1、外墻保溫不斷發(fā)展注重安全優(yōu)質(zhì)的建筑體驗(yàn)我國是一個(gè)建筑業(yè)大國,每年建成建筑面積超過所有發(fā)達(dá)國家年建成建筑面積的總和。然而目前,我國建筑節(jié)能水平卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于發(fā)達(dá)國家。因此建筑外墻保溫技術(shù)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展是我國節(jié)能工作發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。然而若想改善墻體保溫性能、預(yù)防火災(zāi),設(shè)計(jì)合理的墻體保溫系統(tǒng);安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)的墻體保溫材料是關(guān)鍵。建筑外墻保溫體系可分為以下三類:外墻外保溫體系、外墻內(nèi)保溫體系和外墻自保溫體系。China is a big country each year the construction industry, construction area of more than the sum of al

12、術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,一種單一的技術(shù)形式已無法滿足市場(chǎng)需求,根據(jù)多年經(jīng)驗(yàn),北方采暖地區(qū)只有采取外墻自保溫墻體或者外墻外保溫與自保溫二者結(jié)合的保溫體系才能滿足這些基本要求,在南方地區(qū)采用外墻外保溫、外墻內(nèi)保溫或者自保溫墻體都可以滿足這些基本要求。因地而異采用不同的外墻保溫技術(shù),應(yīng)符合建筑節(jié)能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及人們居住舒適性要求。在北方采暖地區(qū)采用自保溫墻體技術(shù)和局部熱橋部位采用外保溫技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方式,完全可以滿足節(jié)能 50%甚至 65%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。由此不難看出,自保溫墻體技術(shù)和復(fù)合保溫墻體技術(shù)同步發(fā)展,不僅在技術(shù)上可行,經(jīng)濟(jì)上有益,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)上無障礙,市場(chǎng)上有需求,在實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑節(jié)能的同時(shí)大大促進(jìn)建材行業(yè)技術(shù)進(jìn)步,一舉多得,既符
