現(xiàn)在再認真思考這個問題，我們覺得，做為從業(yè)人員有責任、有義務(wù)，也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂的旅游時光。坦誠的說，今年7、8兩個暑期月份下來，在我們質(zhì)檢回訪過程中，所發(fā)現(xiàn)存在質(zhì)量問題的，游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。

我們總結(jié)分析下來，存在質(zhì)量問題的主要是散客出游群體，暑期質(zhì)量問題一般容易出現(xiàn)在車輛空調(diào)不好，某些導游態(tài)度存在問題，以及住房條件較差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大體上分為三類，一類是組團旅行社，我們**就是這樣類型的旅行社，面向終端客戶收取客源;一類是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客來本地旅游;第三類是同行批發(fā)旅行社，如揚州蘇之旅旅行社，儀征旅行社同行受制于客源量問題，收到游客報名后，無法獨立發(fā)團，只能交給這樣的批發(fā)旅行社統(tǒng)一發(fā)團。這種現(xiàn)狀就導至了組團旅行社對散客質(zhì)量的掌控
