Theownershipofthepropertyshallbelongtothebuyer,andthesellershallassistthebuyerincompletingthepropertyregistrationprocedures.6.2ProceduresforPropertyRegistrationThesellershallassistthebuyerinapplyingforpropertyregistrationwiththerealestatemanagementdepartmentwithin______daysafterthedeliveryoftheproperty.6.3CostsofPropertyRegistrationThecostsincurredduringthepropertyregistrationprocessshallbebornebythe______(party).Theaboveisthedetailedcontentofthefirsthalfofthe"ResidentialPropertySalesContract(2024Edition)".Chapter7:UseandMaintenanceoftheProperty7.1RegulationsfortheUseofthePropertyThebuyershallusethepropertyinaccordancewiththelawsandregulationsofthestateandthemanagementregulationsofthecommunity,andshallnotcarryoutillegalalterationsoruseitforillegalactivities.7.2MaintenanceResponsibilitiesforthePropertyThebuyerisresponsibleforthedailymaintenanceofthepropertytoensureitsnormaluseandgoodcondition.Thesellerisresponsiblefortheregularinspectionandmaintenanceofthepropertystructureandpublicfacilities.7.3CostsofMaintenanceandRepairsThedailymaintenancecostsofthepropertyshallbebornebythebuyer,andthemaintenancecostsofthepropertystructureandpublicfacilitiesshallbebornebytheseller.7.4SpecialRepairItemsFordamagestothepropertycausedbyforcemajeureortheseller'sreasons,thesellershallberesponsiblefortherepairandbearthecorrespondingcosts.Chapter8:LiabilityforBreachofContract8.1DeterminationofLiabilityforBreachofContractApartyisconsideredtobeinbreachofcontractifitfailstoperformordoesnotfullyperformitscontractualobligations,oriftheperformancedoesnotmeettheagreedconditions.8.2ModesofAssumingLiabilityforBreachofContractThebreachingpartyshallassumeliabilityforbreachofcontractaccordingtothenatureandextentofthebreach,bytakingoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:Payingapenaltyforbreachofcontract;Compensatingforlosses;Continuingtoperformthecontract.8.3ExemptionfromLiabilityforBreachofContractIfthebreachiscausedbyforcemajeure,thebreachingpartymaybeexemptedfromliabilityforbreachofcontract.However,thebreachingpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyandprovidethecorrespondingproof.Chapter9:DisputeResolution9.1MethodsofDisputeResolutionAnydisputesarisingduringtheperformanceofthecontractshallfirstberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.Ifnegotiationfails,thedisputemaybesubmittedtothe______ArbitrationCommissionforarbitration.9.2ProceduresforDisputeResolutionTheresolutionofdisputesshallfollowthefollowingprocedures:Raisingthedispute;Negotiatingbetweentheparties;Submittingtoarbitration;Executingthearbitrationaward.9.3ApplicableLawandJurisdictionTheconclusion,interpretation,performance,modification,termination,anddisputeresolutionofthiscontractshallallbegovernedbythelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.ContractdisputesshallbeunderthejurisdictionofthePeople'sCourtoftheplacewherethecontractissigned.Chapter10:AmendmentandTerminationoftheContract10.1ConditionsandProceduresforContractAmendmentOncethecontractissigned,nopartymayunilaterallyamendthecontentofthecontractwithouttheconsentofbothparties.Ifamendmentisrequired,itshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothefollowingprocedures:Makingarequestforamendment;Reachingaconsensusbetweentheparties;Signingawrittenamendmentagreement.10.2ConditionsandProceduresforContractTerminationThecontractmaybeterminatedunderthefollowingconditions:Aconsensusbetweentheparties;Apartyisinseriousbreachofcontract,andtheotherpartyhastherighttoterminatethecontract.Theterminationofthecontractshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothefollowingprocedures:Makingarequestfortermination;Reachingaconsensusbetweentheparties;Signingawrittenterminationagreement.10.3RightsandObligationsafterContractAmendmentorTerminationAftertheamendmentorterminationofthecontract,bothpartiesshallperformtheircorrespondingrightsandobligationsaccordingtotheamendmentorterminationagreement.Ifthecontractisterminatedduetoabreachofcontractbyaparty,thebreachingpartyshallbearthecorrespondingliabilityforbreachofcontract.Chapter11:MiscellaneousProvisions11.1Noticesand
