 明顯的非穩(wěn)態(tài)特征,且幅值比怠速時(shí)大;高頻的振動(dòng)與噪聲和低頻的氣缸壓力波動(dòng)關(guān)系不大,可能與拖動(dòng)電機(jī)的高頻轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)有關(guān)。 主題詞: 混合動(dòng)力汽車 發(fā)
