為了使教學(xué)內(nèi)容符合學(xué)生畢業(yè)后就業(yè)的需要，我系曾多次下企業(yè)進(jìn)行企業(yè)調(diào)研，修改專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案，不斷調(diào)整課程設(shè)置和課時(shí)分配；為了更新知識(shí)，我系采用了全國(guó)最新編寫、出版的優(yōu)秀教材，絕大多數(shù)教材是“十二五”國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材。為提提高教學(xué)效果，我系配備了12個(gè)專業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)室，多媒體教室等。我系絕大多數(shù)教師能用現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)進(jìn)行教學(xué)，能用電腦收集教學(xué)資料、進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)和從事科研教改活動(dòng)。

5.重視課程設(shè)計(jì)和課程改革

課程設(shè)計(jì)最能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的運(yùn)用知識(shí)的能力，課程改革是深化教學(xué)改革的重要內(nèi)容。經(jīng)過(guò)反復(fù)論證以及不斷的實(shí)踐和摸索，根據(jù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要，我系不斷完善機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)內(nèi)容和課程體系。在調(diào)整專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案時(shí)，把夯實(shí)學(xué)生專業(yè)基本功作為第一要物，把學(xué)生的知識(shí)和技能最大程度的融合，把培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的技能貫穿于始終。其一，加強(qiáng)課程的實(shí)用性和針對(duì)性，使課程設(shè)置更加符合國(guó)家專業(yè)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其二，注重專業(yè)知識(shí)的傳授和技能訓(xùn)練有機(jī)的結(jié)合，提高了課程的效益。其三，積極開(kāi)設(shè)新課和改造現(xiàn)有課程，重點(diǎn)摸索如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力，鍛煉學(xué)生的思維能力和創(chuàng)新能力。同時(shí)，在確保專業(yè)技能訓(xùn)練課的前提下，加大選修課開(kāi)設(shè)力度加強(qiáng)科學(xué)技術(shù)知識(shí)教育。目前機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的幾大模塊在課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)進(jìn)程、學(xué)時(shí)學(xué)分的分配上合理，符合機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)專業(yè)人才的要求，可行性強(qiáng)。機(jī)電專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課開(kāi)得比較扎實(shí)，有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生扎實(shí)的專業(yè)基本功；方向課能反映出不同方向的主要核心課程，選修課有利于拓展學(xué)生的知識(shí)面、提高學(xué)習(xí)興趣，有利于人文素質(zhì)和科學(xué)素質(zhì)提高，有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力。

6.抓好畢業(yè)論文的指導(dǎo)與設(shè)計(jì)

我系成立了畢業(yè)論文評(píng)審工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生畢業(yè)論文指導(dǎo)、質(zhì)量監(jiān)控等工作。以確保畢業(yè)論文質(zhì)量符合培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和教學(xué)要求。

1）由系主任張震和主管教學(xué)的副主任陳為全負(fù)責(zé)畢業(yè)論文指導(dǎo)的組織與管理，制定了一系列有關(guān)畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))的工作實(shí)施方案、論文寫作規(guī)范與要求，對(duì)畢業(yè)論文工作做了具體布置,對(duì)選題、資料調(diào)研、開(kāi)題報(bào)告、論文撰寫、論文答辯等環(huán)節(jié)都作了嚴(yán)格、具體、規(guī)范的要求；

2）挑選科研能力較強(qiáng)、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)、具有講師及以上技術(shù)職稱或者碩士學(xué)位的教師指導(dǎo)畢業(yè)論文。

3）對(duì)學(xué)生論文寫作及教師指導(dǎo)工作進(jìn)行階段性檢查，論文分一、二、三稿和最后定稿，每一稿都要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真寫作和修改，老師要提出自己的修改意見(jiàn)。

4）認(rèn)真嚴(yán)格組織論文答辯工作。將學(xué)生分成多個(gè)小組進(jìn)行論文答辯。每個(gè)答辯組至少有三個(gè)答辯老師，對(duì)答辯不合格的學(xué)生需要重新組織答辯，重新答辯不合格的學(xué)生扣發(fā)畢業(yè)證。

7.加強(qiáng)課程建設(shè)和專業(yè)建設(shè)

在繼續(xù)原有的院級(jí)精品課程《電氣控制與PLC》的基礎(chǔ)上，《電工電子技術(shù)》課程正在積極申報(bào)院級(jí)精品課程。各門課程的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已得到完善。學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視，學(xué)科、專業(yè)定位準(zhǔn)確，全系教師密切配合，專業(yè)學(xué)科建設(shè)正朝著健康有序的方向發(fā)展。

8.加強(qiáng)教研室建設(shè)，開(kāi)展教改、教研活動(dòng)

教研室是教學(xué)的基層單位，根據(jù)我系的教學(xué)需要和實(shí)際情況，我系現(xiàn)有機(jī)械和電氣自動(dòng)化兩個(gè)教研室。每年各教研室都制定了教研室計(jì)劃，并按計(jì)劃開(kāi)展一系列的教改教研活動(dòng)（不得少于10次）。我系的常規(guī)教學(xué)以教研室為單位開(kāi)展，檢查教學(xué)計(jì)劃執(zhí)行的情況，組織公開(kāi)課、示范課教學(xué)和教案檢查，開(kāi)展以教學(xué)為中心的課外活動(dòng)等等。

9.加強(qiáng)綜合能力和綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)

為了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合能力和綜合素質(zhì)，我系開(kāi)展了一系列的、有特色的課外活動(dòng)，如：校內(nèi)專業(yè)技能比賽、學(xué)術(shù)講座等活動(dòng)，系還成立了創(chuàng)業(yè)社團(tuán)，每年組織外語(yǔ)戲劇演出，這些活動(dòng)有利于提高學(xué)生的專業(yè)水平，有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)，有利于把我系素質(zhì)教育推向前進(jìn)。同時(shí)，我系不斷修改教學(xué)計(jì)劃，增開(kāi)很多選修課程，調(diào)整課時(shí)分配，其目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的綜合能力，改進(jìn)學(xué)生的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，提高學(xué)生畢業(yè)后的就業(yè)率。

總之，在過(guò)去幾年的教學(xué)中，我系圍繞專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行了機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)專業(yè)的教學(xué)計(jì)劃，全面完成了授課計(jì)劃，加強(qiáng)了薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的教學(xué)，提高了專業(yè)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量，培養(yǎng)了一批優(yōu)秀的畢業(yè)生，達(dá)到了專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，滿足了市場(chǎng)對(duì)機(jī)電一體化畢業(yè)生的需求。
