ThisfiledetailsValeo’srequirementsconcerningtheabove3itemstogetherwiththedocumentstobesuppliedbythesupplierand/orValeoduringthePQAprocess.TheserequirementsaredrawnupanddiscussedbyValeoandthesupplierduringstage2.Attheendofthisstage,ValeofinalizestheValeoRequirementsFileandsendsittothesupplierforapproval.

要求的文件包括涉及上述3點(diǎn)要求的文件及在PQA步驟實(shí)施中由供應(yīng)商或法雷奧提供的文件。這些要求由VALEO和供應(yīng)商一起在第二階段共同制定并討論。16ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證stage3:Definitionandacceptanceofthequalityassurancefile(QAF)質(zhì)量保證文件確定與認(rèn)可ThisfileformalizesresponsestoQualityrequirements.ItispresentedbythesupplierandjointlyexaminedwithValeo.OncethisfilehasbeenexaminedandapprovedwithregardtotheValeoRequirementsFile,thesupplierundertakestocomplywithitandsubmitallproposalsformodifyingorimprovingtheproductorprocessforapprovaltoValeo,includingintheeventofatransferofproduction.Thisstageendswiththelaunchofthetoolingatthesupplier.

該文件匯總了質(zhì)量要求的對(duì)策，首先由供應(yīng)商提出并與法雷奧一起審核，按照法雷奧要求文件審核認(rèn)可后，供應(yīng)商承諾遵守此文件，并將產(chǎn)品或工藝更改、改進(jìn)提交法雷奧認(rèn)可，包括生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行情況。此階段供應(yīng)商開始投入工裝。

17ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證stage4

:Validationofproductionprocess(fullproductionday/processaudit)過程認(rèn)可（滿負(fù)荷生產(chǎn)/過程審核）

Theauditisvalidonlyiftheprocessauditedistheonethatwillbeusedinvolumeproduction(equipmentandconditions).

審核僅在批量生產(chǎn)的工藝下才有效。

只有當(dāng)過程審核的結(jié)果令人滿意（根據(jù)VAQA2102過程審核程序）時(shí)，該工藝才可以被法雷奧認(rèn)可。否則供應(yīng)商應(yīng)該制定實(shí)施計(jì)劃，并進(jìn)行跟蹤審核。

InitialsamplesmustbetakenduringthefullproductiondayrunanddeliveredinvolumeproductionpackagingtogetherwithfulldocumentationasspecifiedintheValeoRequirementsFile.

首批樣品必須在滿負(fù)荷批量生產(chǎn)時(shí)抽取，采用批量供貨的包裝與符合法雷奧要求文件格式的資料一起送到法雷奧。Thefullproductiondayrunwouldtypicallybefromonehourtooneshift'sproduction,withthespecificproductionquantitytototal300

partsminimumunlesssomeotherquantityhasbeenagreeduponinwriting.Partsfromeachpositionofamultiplecavitydie,mold,toolorpatternaretobemeasuredandrepresentativepartstested.

滿負(fù)荷批產(chǎn)通常持續(xù)1小時(shí)到一個(gè)班次，最少生產(chǎn)300件或書面確定并認(rèn)可的數(shù)量。在有多付模具或一型多模時(shí)，每模零件都要測量、檢驗(yàn)。

PeriodicauditsoftheprocessmustbeperformedbythesupplierattheintervalsdefinedintheProcessDataSheet.AuditreportsandcorrectiveactionplansmustbeavailableforconsultationbyValeoatalltimes.

供應(yīng)商按照審核計(jì)劃規(guī)定的頻率定期進(jìn)行過程審核，審核記錄及糾正措施計(jì)劃及時(shí)呈報(bào)法雷奧。Valeowillperformprocessauditsonceevery4yearsatleastandreservestherighttocarryoutnewauditswheneveritseesfit.

法雷奧最多4年要定期進(jìn)行過程審核，并保留隨時(shí)進(jìn)行審核的可能。

20ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證Stage5:Acceptanceofinitialsamples首批樣品的認(rèn)可TheaimofSupplierInitialSamples(I.S.)istocheckthattheproduct(performance,characteristics,reliability,capability,tests,etc.),productionlinesandequipmentcomplywithspecifications.

供應(yīng)商首批樣品是用來檢驗(yàn)產(chǎn)品（性能、特性、可靠性、能力、試驗(yàn)，…）、生產(chǎn)線及設(shè)備是否符合技術(shù)規(guī)范的要求。ValeousestheseI.S.toqualifyproductsonthebasisofthevalidationplan.

法雷奧按照認(rèn)可計(jì)劃對(duì)首批樣品進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)確認(rèn)。AcceptanceofSupplierI.S.byValeocanonlybegivenifthisinternalqualificationstageissatisfactory.

只有內(nèi)部認(rèn)可合格后才可宣布法雷奧認(rèn)可供應(yīng)商首批樣品。IfSupplierInitialSamplesarerejected,fullproductioncannotgoahead.供應(yīng)商首批樣品未認(rèn)可時(shí)禁止零件批量供貨。

21ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證Stage6:ProbationaryPeriod試用期ThisstageiscompulsoryforallpartswithinthescopeofapplicationofPQA.此步驟對(duì)于所有實(shí)施PQA的零件是必須的。Theprobationaryperiodlastsforatleast2monthsandinvolvesatleast6productionbatches*ofthepartsinvolved.試用期至少為2個(gè)月涉及6批批量生產(chǎn)的零件。

Ifanincidentoccurs,thepartwillbesubjectedtoanewprobationaryperiodafteranappropriateactionplan,approvedbyValeo,hasbeeneffectivelyimplemented.如出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量事故，只有在有效地實(shí)施了法雷奧認(rèn)可的糾正措施后，才開始新的試用期。22ProductQualityAssurance(PQA)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證Stage7:PQAmanagementPQA供貨ThisstageiscompulsoryforallpartswithinthescopeofapplicationofPQA.此步驟對(duì)于所有實(shí)施PQA的零件是必須的。PQAStatus

PQA狀態(tài)APQApartisapartthatisnotsubjecttoValeoincominginspection(exceptforproductauditswhicharecarriedoutperiodicallyasdefinedbyValeo)andwhoseconformanceisguaranteedbythesupplierthroughthestrictapplicationofQAP.p.I.Swillbere-qualifiedinlinewiththeperiodicityspecifiedintheValeoRequirementsFile實(shí)行PQA供貨是指零件在法雷奧不再進(jìn)行進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)（法雷奧規(guī)定的定期產(chǎn)品審核除外），通過嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證計(jì)劃由供應(yīng)商保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。此外，根據(jù)法雷奧要求文件規(guī)定的頻次對(duì)首批樣品進(jìn)行重新認(rèn)可。BeforePQAdeliveriescanbegin,thesuppliermustberatedA.

Noincidentsinvolvingthepartinquestionmusthaveoccurredduringtheprobationaryperiodandthequalityobjectives(lineppm)musthavebeenachieved.Ifapartbelongstoatechnologyfamily,nonon-conformancemusthavebeenidentifiedinthecommonproductionprocessduringtheprobationaryperiod.

PQA供貨的供應(yīng)商必須是A級(jí)供應(yīng)商，試用期內(nèi)零件不能出現(xiàn)任何事故，并且要達(dá)到質(zhì)量目標(biāo)（PPM值），對(duì)于采用同類工藝的零件，試用期內(nèi)同種工藝不能出現(xiàn)不符合情況（質(zhì)量問題）。Ifalltheaboveconditionshavebeenmet,thePurchasingDepartmentgivesthesupplierthedateonwhichPQAdeliveriescanstartforthepart.

滿足上述條件時(shí)，由采購部門通知供應(yīng)商某種零件開始實(shí)行AQP供貨的日期。AllPQAdeliveriesmustbeidentifiedbyaPQAlabelonallboxes,containers,etc.

產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證下供貨的每個(gè)包裝上應(yīng)該有明顯的AQP識(shí)別標(biāo)記。ThesuppliermustbeinapositiontoinformValeooftheresultsofinspectionscarriedoutforeachbatchdeliveredinlinewiththerequirementsoftheQAP.p.
