【克林頓希拉里】希拉里就職演說(shuō)稿【--就職演講稿】希拉里·黛安·羅德姆·克林頓（HillaryDianeRodhamClinton，1947年10月26日-），美國(guó)律師、民主黨籍政治家，第67任國(guó)務(wù)卿，紐約州前聯(lián)邦參議員，美國(guó)第42任（第52屆、第53屆）總統(tǒng)比爾·克林頓的妻子。了她在xx年就職的，希望對(duì)你有幫助。hankyou!Oh,thankyouall!Thankyousovery,verymuch.Itiswonderfultobeherewithallofyou.TobeinNewYorkwithmyfamily,withsomanyfriends,includingmanyNewYorkerswhogavemethehonorofservingthemintheSenateforeightyears.ToberightacrossthewaterfromtheheadquartersoftheUnitedNations,whereIrepresentedourcountrymanytimes.TobehereinthisbeautifulparkdedicatedtoFranklinRoosevelt’senduringvisionofAmerica,thenationwewanttobe.Andinaplace…withabsolutelynoceilings.Youknow,PresidentRoosevelt’sFourFreedomsareatestamenttoournation’sunmatchedaspirationsandareminderofourunfinishedworkathomeandabroad.Hislegacyliftedupanationandinspiredpresidentswhofollowed.OneisthemanIservedasSecretaryofState,BarackObama,andanotherismyhusband,BillClinton.TwoDemocratsguidedbythe—Oh,thatwillmakehimsohappy.TheywereandaretwoDemocratsguidedbythefundamentalAmericanbeliefthatrealandlastingprosperitymustbebuiltbyallandsharedbyall.PresidentRooseveltcalledoneveryAmericantodohisorherpart,andeveryAmericananswered.Hesaidthere’snomysteryaboutwhatittakestobuildastrongandprosperousAmerica:“Equalityofopportunity…Jobsforthosewhocanwork…Securityforthosewhoneedit…Theendingofspecialprivilegeforthefew…Thepreservationofcivillibertiesforall…awiderandconstantlyrisingstandardofliving.”Thatstillsoundsgoodtome.It’sAmerica’sbasicbargain.Ifyoudoyourpartyououghttobeabletogetahead.Andwheneverybodydoestheirpart,Americagetsaheadtoo.Thatbargaininspiredgenerationsoffamilies,includingmyown.It’swhatkeptmygrandfathergoingtoworkinthesameScrantonlacemilleverydayfor50years.It’swhatledmyfathertobelievethatifhescrimpedandsaved,hissmallbusinessprintingdraperyfabricinChicagocouldprovideuswithamiddle-classlife.Anditdid.WhenPresidentClintonhonoredthebargain,wehadthelongestpeacetimeexpansioninhistory,abalancedbudget,andthefirsttimeindecadesweallgrewtogether,withthebottom20percentofworkersincreasingtheirinesbythesamepercentageasthetop5percent.WhenPresidentObamahonoredthebargain,wepulledbackfromthebrinkofDepression,savedtheautoindustry,providedhealthcareto16millionworkingpeople,andreplacedthejobswelostfasterthanafterafinancialcrash.But,it’snot1941,or1993,orevenxx.Wefacenewchallengesinoureconomyandourdemocracy.We’restillworkingourwaybackfromacrisisthathappenedbecausetime-testedvalueswerereplacedbyfalsepromises.InsteadofaneconomybuiltbyeveryAmerican,foreveryAmerican,weweretoldthatifweletthoseatthetoppaylowertaxesandbendtherules,theirsuesswouldtrickledowntoeveryoneelse.Whathappened?Well,insteadofabalancedbudgetwithsurplusesthatcouldhaveeventuallypaidoffournationaldebt,theRepublicanstwicecuttaxesforthewealthiest,borrowedmoneyfromothercountriestopayfortwowars,andfamilyinesdropped.Youknowwhereweendedup.Exceptitwasn’ttheend.Aswehavesinceourfounding,Americansmadeanewbeginning.Youworkedextrashifts,tooksecondjobs,postponedhomerepairs…youfiguredouthowtomakeitwork.Andnowpeoplearebeginningtothinkabouttheirfutureagain–goingtocollege,startingabusiness,buyingahouse,finallybeingabletoputawaysomethingforretirement.Sowe’restandingagain.But,weallknowwe’renotyetrunningthewayAmericashould.Youseecorporationsmakingrecordprofits,withCEOsmakingrecordpay,butyourpaycheckshavebarelybudged.Whilemanyofyouareworkingmultiplejobstomakeendsmeet,youseethetop25hedgefundmanagersmakingmorethanallofAmerica’skindergartenteachersbined.And,oftenpayingalowertaxrate.So,youhavetowonder:“Whendoesmyhardworkpayoff?Whendoesmyfamilygetahead?”“When?”Isaynow.Prosperitycan’tbejustforCEOsandhedgefundmanagers.Democracycan’tbejustforbillionairesandcorporations.Prosperityanddemocracyarepartofyourbasicbargaintoo.Youbroughtourcountryback.Nowit’stime—yourtimetosecurethegainsandmoveahead.And,youknowwhat?Americacan’tsueedunlessyousueed.ThatiswhyIamrunningforPresidentoftheUnitedStates.Here,onRooseveltIsland,Ibelievewehaveacontinuingrendezvouswithdestiny.EachAmericanandthecountrywecherish.I’mrunningtomakeoureconomyworkforyouandforeveryAmerican.Forthesuessfulandthestruggling.Fortheinnovatorsandinventors.Forthosebreakingbarriersintechnologyanddiscoveringcuresfordiseases.Forthefactoryworkersandfoodserverswhostandontheirfeetallday.Forthenurseswhoworkthenightshift.Forthetruckerswhodriveforhoursandthefarmerswhofeedus.Fortheveteranswhoservedourcountry.Forthesmallbusinessownerswhotookarisk.Foreveryonewho’severbeenknockeddown,butrefusedtobeknockedout.I’mnotrunningforsomeAmericans,butforallAmericans.Ourcountry’schallengesdidn’tbeginwiththeGreatRecessionandtheywon’tendwiththerecovery.Fordecades,Americanshavebeenbuffetedbypowerfulcurrents.Advancesintechnologyandtheriseofglobaltradehavecreatedwholenewareasofeconomicactivityandopenednewmarketsforourexports,buttheyhavealsodisplacedjobsandundercutwagesformillionsofAmericans.Thefinancialindustryandmanymulti-nationalcorporationshavecreatedhugewealthforafewbyfocusingtoomuchonshort-termprofitandtoolittleonlong-termvalue…toomuchonplextradingschemesandstockbuybacks,toolittleoninvestmentsinnewbusinesses,jobs,andfairpensation.OurpoliticalsystemissoparalyzedbygridlockanddysfunctionthatmostAmericanshavelostconfidencethatanythingcanactuallygetdone.Andthey’velosttrustintheabilityofbothgovernmentandBigBusinesstochangecourse.Now,wecanblamehistoricforcesbeyondourcontrolforsomeofthis,butthechoiceswe’vemadeasanation,leadersandcitizensalike,havealsoplayedabigrole.OurnextPresidentmustworkwithCongressandeveryotherwillingpartneracrossourentirecountry.AndIwilldojustthat—toturnthetidesothesecurrentsstartworkingforusmorethanagainstus.Atourbest,that’swhatAmericansdo.We’reproblemsolvers,notdeniers.Wedon’thidefromchange,weharnessit.Butwecan’tdothatifwegobacktothetop-downeconomicpoliciesthatfailedusbefore.Americanshaveetoofartoseeourprogressrippedaway.Now,theremaybesomenewvoicesinthepresidentialRepublicanchoir,butthey’reallsingingthesameoldsong…Asongcalled“Yesterday.”Youknowtheone—allourtroubleslookasthoughthey’reheretostay…andweneedaplacetohideaway…Theybelieveinyesterday.Andyou’reluckyIdidn’ttrysingingthat,too,I’lltellyou!TheseRepublicanstripoverthemselvespromisinglowertaxesforthewealthyandfewerrulesforthebiggestcorporationswithoutregardforhowthatwillmakeineinequalityevenworse.We’veheardthistunebefore.Andweknowhowitturnsout.Askmanyofthesecandidatesaboutclimatechange,oneofthedefiningthreatsofourtime,andthey’llsay:“I’mnotascientist.”Well,then,whydon’ttheystartlisteningtothosewhoare?TheypledgetowipeouttoughrulesonWallStreet,ratherthanreininthebanksthatarestilltoorisky,courtingfuturefailures.Inacasethatcanonlybeconsideredmassamnesia.Theywanttotakeawayhealthinsurancefrommorethan16millionAmericanswithoutofferinganycrediblealternative.Theyshameandblamewomen,ratherthanrespectourrighttomakeourownreproductivehealthdecisions.Theywanttoputimmigrants,whoworkhardandpaytaxes,atriskofdeportation.Andtheyturntheirbacksongaypeoplewholoveeachother.Fundamentally,theyrejectwhatittakestobuildaninclusiveeconomy.Ittakesaninclusivesociety.WhatIoncecalled“avillage”thathasaplaceforeveryone.Now,myvaluesandalifetimeofexperienceshavegivenmeadifferentvisionforAmerica.Ibelievethatsuessisn’tmeasuredbyhowmuchthewealthiestAmericanshave,butbyhowmanychildrenclimboutofpoverty…Howmanystart-upsandsmallbusinessesopenandthrive…Howmanyyoungpeoplegotocollegewithoutdrowningindebt…Howmanypeoplefindagoodjob…Howmanyfamiliesgetaheadandstayahead.Ididn’tlearnthisfrompolitics.Ilearneditfrommyownfamily.Mymothertaughtmethateverybodyneedsachanceandachampion.Sheknewwhatitwaslikenottohaveeitherone.Herownparentsabandonedher,andby14shewasoutonherown,workingasahousemaid.Yearslater,whenIwasoldenoughtounderstand,Iaskedwhatkepthergoing.Youknowwhatheranswerwas?Somethingverysimple:Kindnessfromsomeonewhobelievedshemattered.The1stgradeteacherwhosawshehadnothingtoeatatlunchand,withoutembarrassingher,broughtextrafoodtoshare.Thewomanwhosehouseshecleanedlettinghergotohighschoolsolongasherworkgotdone.Thatwasabargainsheleapttoaept.And,becausesomepeoplebelievedinher,shebelievedinme.That’swhyIbelievewithallmyheartinAmericaandinthepotentialofeveryAmerican.Tomeeteverychallenge.Toberesilient…nomatterwhattheworldthrowsatyou.Tosolvethetoughestproblems.IbelievewecandoallthesethingsbecauseI’veseenithappen.Asayounggirl,IsignedupatmyMethodistChurchtobabysitthechildrenofMexicanfarmworkers,whiletheirparentsworkedinthefieldsontheweekends.Andlater,asalawstudent,IadvocatedforCongresstorequirebetterworkingandlivingconditionsforfarmworkerswhosechildrendeservedbetteropportunities.MyfirstjoboutoflawschoolwasfortheChildren’sDefenseFund.Iwalkeddoor-to-doortofindouthowmanychildrenwithdisabilitiescouldn’tgotoschool,andtohelpbuildthecaseforalawguaranteeingthemaesstoeducation.AsaleaderoftheLegalServicesCorporation,Idefendedtherightofpoorpeopletohavealawyer.Andsawliveschangedbecauseanabusivemarriageendedoranillegalevictionstopped.InArkansas,Isupervisedlawstudentswhorepresentedclientsincourtsandprisons,organizedscholarshipsforsingleparentsgoingtocollege,ledeffortsforbetterschoolsandhealthcare,andpersonallyknewthepeoplewhoseliveswereimproved.AsSenator,Ihadthehonorofrepresentingbravefirefighters,policeofficers,EMTs,constructionworkers,andvolunteerswhorantowarddangeron9/11andstayedthere,beingsickthemselves.Ittookyearsofeffort,butCongressfinallyapprovedthehealthcaretheyneeded.TherearesomanyfacesandstoriesthatIcarrywithmeofpeoplewhogavetheirbestandthenneededhelpthemselves.Justweeksago,Imetanotherpersonlikethat,asinglemomjugglingajobandclassesatmunitycollege,whileraisingthreekids.Shedoesn’texpectanythingtoeeasy.Butshedidaskme:Whatmorecanbedonesoitisn’tquitesohardforfamilieslikehers?Iwanttobeherchampionandyourchampion.Ifyou’llgivemethechance,I’llwageandwinFourFightsforyou.ThefirstistomaketheeconomyworkforeverydayAmericans,notjustthoseatthetop.Tomakethemiddleclassmeansomethingagain,withrisinginesandbroaderhorizons.Andtogivethepoorachancetoworktheirwayintoit.Themiddleclassneedsmoregrowthandmorefairness.Growthandfairnessgotogether.Forlastingprosperity,youcan’thaveonewithouttheother.Isthispossibleintoday’sworld?IbelieveitisorIwouldn’tbestandinghere.DoIthinkitwillbeeasy?Ofcoursenot.But,here’sthegoodnews:Therearealliesforchangeeverywherewhoknowwecan’tstandbywhileinequalityincreases,wagesstagnate,andthepromiseofAmericadims.WeshouldwelethesupportofallAmericanswhowanttogoforwardtogetherwithus.TherearepublicofficialswhoknowAmericansneedabetterdeal.Businessleaderswhowanthigherpayforemployees,equalpayforwomenandnodiscriminationagainsttheLGBTmunityeither.Thereareleadersoffinancewhowantlessshort-termtradingandmorelong-terminvesting.Thereareunionleaderswhoareinvestingtheirownpensionfundsinputtingpeopletoworktobuildtomorrow’seconomy.Weneedeveryonetoetothetableandworkwithus.Intheingweeks,I’llproposespecificpoliciesto:Rewardbusinesseswhoinvestinlongtermvalueratherthanthequickbuck–becausethatleadstohighergrowthfortheeconomy,higherwagesforworkers,andyes,biggerprofits,everybodywillhaveabettertime.Iwillrewritethetaxcodesoitrewardshardworkandinvestmentshereathome,notquicktradesorstashingprofitsoverseas.Iwillgivenewincentivestopaniesthatgivetheiremployeesafairshareoftheprofitstheirhardworkearns.Wewillunleashanewgenerationofentrepreneursandsmallbusinessownersbyprovidingtaxrelief,cuttingredtape,andmakingiteasiertogetasmallbusinessloan.WewillrestoreAmericatothecuttingedgeofinnovation,science,andresearchbyincreasingbothpublicandprivateinvestments.AndwewillmakeAmericathecleanenergysuperpowerofthe21stcentury.Developingrenewablepower–wind,solar,advancedbiofuels…Buildingcleanerpowerplants,smarterelectricgrids,greenerbuildings…Usingadditionalfeesandroyaltiesfromfossilfuelextractiontoprotecttheenvironment…AndeasethetransitionfordistressedmunitiestoamorediverseandsustainableeconomicfuturefromcoalcountrytoIndiancountry,fromsmalltownsintheMississippiDeltatotheRioGrandeValleytoourinnercities,wehavetohelpourfellowAmericans.Now,thiswillcreatemillionsofjobsandcountlessnewbusinesses,andenableAmericatoleadtheglobalfightagainstclimatechange.Wewillalsoconnectworkerstotheirjobsandbusinesses.Customerswillhaveabetterchancetoactuallygetwheretheyneedandgetwhattheydesirewithroads,railways,bridges,airports,ports,andbroadbandbroughtuptoglobalstandardsforthe21stcentury.Wewillestablishaninfrastructurebankandsellbondstopayforsomeoftheseimprovements.Now,buildinganeconomyfortomorrowalsorequiresinvestinginourmostimportantasset,ourpeople,beginningwithouryoungest.That’swhyIwillproposethatwemakepreschoolandqualitychildcareavailabletoeverychildinAmerica.AndIwantyoutorememberthis,becausetome,thisisabsolutelythemost-pellingargumentwhyweshoulddothis.Researchtellsushowmuchearlylearninginthefirstfiveyearsoflifecanimpactlifelongsuess.Infact,80percentofthebrainisdevelopedbyagethree.OnethingI’velearnedisthattalentisuniversal–youcanfinditanywhere–butopportunityisnot.Toomanyofourkidsneverhavethechancetolearnandthriveastheyshouldandasweneedthemto.Ourcountrywon’tbepetitiveorfairifwedon’thelpmorefamiliesgivetheirkidsthebestpossiblestartinlife.Solet’sstaffourprimaryandsecondaryschoolswithteacherswhoaresecondtononeintheworld,andreceivetherespecttheydeserveforsparkingtheloveoflearningineverychild.Let’smakecollegeaffordableandavailabletoall…andliftthecrushingburdenofstudentdebt.Let’sprovidelifelonglearningforworkerstogainorimproveskillstheeconomyrequires,settingupmanymoreAmericansforsuess.Now,thesecondfightistostrengthenAmerica’sfamilies,becausewhenourfamiliesarestrong,Americaisstrong.Andtoday’sfamiliesfacenewanduniquepressures.Parentsneedmoresupportandflexibilitytodotheirjobatworkandathome.Ibelieveyoushouldhavetherighttoearnpaidsickdays.Ibelieveyoushouldreceiveyourworkschedulewithenoughnoticetoarrangechildcareortakecollegecoursestogetahead.Ibelieveyoushouldlookforwardtoretirementwithconfidence,notanxiety.Thatyoushouldhavethepeaceofmindthatyourhealthcarewillbetherewhenyouneedit,withoutbreakingthebank.Ibelieveweshouldofferpaidfamilyleavesonoonehastochoosebetweenkeepingapaycheckandcaringforanewbabyorasickrelative.Anditiswaypasttimetoendtheoutrageofsomanywomenstillearninglessthanmenonthejob—andwomenofcoloroftenmakingevenless.Thisisn’tawomen’sissue.It’safamilyissue.Justlikeraisingtheminimumwageisafamilyissue.Expandingchildcareisafamilyissue.Decliningmarriageratesisafamilyissue.Theunequalratesofincarcerationisafamilyissue.Helpingmorepeoplewithanaddictionoramentalhealthproblemgethelpisafamilyissue.InAmerica,everyfamilyshouldfeelliketheybelong.Soweshouldofferhard-working,law-abidingimmigrantfamiliesapathtocitizenship.Notsecond-classstatus.And,weshouldbandiscriminationagainstLGBTAmericansandtheirfamiliessotheycanlive,learn,marry,andworkjustlikeeverybodyelse.Youknow,America’sdiversity,ouropenness,ourdevotiontohumanrightsandfreedomiswhat’sdrawnsomanytoourshores.What’sinspiredpeopleallovertheworld.Iknow.I’veseenitwithmyowneyes.Andthesearealsoqualitiesthatprepareuswellforthedemandsofaworldthatismoreinterconnectedthaneverbefore.Sowehaveathirdfight:toharnessallofAmerica’spower,smarts,andvaluestomaintainourleadershipforpeace,security,andprosperity.NoothercountryonEarthisbe
