生態(tài)保護志愿者護林員招聘合同編號：__________生態(tài)保護志愿者護林員招聘合同甲方：__________地址：__________聯(lián)系方式：__________乙方：__________地址：__________聯(lián)系方式：__________鑒于：1.甲方致力于生態(tài)保護工作，particularlytheprotectionofforestsandbiodiversity,andvaluesthededicationandvoluntaryeffortsofindividualstoachieveitsobjectives.2.乙方愿意參與甲方的生態(tài)保護工作，particularlyasavolunteerforestranger,andcontributetotheconservationofforestsandbiodiversity.3.Bothpartiesagreethattherecruitmentofvolunteersisbasedontheprinciplesofvoluntariness,equality,andmutualbenefit.Now,bothpartieshavereachedthefollowingagreement:Article1:ResponsibilitiesoftheVolunteerForestRanger1.1Thevolunteerforestrangershallassistthe甲方inimplementingecologicalprotectionmeasuresintheforestareaunderitsjurisdiction,includingbutnotlimitedtopatrolmonitoring,fireprevention,antipoaching,andenvironmentaleducation.1.2Thevolunteerforestrangershallactivelyparticipateintrainingorganizedthe甲方onecologicalprotectionknowledge,forestmanagement,andemergencyresponse.1.3Thevolunteerforestrangershall遵守lawsandregulationsrelatedtoforestprotectionandconservation,andreportanyillegalactivitiesintheforestareatothe甲方.Article2:DutiesofthePartyA2.1The甲方shallprovidethevolunteerforestrangerwithnecessarytraining,equipment,andinformationtoperformtheirdutieseffectively.2.2The甲方shallarrangeforthevolunteerforestranger'sworkplan,dutyschedule,andtaskallocation,ensuringthatthevolunteerforestrangercanfulfilltheirresponsibilitiesinacoordinatedandefficientmanner.2.4The甲方shallprovideinsurancecoverageforthevolunteerforestrangerduringtheirservice,ensuringtheirsafetyandlegalrights.Article3:DutiesofthePartyB3.1ThevolunteerforestrangershallfaithfullyperformtheirdutiesandobligationsunderthisAgreement,andactivelyparticipateintheecologicalprotectionworkorganizedthe甲方.3.2Thevolunteerforestrangershall遵守thelaws,regulations,andpoliciesofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,andmaintainthereputationandinterestsofthe甲方.3.3Thevolunteerforestrangershallpromptlyreportanychangesintheirpersonalinformationtothe甲方,andupdatetheircontactdetailsasrequired.Article4:TermandTermination4.1ThisAgreementshallbeeffectiveforatermofoneyearfromthedateofsigning,unlessterminatedearliereitherpartyinwriting.4.2eitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwitha30daypriorwrittennoticetotheotherparty,forreasonssuchasthevolunteerforestranger'sfailuretoperformtheirdutiesorthe甲方'sdissolutionorwindingup.Article5:DisputeResolution5.1AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.5.2Ifthenegotiationfailstoresolvethedisputes,eitherpartymaysubmitthedisputestotherelevantpeople'scourtwithjurisdictionovertheplacewherethe甲方islocated.Article6:Confidentiality6.1BothpartiesshallkeepconfidentialallinformationobtainedfromtheotherpartyinconnectionwiththeperformanceofthisAgreement,exceptforinformationthatispubliclyavailableorrequiredtobedisclosedapplicablelawsandregulations.6.2Thevolunteerforestrangershallnotusetheinformationobtainedfromthe甲方foranypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheirdutiesunderthisAgreement.Article7:Miscellaneous7.1ThisAgreementmaybeamendedorsupplementedmutualagreementofbothpartiesinwriting.7.2ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof,andsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheparties.一、附件列表：1.生態(tài)保護志愿者護林員招聘合同2.甲方提供的培訓資料3.乙方個人簡歷及身份證明文件4.甲方提供的裝備和材料清單5.保險單據(jù)6.工作計劃的詳細安排7.緊急聯(lián)系方式列表二、違約行為及認定：1.乙方未按合同約定履行護林員職責2.乙方未參加甲方組織的培訓和會議3.乙方未遵守相關法律法規(guī)和甲方規(guī)定4.甲方未按合同約定提供培訓、裝備和信息更新5.甲方未為乙方提供保險覆蓋6.甲方未按時支付乙方志愿服務報酬（如適用）7.任何一方未履行合同中的其他義務三、法律名詞及解釋：1.生態(tài)保護：保護自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，維護生物多樣性和生態(tài)平衡。2.志愿者：自愿參與生態(tài)保護工作，不獲取報酬的個人。3.護林員：負責森林保護和管理的專職或兼職人員。4.培訓：為提高乙方工作能力而提供的專業(yè)知識和技能的學習。5.保險：為乙方在服務期間提供的人身安全和法律權益保障。6.違約：不履行合同約定的義務。四、執(zhí)行中遇到的問題及解決辦法：1.乙方缺乏經(jīng)驗：甲方應提供詳細的培訓計劃和指導。2.
