的企業(yè)公寓管理是最好不過的，節(jié)省了人力物力資源，并且對各種信息的把握 和操作也更加方便了，對所有信息有了一個全局的掌握。 可行性分析： （1）經(jīng)濟的可行性： 主要從對項目的經(jīng)濟上進行分析評價，一方面是支出的費用，包括設(shè)備購 置費、管理和維護費用、人員工資和培訓費等，另一個是取得的收益。這是個 超小型的管理系統(tǒng)，從投入的人力，財力與物力來講是非常之小的，只要一臺 電腦，一臺打印機，這個系統(tǒng)就可以搞起來，考慮到學校里有電腦，現(xiàn)只要購 置一臺打印機就可以了。從節(jié)省人力方面，可以讓管理人員從繁與復雜的工作 中解脫出來，做更多的工作，可以給宿舍里的管理提高一個層次。 （2）技術(shù)上的可行性： 技術(shù)上的可行性分析要考慮將來要采用的硬件和軟件技術(shù)能否滿足用戶 （這里是企業(yè)）提出的要求（如計算機的容量、速度等） 。asp 語言的深入人心， 數(shù)據(jù)庫語言的普及，此外，還要考慮開發(fā)人員的水平，作為計算機信息管理專 業(yè)畢業(yè)的優(yōu)等生，數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計方面對于我們應(yīng)該還過得去，在宿舍里生活了四 年，對這個管理模式應(yīng)該比較的熟。 （3）結(jié)論： 通過以上兩點的分析，編寫或開發(fā)這個宿舍管理系統(tǒng)是可行的，只要這個 系統(tǒng)能實現(xiàn)對員工數(shù)據(jù)的輸入、修改、刪除、打印、瀏覽與查詢就可以了。如 果技術(shù)方面可行，瀏覽與查詢方面的功能應(yīng)該編寫得強大一點，再好有條件組 合的查詢，可以實現(xiàn)按男女生分類查詢，也可以按名字、寢室號、是否空缺等 分類查詢，以便企業(yè)方面管理人員可以很方便的查詢想要的數(shù)據(jù)，以便進行統(tǒng) 一管理，統(tǒng)一安排。 1.21.2 課題意義課題意義 對于一名專業(yè)的信息技術(shù)人員來說，如何最大限度地利用企業(yè)后勤部門多 年來在數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)上的投資，把企業(yè)花了大力氣搜集來的數(shù)據(jù)變成對企業(yè)未來 發(fā)展有巨大價值的信息，這是每一個從事信息技術(shù)工作的專業(yè)人員都應(yīng)該考慮 單精練的語法、極易掌握的通用性與易學性，使 web 網(wǎng)頁可以親近于每一個普 通人，網(wǎng)絡(luò)也才得以普及發(fā)展，以至今日的輝煌。 html 語言主要有以下幾個特性： (1)通用性：可實現(xiàn)不同平臺的文檔共享。 (2)可擴展性：html 的標簽集合可以根據(jù)新需求而不斷修正或加入有限的新 標簽符，為實現(xiàn)有限的新功能的擴展提供保障。 (3)創(chuàng)建的靈活性：html 文檔是純文本文檔，可以由網(wǎng)頁編輯器以及其他文 本編輯軟件創(chuàng)建。 html 是“hyper text markup language”的縮寫，它是一種超文本標記語言， 是網(wǎng)頁的描述語言，用于編制通過萬維網(wǎng)顯示的超文本文件。它是目前在網(wǎng)頁 設(shè)計中，所使用的最基本的標記語言?，F(xiàn)在很多 html 的編輯器，都是通過跟 文字處理器相似的接口來編輯網(wǎng)頁的。有了這些編輯工具，即使對 html 沒有 深入的認識，仍能編寫出個人網(wǎng)頁。這類網(wǎng)頁編輯工具包 dreamweaver 和 frontpage 使用這些工具時，有時候可能會奇怪，為什么會看不到 html 的存 在呢？事實上，網(wǎng)頁所使用的原始碼正是 html。雖然不需要成為一個 html 的 專家，但學會一點基本的 html，對編寫網(wǎng)頁，肯定是有好處的。 2.22.2 開發(fā)軟件開發(fā)軟件 dreamweaverdreamweaver 功能的簡介功能的簡介 對于一般的動態(tài)網(wǎng)頁的我們將用 macromedia 公司的 dream weaver 網(wǎng)頁開 發(fā)軟件。dream weaver mx 主要負責網(wǎng)頁的版式設(shè)計，網(wǎng)頁編輯制作。它是一 套“所見所得”的網(wǎng)頁制作編輯軟件。 它提供了文字的設(shè)置，圖像編輯，表格制作，布局定位，層與動畫，表單 對象，框架結(jié)構(gòu)等用途。 這里我用到層，表單，表格，和框架來讓我們的界面更加友好，和華麗及 讓我們的用戶一目了然我們要實現(xiàn)什么功能。比如系統(tǒng)中就用到框架這一功能， 它就讓我們的操作更加方便，讓我們對系統(tǒng)要實現(xiàn)的功能一目了然。用 dream weaver 來對我們寫的程序進行調(diào)試也是一個很好的選擇 文字的設(shè)置：在制作前臺網(wǎng)頁的時候就可以發(fā)揮它的特定的功能，讓設(shè)計 人員可以更好的發(fā)揮自己的設(shè)計靈感。不必要寫很多程序代碼。 表單：表單的設(shè)計就可以讓設(shè)計人員更直觀的操作界面。 表格：表格是整個網(wǎng)頁設(shè)計中的核心網(wǎng)頁中的位置概念是通過字節(jié)來定位， 文本等元素的位置為了可以以像素的方式控制，就只有通過表格和層次來實現(xiàn)。 2.32.3 aspasp 語言的特性語言的特性 web 源于靜態(tài)文本，現(xiàn)在很多站點幾乎還是采用這種方式。靜態(tài)文本的缺 點就是維護難(文件數(shù)目多)、查詢難、修改難。雖然可以采用 frontpage 對站 點進行管理，但這只是其中的一個辦法?，F(xiàn)在，很多的站點都會在后臺采用數(shù) 據(jù)庫，動態(tài)生成超文本。這樣，要改變式樣，只需修改幾個文件；要變更內(nèi)容， 只需對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行操作即可，而且易于保持致性；而對于全文檢索等查詢應(yīng)用， 這種方式的優(yōu)越性更為突出。(經(jīng)常說的“動態(tài)”也包括圖片的動態(tài)顯示，如動 態(tài) gif、java applet 等，本文所指為資料的動態(tài)性)通用網(wǎng)關(guān)界面 cgi(common gateway cgi 程序都有一個很大的缺點，就是 cgi(可用 vb、java、perl、c 或 delphi 等編寫)與 html 只能分開編寫、分開運行，要將 兩者融合在一起并不 容易，從而導致維護與編寫都相當困難。因此，一些廠商 后來都推出了自己的 script 語言，來增強網(wǎng)頁開發(fā)的功能。其中 netscape 推 出了 javascript(for client 端和 for 是一種關(guān)系式數(shù)據(jù)庫，關(guān)系式數(shù)據(jù)庫由一系列表組成， 表又由一系列行和列組成，每一行是一個記錄，每一列是一個字段，每個字段 有一個字段名，字段名在一個表中不能重復。圖 1 是一個“產(chǎn)品”表的例子。 “產(chǎn)品”表由 10 個記錄組成，一個記錄只占一行，每一個記錄由產(chǎn)品 id、產(chǎn) 自己對這些方面有了較深入的了解。在設(shè)計過程中力求完善系統(tǒng)功能，使界面 友好，具有一定的容錯能力，在使用過程中不會出現(xiàn)難以糾正的錯誤和毛病。 本網(wǎng)站是一個利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)對企業(yè)宿舍信息進行管理的系統(tǒng)，可以進行員工信息的 管理，房間信息的管理，以及員工間的信息交流的功能。分為普通用戶的管理 用戶，普通用戶只能進行一般的瀏覽，管理員可以對網(wǎng)站的數(shù)據(jù)進行更新，刪 除，修改的功能。 3.33.3 e-re-r 圖圖 e-r 圖是最常用的概念模型表示方法，是由實體、實體的屬性以及實體之 間的關(guān)系三部分組成，是數(shù)據(jù)庫的核心和基礎(chǔ)，它是按用戶的觀點來對數(shù)據(jù)和 在作畢業(yè)設(shè)計過程中。我深切體會到合理建庫的必要性和重要性每一個表 必須有序號且最好為關(guān)鍵字由系統(tǒng)自動生成。表的字段邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)要合理盡量建 成主從關(guān)系的表,才更有利編程。在編碼過程中常遇到代碼重用率高的現(xiàn)象，所 以應(yīng)編寫公有過程，以降低代碼重用率。在設(shè)計中還遇到創(chuàng)建窗體太多，內(nèi)存 不足的現(xiàn)象所以對窗體進行動態(tài)創(chuàng)建以提高運行速度。 雖然系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)通過相關(guān)的控制語句對登陸用戶身份進行驗證，但是在當今 網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全中，僅僅對用戶身份驗證是不夠的，還需要對傳送數(shù)據(jù)進行加密， 防止數(shù)據(jù)傳輸過程中被篡改等攻擊進行防御。 因此在今后的工作里,這些功能的實現(xiàn)還需要更高的技術(shù)支持，也只有這樣 才能做出更完善的系統(tǒng)，讓所有的用戶能在一個互相信任且安全的環(huán)境中享受
