ershallconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.AttachmentsandSupplementaryExplanationsI.AttachmentList:Schedule1:SaplingSpecificationandQualityStandards,detailingthespecificrequirementsforthesaplings.Schedule2:DeliveryandInspectionProcedure,outliningtheprocessforthedeliveryandinspectionofsaplings.Schedule3:PaymentandInvoiceSchedule,specifyingthepaymenttermsandinvoicingprocess.Schedule4:CertificateofOrigin,verifyingthesourceofthesaplings.Schedule5:HealthCertificate,confirmingthesaplingsarefreefromdiseasesandpests.II.BreachofContractandDetermination:Failuretodeliverthesaplingsaspertheagreedschedule.Failuretomeetthequalitystandardsspecifiedinthecontract.Non-paymentorlatepaymentbyPartyAbeyondthestipulatedterms.Breachofwarrantyregardingthehealthandqualityofthesaplings.Unauthorizeduseordisclosureofconfidentialinformation.III.LegalTermsandDefinitions:Assignment:Thetransferofrightsorobligationsunderacontracttoathirdparty.IndependentContractors:Entitiesthatperformworkorprovideservicesindependentlywithoutbeingpartoftheotherparty.Waiver:Thevoluntaryrelinquishmentofaknownright.Third-PartyBeneficiary:Apersonorentitywhoisnotapartytothecontractbuthasarighttoenforcesomeorallofitsterms.IV.IssuesEncounteredDuringExecutionandSolutions:DelayinDelivery:PartyBshouldnotifyPartyAofthedelayandnegotiateareviseddeliveryschedule.QualityDiscrepancies:PartyAshouldreportanyqualityissueswithintheacceptanceperi
