2.SAFETYINFORMATION安全注意事項

(1)Ensuretliatescaperoutes(doors,stairs,etc.)arcaccessibleatalltimesandarcnotobstructedbyhose^,tools,etc.

隨時保證逃生?路線能夠使用(門，梯子等)，不被管線、工具所阻擋。

(2)Specialattentionmustbepaidwhileliftingthedrillpipefrom(hecatwakontodierigfloorwiththeairtuggerandlowering

thetravellingblockatthesametine.

當用氣動絞車把鉆桿從貓道吊到鉆臺并同時下放游車時，要特另勝意。

(3)Nobodyisallowedtostandbetweenthesinglebeingbroughtin/laiddownandtlicjointintherotarytable.Nobodyis

allowedtostandwitlitheirbacktotheV-door,duringtheseactivities.

嚴禁站在正在提升或者甩掉的鉆桿與鉆盤內單根之間，嚴禁背近井架大門。

(4)TheFloomienguidingthesingleacrosstherigfloormustkeepfeetwellclearofthepinendofthesingle.Winchoperators

inuslnollowersinglesuntiltheyaiuconiplclclysuiudialfeelaivwellclcaiofdiepinend.

鉆臺上的鉆工務必注意使雙腳離開單根公接頭的下方，氣動絞車操作者務必確認鉆工雙腳遠離公扣下放后再下

放單根。

(5)Keepfeetwellclearofthedrillpipepinendwhenthedriftisstillinthepipeandthepipeisvertical.

當通徑規(guī)還在鉆桿內同時鉆桿處于垂直位置時，保持雙腳遠離鉆桿公扣下方。

3.STANDARDOPERATIONALCONSIDERATIONS(DO'SANDDONTS)標礴fKi?：事項

(1)ThisoperationrequiresaToolboxTalk,coveringequipmentuseandpositioningofpersonnel.

這項操作要求召開工作前安全會，會議內容包含使用的設備與人員的位置。

(2)Ensurethatallhoisting/liftingequipment,wiresandliftingcapsareinasafeconditionandconformswiththecurrent

GWDCcolourcodingandhavevalidinspectioncertificates.

確保提升設備，鋼絲繩與提絲工作狀態(tài)良好，符合當前GWDC的顏色識別編號與有效的檢驗證書。

(3)TheairwinchOperatorshallensurethatthewinchwireismovingfreelyinthederrick(possiblyguidedbypulleys)to

avoidanydamagetothesteelstructure,especiallythefingerboard.

氣動絞車操作者要確認氣動絞車鋼絲繩與井架不干涉(能夠用滑輪導向)，以避免損傷井架的鋼結構，特別是

指梁。

(4)Ensuretliatthecorrectgradeofpipeisbeingpickedup.

確認吊起的鉆桿級別是正確的。

(5)WheninstallingIlieliftingcap,ensureitistight.■定要旋緊提升提絲。

(6)Beforeandafteroperation,countthedrillpipe(DP)onthepiperacktoverifytallyfigures.

操作前后，數(shù)一下鉆桿架上的祜桿數(shù)量，與鉆桿記錄表核實。

(7)AnydamagedDPistobepaintedred(highlightingdiedamage)aiicreportedtotheToolpusherforchangeofinventory

statusandtninsportbacktobase/warehouse.

任何損傷的鉆桿要噴上紅漆，弁報告帶班隊長變換鉆具庫存記錄，運回基地或者庫房

(8)Whensinglingin,ensurepipetallyisupdatedasDPisbeingpickedup.NumberasperGWDCDPnumberingsystem.

當逐根下入鉆具單根時，鉆桿記錄表要更新，并根據(jù)GWDC的程序進行編號。

(9)Ifpipeis5"indiameterorgreater,tailtlicpipeusingaropeasitclearsthetopoftheV-doorandenterstherigfloor.rHic

useofaropetotailinpipeofasmallerdiameterisatdieToolpushei?sdiscretion.

直徑是或者大「5”的鉆桿，從坡道見到鉆臺上時，要拴牽引尾繩；直徑5”下列的鉆桿，由帶班隊長決定是否

拴尾繩。

(10)Whensinglingoutensurepipekillyisadjustedtoreflectthepipebeinglaiddown.

當逐根甩掉單根時，確認鉆桿記錄表通過調整并反映出被甩的鉆桿

4.INSTRUCTIONS指令

4.1SinglingIn吊拉MIS

(1)Verifydiesizeandcurrentcolourcodingoftheliftingcap.

核實提絲的大小與顏色編碼。

(2)Cleanandexaminethethreadsandshouldersonboxandpinends,andinformtheDrillerofanydamage.

清洗與檢驗公、母扣的絲扣、臺肩，發(fā)現(xiàn)損傷報告司鉆

(3)Verifydiegradeofthedrillpipe,measurelength,recordandinfonntheDriller.

驗證鉆桿的等級，測量長度，記錄并報告司鉆

(4)Remove(heprotectorfromtheboxend,applydope(threadcompourd),andinstallthedriftandliftingcap,ensuringthe

liftingcapistight.

卸掉母扣護絲，抹上絲扣油，裝上通徑規(guī)與提絲，確保上緊提絲。

(5)Attachtheair(uggertotheliftingcapandliftthepipeoff(hecatwalk.

掛上提絲把鉆桿吊離貓道。

(6)TailthedrillpipewitharopeasitswingsthroughtheV-door.

由于鉆桿通過井架大門坡道時來回擺動，要在鉆桿上拴上足繩。

(7)Removethepinprotectorandretrievethedrift,keepingfeetwellclear.

卸掉公扣護絲，取出通徑規(guī)，保持腳下利索。

(8)Lowerthedrillpipejointintothemousehole,andremoveairtuggerandliftingcap.

下放單根進小鼠洞，摘掉氣動絞車與提絲。

(9)If(herigisequippedwitha(opdrive,(heDrilleractivates(helinktilttowardsthejointinthemouseholeandtheFloormen

latchtheelevators.

假如鉆機配備了頂驅，司鉆打前伸按鈕使吊卡靠近小鼠洞中的堂根，鉆工扣上吊卡。

42.SinglingOut

(1)AftertheconnectionhasbeenbrokenouttheFloormenpull(hesingleoverIliemousehole.

卸開扣后，鉆工把單根推向小鼠洞。

(2)TheHoomiendopethepinandinstallapindireadprotector.

鉆工給公扣抹上絲扣油，戴上護絲

(3)Ifatopdriveisused,afterthesinglehasbeenbrokenout,tlicDrillerusestliclinktilttomovethesingletowardsandinto

themousehole.

假如配備了頂驅，卸開扣后，司鉆打前伸按鈕，并把單根推向、放入小鼠洞。

(4)Theelevatorsareopenedwhenthejointstandsupandthenareheldbackfromswingingacross(herigfloor.

下放吊卡，單根接頭離開吊卡時，打開吊卡并后擺。

(5)TlicFloonncndopetheboxandinstalltlicliftingcap,attaclitheairtuggerandliftthejointclearofthemousehole.

鉆工給母扣抹上絲扣油，帶上護絲，掛上氣動絞車把單根提離小鼠洞。

Note:Tliedrillpipecanbecleanedanddopedafterithasbeenrolledoffthecahvalk.

注意：鉆桿被滾離貓道后要清潔絲扣與涂抹絲扣油。

(6)Tail/pushpipeoutof(heV-doorkeepingieetwellclear.Winchoperatormustensurethatthelastjointlaiddownisno

longeronthecatwalkandthatthecatwalkisclearofpersonnelbeforeslowlyloweringthepipeoutoftheV-door.

保持腳卜利落，把鉆桿推出或者用繩子牽引出大門坡道。氣動絞車操作者在慢放鉆桿出大門坡道前，要確認貓

道上沒有鉆具與人員。

Note:Whenrunninginorlayingdownalargeamountofdrillpipe,specialattentionmustbepaidwhileworkingaround

themousehole.TheMouseholeshallbecoveredatalltimeswhennotinuse.

注意：當?shù)趵蛘咚Φ舸罅裤@桿時，在小鼠洞周圍工作時要特別注意，小鼠洞不用時要一直蓋著。

(7)Remove(heliftingcap,installtheboxprotectorandrollthejointontothepiperack.

卸掉提絲，帶上母扣護絲，把鉆桿滾到管排架上。

43SpecialConsiderations特殊事項

(1)Whenbreakingoutsingles,anyproblemconnectionmustbemarked,recordedintlieTallyBookandreportedtothe

Toolpusher.

當卸扣時，有問題的接頭要劃上記號，記錄在鉆具記錄本上，并向帶班隊長淚ft。

2.SAFETYINFORMATION

(1)Neverstandorworkunderasuspendedload懸吊物下，嚴禁站人馬工作。

(2)DonotblocktheviewoftheDrilerortheCnineOpenitor.要擋住司鉆與吊車司機的視線。

(3)Agreaterdegreeofcareandattentionisrequiredtoensure(hesafetyofnewpersonnelworkingontherigduring(his

operation.

此類操作期間，密切關注井隊新工人的安全。

(4)Duringdriftingofthedrillcolkirsensuredialtlicdriftdocsnotdropoutoftheendofthejointandcausepersonaliiijury.

通徑鉆鋌期間，要確保通徑規(guī)不要從接頭端掉出來，以免造成人員受傷。

(5)Alwaysusetaglineto即idethedrillcolku'.JU牽引繩來操縱鉆鋌。

(6)Ensurethatallequipmentandslingsareingoodconditionwithcurrentcolourcode.

確保所有的設備與繩套狀態(tài)良好同時有顏色編碼。

(7)Checkdieweightofdieloads.EnsurethecorrectWorkingLoadLimit(WLL)ofeachsling,hookandairwinch.

檢查吊物的重量。確保繩套，鉤子與氣動絞車的額定工作載荷與之相配。

3.STANDARDOPERATIONALCONSIDERATIONS(DO3ANDDONTS)標雌作婢

(1)Beforestartingthejob,holdaToolboxTalkwithtliecrewandtheCraneOpenitor,todiscussequipment,proceduresand

safety.

開始工作前，召開安全會，井隊人員及吊車司機討論設備、操作規(guī)程與安全事項。

(2)Piiortopickingupanydrillcolkir(DC),c!e;ui;indinspectallliftingsubpins.Damagedliftingsubswillbemarkedand

seiaside.NotifytheDrillerand(heToolpusher.

起吊鉆鋌前，清潔與檢查提升短節(jié)公扣，絲扣損傷的提升短節(jié)要標上記號并停用，通知司鉆與帶班隊長。

(3)Checktheconditionofthewinchjne<uidslingsforwe<u'andcolourcodeidentification.Reportanydiunageorequipment

withwrongcolourcode.

檢查氣動絞車繩索與吊索的麼損情況及顏色編碼，及時報告受損及顏色編碼錯誤的設備。

(4)Whenlifting9"collarsorlargerwiththeelevators,usethewinchtorestrainthemovementoftheDC.

當用吊卡吊拉9"以上的鉆鋌時，用氣動絞車來操縱鉆鋌的擺動。

(5)Afterlatchingelevatorsalwayscheckandensurethesafetylatchisengaged.扣上吊卡后，要檢查與確認安全銷<?

(6)PriortopickingupaDCjoint,visuallyinspectthepinandboxthreads,dieshouldersandfaces.Anyproblemsand

damageobservedonthreadsorshouldersmustberecordedinthepipetallybookandreportedtotheToolpusher

吊鉆鋌前，目測檢查公母扣、臺肩與表面。觀察到絲扣與臺肩有任何問題與損傷，務必記錄在鉆具本上并報告

給帶班隊長。

(7)MeasureandrecordDCfeatures,outsidediameter(OD).insidediameter(ID),length,threadtype,serialnumberiincl

fishingneckinthepipetallybook.

測量、記錄鉆鋌特征數(shù)據(jù)，內外徑，長度，絲扣類型，系列號，打撈頸尺寸。

(8)PriortomakingupaliftingsubtoaDC,dopethepinofdiesubandtheboxoftheDCwithproperdope(thread

compound).

連接提升短節(jié)到鉆鋌前，兩者相連的公、母扣涂上適當?shù)慕z扣油。

(9)Aftermakinguptheliftingsub(otheDCintheV/oorormousehole,tightentliesubwithabaroracheaterbar.

在坡道上或者小鼠洞內，將提升短節(jié)連接到鉆鋌上后，用撬杠或者加長撬杠上緊。

(10)Ensure(hatallthreadedconnectionsarecleaned,properlydopedandthreadprotectorsinstalled.Ensurethatthepin

protectorODisnotlargerthanthedrillcollarOD

確保所有的連接絲扣清潔，涂上合適的絲扣油，帶上拉絲。確保公扣護絲外徑不大于鉆鋌外徑。

(11)AllDCconnectionsaretobe4"walkedin''withchaintongs.Rigtongswillbeusedfbrfinalmakeuptorquebeforerunin

thehole.

所有的鉆鋌絲扣用鏈鉗引扣或者磨扣，入井前用大鉗緊扣。

(12)Neverrotatetherotarytabletospininoroutadrillcollarjoint.入要用鉆盤上、卸鉆鋌扣。

(13)Ensuretliattheboxendprotectorisinstalledwhentheliftingsubisremoved.

卸下提升短節(jié)時，要帶上母扣護絲

4.INSTRUCTIONS指令

4.1HandlingDrillCollarswiththeAirTugger用氣動絞車操作鉆鋌

4.1.1RunningInDCwiththeAirTugger用氣動絞車提拉鉆鋌

(1)TheDiiHerensurestliattheairtuggercapacityiswithindieWorkingWeightLimitofthedrillcolkirtobepickedup.

司鉆要確保吊起的鉆鋌重量不超過氣動絞車的工作負荷。

(2)AFloormaninsertstheDCdriftintotheboxendofthedrillcolkirondiecatwalk,dopestheboxandinstallsaprotector

withaliftingeyeoraliftingsubwiththecorrectthread.

鉆工把通徑規(guī)放進貓道上鉆鋌的母扣端，母扣內抹上絲扣油并安裝帶有提升孔的提絲或者提升短接(扣型要正

確)。

(3)TheHoomienattachandsecuretheairtuggerlinetotheshacklefittedintotheholeofdieliftingsuborcap.

鉆工把氣動絞車的吊繩連上提升短節(jié)或者提絲上的卸扣內。

(4)AHoonnanattachesthecatwalkwinchtothelifteyeonthepinprotector.

鉆工把貓道除的氣動絞車連到公扣護絲的提升環(huán)內。

(5)TheAirtuggerOperatorengagestheairtuggerandcarefbllyraisesthedrillcolku-upandthroughtheV-doorasdie

CatwalkwinchOperatorsnubstliedrillcollar.

使用貓道氣動絞車的牽引下，站臺上氣動絞車操作者操作氣動絞車小心的提升鉆鋌通過井架大匚II。

(6)Oncediedrillcollarisovertliemousehole,aFloormanremovesthecatwalkwinchfromtheeyeoftliepinprotector.

一旦鉆鋌到達小鼠洞上方，摘掉貓道的氣動絞車。

(7)TheairtuggerOperatorlowersthedrillcollarintodiemousehole.

使用氣動絞車慢放鉆鋌進小鼠洞。

(8)TheFloonnenremovetheairtuggerlineandtheliftingeyefromthedrillcollarandinserttheliftingsub.

從鉆鋌上摘掉氣動絞車繩與提絲，并裝上提升短節(jié)。

(9)Usingabaroracheaterbarthrough(heholeoftheliltingsub,(heRoormenscrew(heliftingsubintothedrillcollarand

tighten.

通過提升短節(jié)上的提升孔，鉆工們用撬杠或者加長撬杠將扣上紫。

(10)AttheDriller'sinstruction,theFloomienlatchtheelevatoraroundthsliftingsub.

在司鉆的指導下，鉆工用吊卡扣上提升短節(jié)。

(11)Ifusingatopdrive,(heDrilleractivatesthelinklilttowardthejointinthemouseholeandtheFloormenlatchtheelevator.

假如用頂驅，司鉆把吊卡支向小鼠洞，鉆工把吊卡扣上。

Note:Ifpickinguprecesseddrillcollars,ensurethatdiedrillcollarelevatoristhecorrectsizeandthesafetylatchis

engaged.

注意：假如鉆鋌有吊卡槽，確俁鉆鋌吊卡尺寸合適，安全銷靈活好用。

(12)TheDrillerengagesthedniwwcrksandliftsthedrillcollarupandoutofthemousehole.

司鉆操作絞車提升鉆鋌出小鼠洞

(13)TheFloomienremovethedrillcollarpinprotectorandrecoverthedrift.

鉆工卸掉鉆鋌公扣護絲井取出通徑規(guī)

Note:Keepfeetawaywhenthedriftisremovedtopreventinjury.

注意：取出通徑規(guī)時，雙腳叉開以免受傷

(14)Ifusingatopdrive,theDrillerretractsthelinktillandpositions(hedrillcoIlarovertherotarytable.

假如用頂驅，司鉆要收回伸縮腎，使鉆鋌位于轉盤正上方。

Note:If(hisisthebottomdrillcollar,thenmakeupthebit(orotherdownholet(x)ls,suchasholeopener,mudmotor,

corebarrel,etc.),andremovedierotarybushingsifnecessary.

注意：假如是最后一根鉆鋌，接著要連接鉆頭(或者其它井下T具，如：擴眼器、泥漿馬達、取心筒等)，假

如有必要，吊出鉆盤補心。

(15)TheDrilleropenstheblindnuns(ifBOPisinstalled),andlowersthedrillcolkirthroughdierotarytable.

司鉆打開全封閘板(假如安裝了)，通過轉盤下放鉆鋌。

(16)TheFloomienreinstalltlierotarybushings(ifremoved),settheDCslipsattheDrillersinstruction,andsecurethe

DCwiththesafetyclamp.

鉆工在司鉆的指導下重新裝上鉆盤補心(假如取出)，坐上卡瓦，并卡上安全卡瓦

Note:Tlieelevatorsmustneverbeopenedbeforethesafetyclamphasbeenfittedandsecured.

注意：在安全卡瓦沒有卡好前，一定不要打開吊卡。

(17)TheDrillerlowersdieelevatorsandtheFloonnenunlatchdieelevators.

司鉆下放吊卡，鉆工打開吊卡。

(18)TheFloonnenremovetheliftingsubandapplydopeto(hebox.

鉆工卸掉提升短節(jié)，在鉆鋌母扣內抹上絲扣油。

(19)Repeatthesteps(2)through(18)untilalldrillcollarsarepickedup.

重復以上步驟直到吊完所有的鉆鋌

4.1.2LajingDownDCwithAirTugger用絞車甩鉆鋌

(1)TheDrillerensurestliattheairtuggercapacityiswithindieWorkingWeightLimitofthedrillcolkirtobepickedup.

司鉆要確保吊起的鉆鋌重量不超過氣動絞車的額定工作負荷。

(2)BreakouttheDCconnection,installapinprotectorwithaliftingeye,andputDCinthemousehole.

卸開鉆鋌，安裝?帶吊裝孔的公扣提絲，并把鉆鋌放進小鼠洞

(3)AFloonnaiiscrewstheliftingcaporsubintotheboxendofthedrillcollarandattachestheairtuggerlinetotlieshackle

insertedintheholeofcaporsub.

鉆工把提絲旋進鉆鋌母扣內并用卸扣把氣動絞車繩與提絲.上的吊裝孔相連。

(4)TheAirtuggerOperatorraisesthedrillcollaruntilitisremovedfromhemousehole.

氣動絞車操作者從小鼠洞內提出提起鉆鋌。

吊車要打在能夠良好支撐的地方，能夠為鉆臺上做安全、平穩(wěn)的起吊操作。

(2)AFloomianinsertstheDCdriftintotheboxendofdiedrillcolkironthecatwalk,dopestheboxandinstallsaprotector.

鉆工把通徑規(guī)放進貓道上鉆鋌的母扣端，母扣內抹上絲扣油并安裝上護絲。

(3)TlieFloonnenattachandsecureonecranelinetotheslingwrappedneartliepinendofIliedrillcollarandattachatagline.

鉆，把吊車鉤子掛到綁在公接頭鄰近的繩套上并拴上尾繩。

(4)TheHoonnenattachandsecuretheothercranelinetotheslingwrappedneartheboxendofdiedrillcolkir.

鉆工把吊車鉤子掛到綁在母接頭鄰近的繩套上。

(5)UpondieDriller'sinstruction,theCraneOperatorcarefullyliftsthedrillcollarupandintotheV-door.

在司鉆的指導下，吊車司機小心的吊起鉆鋌并送進大門坡道。

鉆工在鉆臺上引導鉆鋌，貓道上的鉆工拉住牽引繩，同時吊車司機安全的把鉆鋌放在大門坡道。

(7)TlieFloonnenremovetheboxpDtcctorandinserttheliftingsubandtighten.

鉆工卸掉母扣護絲，裝上提升短節(jié)并上緊。

(8)TlieDrillerlowersthetravellingblockandelevatorovertheliftingsub,anduponhissignal,theFloonnenlatchthe

elevators.

司鉆下放游車與吊卡到提升短節(jié)，發(fā)指令，鉆工扣上吊卡。

(9)Ifusingatopdrive,theDrilleractivatesthelinktiltandtheHoormenwilllatchtheelevators

假如用頂驅，司鉆前伸吊臂，鉆工扣上吊卡。

(10)TheFloonnenremovetliecraneslingandthetaglinefromtheboxend.

鉆工去掉母扣端的吊車繩套與牽引繩。

Note:Donotremove(hecraneslingfrom(hepinend.LeaveitonibraddedsafetyandsnubbingwhenDCisliltedwith

thetravellingblock.

注意：當游車吊起鉆鋌時，不要去掉綁在公扣木端的繩套，留不作為安全繩。

注意：假如吊起有吊卡槽的鉆挺，確保鉆鋌吊卡尺寸合適，安全銷靈活好用。

(12)Afterthedrillcollarhasbeenraisedtoaverticalposition,(lieFloonnenremovethepinprotector,recoverthedriftand

reinstalltheprotector.

當司鉆把鉆鋌提到垂直位:置時，鉆工卸掉公扣護絲，取出通徑規(guī)并重新上好護絲。

Note:Keepfeetawaywhenthedriftisremovedtopreventinjuiy.

注意：當通徑規(guī)取出時兩腳叉開，防止砸傷雙腳。

(13)TheFloonnenremovetheslingfromdiepinendofthedrillcollar.

鉆工從鉆鋌公扣端取卜.繩套。

(14)TheDrillerlowersthedrillcollarintothemouseholewheretheliftingsubistightenedusingtherigtongs.

司鉆下放鉆鋌進鼠洞，用雙鉗上緊提升短節(jié)。

(15)TheDrillerthenraisesthedrillcollaroutof(hemouseholeandovertotherotary〔able.

司鉆從小鼠洞提出鉆鋌到鉆盤上方。

(16)Ifusingatopdrive,theDrillerretractsthelinktillandpositionsthedrillcollarovertherotarytable.

假如使用頂驅，司鉆回放吊卡并使鉆鋌位于鉆盤上方。

Note:Ifthisisthebollomdrillcollar,thenmakeupthebit(orotherdownholetools,suchasholeopener,mudmotor,

corebarrel,etc.),andremovetlicrotarybushingsifnecessary.

注意：假如是最后一根鉆鋌，接著要連接鉆頭(或者其它井下T具，如：擴眼器、泥漿馬達、取心筒等)，假

如有必要，吊出鉆盤補心。

(17)TheDrilleropenstheblindrams(ifBOPisinstalled),andlowersthedrillcollarthroughtherotarytable.

司鉆打開全封閘板(假如安裝了〉，通過鉆盤卜.放估鋌。

(18)TheFloonnenreinstalltherotarybushings(ifremoved),settheDCslipsattheDriller'sinstruction,andsecuredieDC

withthesafelyclamp

鉆工在司鉆的指導下重新放入鉆盤補心(假如取出)，坐上卡瓦，并卡上安全卡瓦。

Note:Theelevatorsmustneverbeopenedbeforethesafetyclamphasbeenfittedandsecured.

注意：在安全卡瓦沒有卡好前，一定不要打開吊卡。

(19)TheDrillerlowersdieelevatorsandtheFloonnenunlatchdieelevators.

司鉆下放吊卡，鉆工打開吊卡。

(20)TheFloonncnremovetheliftingsubandapplydopeto(hebox.

鉆工卸掉提升短節(jié)，在母扣內抹上絲扣油。

(21)Repeatthesteps(2)through(20)untilalldrillcolkirsarepickedup.

重復以上步驟宜.到吊完所有的鉆鋌。

422LayingDownDCwithCrane用吊車甩鉆鋌

(1)Thecnuieispositionedwhereitcanbewellsupportedandgiveasafejuidlevelliftfromtherigfloor.

車要打在能夠良好支撐的地方，能夠為鉆臺上做安全、平穩(wěn)的起吊操作。

(2)BreakouttheDCconnection.WhileDCishangingfromtheelevators,installapinprotectoranddoublewrapaslingnear

thepinendofthedrillcollar.

卸開鉆鋌絲扣，鉆鋌在吊卡上懸吊時，戴上一公扣護絲并在靠近鉆鋌公扣鄰近栓一雙結繩套。

(3)TheFloonnenattachthecraneliretotheslingandattachataglineto:hedrillcollar.

鉆工把吊車鉤子掛到綁在公接頭鄰近的繩套上并拴」娓繩。

(4)AHoonnan,attheV-doongiveshandsignalstobotlitheCraneOperatorandtheDiillcr.

一鉆工站在大門口給吊車司機與司鉆打手勢。

(5)UpontheDriller's"ready"signal,theCraneOperatorpullsthepinendofthedrillcollarouttlicV-doorastheDriller

lowerstlieelevators.

當司鉆發(fā)出準備好的手勢，吊車司機在司鉆下放吊卡的同時把鉆鋌的公扣端拉出大門口。

(6)TheDnllercontinuestolowertheelevatorsuntiltheboxendofthedrillcollarrestsattheV-<loor.

司鉆繼續(xù)下放吊卡直到鉆鋌的母扣端靠在坡道上。

(7)TheHoormenwraptheslingneartheboxendofthedrillcollarandattachtheothercraneline.

鉆工在鉆鋌的母扣端拴上繩套同時掛在吊車鉤子上。

(8)TlieDrillerlowerstheelevatorsandupontheDriller'ssignal,theFloormenunlatchtheelevators.

司鉆繼續(xù)下放吊卡，鉆工在司鉆的示意下打開吊卡。

(9)TheDrillerraisesthe(ravellingblockand(heelevatorsoutoftheway.

司鉆上提游車到足夠的高度，吊卡不妨礙卜步作業(yè)。

(1())TheFloonncnthenremovetheliftingsubandinstallaboxprotector.

鉆工卸掉提升短節(jié)，裝.上母扣護絲。

(11)UpontheDriller'sinstmetions,tlieCraneOperatorliftsandmovesthedrillcollarouttlieV-doorandofftherigfloor.

在司鉆的指導下，吊車司機把鉆鋌吊出大門坡道。

(12)TheCraneOperatorsetsthedrillcollaronthepiperackoratasuitableplacetobecleanedandinspected.

吊車司機把鉆鋌放在鉆桿架上或者者其他合適的位置，然后清洗，檢查。

(13)Repeatthesteps(2)through(12)untilallthedrillcollarsarelaiddown.

重復以上步驟直到甩完所有的鉆鋌。
