1、IMPORTANT INSTRUCTOR NOTES READ ME FIRST There is a lot of content to cover in this presentation. Spend only 10 minutes on the introductions and about a minute a slide on all the technology options. Set the expectations that there isnt enough time to go through ever networking scenario or technology
2、 out there but there is more information online if they want it afterward. There is a dedicated time before the summary slide for questions so ask people to hold them until then if possible so that there is enough time for all demos. This is an 80 minute presentation and demos take around 60 minutes
3、 of that. Use time wisely and try to only spend 20 minutes on each demo but the second demo could take the longest. There is a lot of enviromental options that need to be enabled beforehand to make the demos work. Make sure and go through the demo script way before you are about to present so that y
4、ou dont spend time doing it during the presentation. You will run out of time and not be able to show all the content if you do. Networking issues are the biggest challenge for this presentation and demos. The laptop and iPad need to be on the same network. This would be a hotel wi-fi, personal hots
5、pot from your cell phone, or whatever just as long as they are on the same network and can see each other. The best way to try this out is to run Demo 2 (Data Dashboard) and see if it works beforehand. If you end up using the wireless router that gets sent with the hardware and it is not connected t
6、o the internet, you will not be able to run Demo 3 (needs information from Googles servers). The other demos will work fine and you can still walk through Demo 3 and talk to it. Questions?
