本文件是GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》的第125部分。GB/T4706已經(jīng)發(fā)布了以下

本文件等同采用IEC60335?2?114:2018《家用和類似用途電器安全第2?114部分:使用含堿性

或其他非酸性電解質(zhì)電池組的自平衡載人運輸裝置的特殊要求》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的編輯性改動:

引言

GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》大部分采用IEC60335。在此基礎(chǔ)上,GB/T4706參考

IEC60335的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,劃分為若干部分,由通用要求和特殊要求構(gòu)成,第1部分為通用要求,其他部分

為特殊要求。對于特殊要求范圍涵蓋的產(chǎn)品,其安全要求為通用要求與該特殊要求結(jié)合使用,在特殊

要求中包括了對通用要求中對應條款的補充和修改,以給出對每種產(chǎn)品的完整要求。

本文件是器具按照使用說明正常使用時,對電氣、機械、熱、火災以及輻射等風險需要具有的防護

要求。本文件還包括使用中可能出現(xiàn)的非正常情況,并且考慮電磁干擾對器具安全運行的影響方式。

本文件已考慮GB/T16895《低壓電氣裝置》中規(guī)定的要求,器具在連接到電源時與電氣布線規(guī)則

的要求協(xié)調(diào)一致。

如果一臺器具的多項功能涉及GB/T4706中的其他部分,只要合理,其他部分分別適用于該器具

每個功能。如果適用,需考慮一個功能對其他功能的影響。

當其他部分中未針對本文件中已經(jīng)包含了的危險給出附加要求時,則GB/T4706.1適用。

GB/T4706是涉及器具安全的標準,優(yōu)先于涵蓋同一主題的通用標準/橫向標準。

本文件與GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分:通用要求》配合使用。本

文件中寫明“適用”的部分,表示GB/T4706.1—2024中的相應條款適用于本文件;本文件寫明“代替”

的部分,則以本文件中的條款為準;本文件寫明“增加”的部分,表示除要符合GB/T4706.1—2024中的

GB/T4706.1—2024的該章以下述內(nèi)容代替。

本文件規(guī)定了使用含堿性或其他非酸性電解質(zhì)電池組的自平衡載人運輸裝置的安全要求。

本文件適用于使用含堿性或其他非酸性電解質(zhì)電池組的自平衡載人運輸裝置(以下簡稱“器具”)。

本文件也適用于不打算作為一般家用,但對公眾仍有可能引起危險的器具,例如打算在商店,輕工

業(yè)和農(nóng)場中由非專業(yè)人員使用的器具。

就實際情況而言,本文件涉及的各種器具存在的普通危險,是在住宅和住宅周圍環(huán)境中所有人都

會遇到的。然而,一般說來,本文件并未考慮以下情況。

——如下人群(包括兒童):

?由于肢體、感官或精神能力缺陷;或

?由于缺少經(jīng)驗和知識;

導致其在無人照看或指導時不能安全使用器具的情況。

——兒童玩耍器具的情況。

——運行安全,例如速度限制、跌落危險、快速加速。
