前言
根據(jù)四川省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳《關(guān)于下達工程建設(shè)地方標
準〈四川省懸掛式單軌交通技術(shù)標準〉編制計劃的通知》(川
建標函〔2017〕792號)的要求,《懸掛式單軌交通設(shè)計標準》
編制組經(jīng)廣泛調(diào)查研究,認真總結(jié)工程實踐經(jīng)驗以及最新研究
成果,參考國內(nèi)城市軌道交通、鐵路工程建設(shè)相關(guān)的國家和行
業(yè)標準,并在廣泛征求意見的基礎(chǔ)上,編制本標準。
本標準共分26章和3個附錄,主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容包括:總則;
術(shù)語;運營組織;車輛;限界;線路;軌道梁橋;道岔;車站
建筑;高架車站結(jié)構(gòu);地下結(jié)構(gòu);工程防水;通風與空調(diào);給
水與排水;車站其他機電設(shè)備;供電;通信;信號;自動售檢
票系統(tǒng);環(huán)境與設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng);風力監(jiān)測系統(tǒng);綜合運維管理
系統(tǒng);運營控制中心;車輛基地;防災(zāi);環(huán)境保護。
本標準由四川省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳負責管理,西南交通大
學負責具體技術(shù)內(nèi)容的解釋。在執(zhí)行本標準的過程中,請各使

1總則
1.0.1為規(guī)范懸掛式單軌交通設(shè)計和運營管理,做到安全
可靠、技術(shù)先進、經(jīng)濟適用、節(jié)能環(huán)保,制定本標準。
1.0.2本標準適用于最高運行速度不超過80km/h、新建
懸掛式單軌交通工程的設(shè)計。
1.0.3懸掛式單軌交通工程設(shè)計,應(yīng)符合經(jīng)政府及其主管
部門批準的總體規(guī)劃及相關(guān)專項規(guī)劃,線路選擇應(yīng)以客流預(yù)
測為依據(jù)。
1.0.4懸掛式單軌交通工程的設(shè)計年限應(yīng)分為初期、近
期、遠期。初期為建成通車后第3年,近期為第10年,遠期
為第25年。
1.0.5懸掛式單軌交通工程的設(shè)計應(yīng)統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃、近遠期結(jié)
合、分期實施。其建設(shè)規(guī)模、設(shè)備容量應(yīng)按預(yù)測的遠期客流
量和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計能力確定。
1.0.6懸掛式單軌交通線路應(yīng)為右側(cè)行車制的雙線線路,
采用獨立封閉形式,并宜高密度、短編組組織運行。系統(tǒng)設(shè)
計遠期最大能力應(yīng)滿足行車密度不小于30對/h的要求。
1.0.7懸掛式單軌交通各線路之間以及懸掛式單軌交通與
其他交通形式之間應(yīng)換乘便捷;宜設(shè)置無障礙乘行和使用
設(shè)施。
1.0.8懸掛式單軌交通應(yīng)采用高架敷設(shè);因地形限制或有
特殊要求的區(qū)段,可采用地下敷設(shè)。
1.0.9懸掛式單軌交通工程的主體結(jié)構(gòu),以及因損壞或大

修會嚴重影響系統(tǒng)正常運營的其他工程結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計使用年限
不應(yīng)低于100年。
1.0.10懸掛式單軌交通工程抗震設(shè)防采用的地震動參數(shù)
應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行國家標準《中國地震動參數(shù)區(qū)劃圖》GB18306執(zhí)行;
已進行工程場地地震安全性評價的,應(yīng)按審批結(jié)果取值。
1.0.11跨越河流和臨近河流的懸掛式單軌交通地面和高
架工程,應(yīng)按現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《鐵路橋涵設(shè)計規(guī)范》TB10002
確定的洪水頻率標準進行設(shè)計,同時尚應(yīng)滿足現(xiàn)行國家標準
《內(nèi)河通航標準》GB50139的相關(guān)要求。
1.0.12懸掛式單軌交通的車站、車輛基地、控制中心、
開閉所(或主變電站)應(yīng)根據(jù)線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃統(tǒng)一考慮,充分實現(xiàn)
資源共享,在滿足安全可靠和使用功能的前提下,應(yīng)嚴格控
制建設(shè)規(guī)模,降低工程造價和建成后的運營成本。
1.0.13懸掛式單軌交通的機電設(shè)備及車輛,應(yīng)采用性能
可靠、技術(shù)先進、經(jīng)濟合理的產(chǎn)品,立足于國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)并逐步
實現(xiàn)標準化、系列化、自動化。
1.0.14懸掛式單軌交通應(yīng)設(shè)置對火災(zāi)及其他各類災(zāi)害、
事故、故障的防范和救援設(shè)施。
1.0.15懸掛式單軌交通線路設(shè)計應(yīng)采取降低噪聲、減少
振動和減少對生態(tài)環(huán)境影響的措施。
1.0.16懸掛式單軌交通設(shè)計除應(yīng)遵守本標準外,尚應(yīng)符
合國家現(xiàn)行相關(guān)標準和規(guī)范的規(guī)定。

2術(shù)語
2.0.1單軌交通monorailtransit
列車在一條軌道梁上運行的中低運量軌道交通系統(tǒng)。根
據(jù)車輛與軌道梁之間的位置關(guān)系,單軌交通分為跨座式單軌
交通和懸掛式單軌交通兩種類型。
2.0.2懸掛式單軌交通suspendedmonorailtransit
車體懸掛于軌道梁下方的一種單軌交通形式。一般而
言,車輛采用橡膠輪胎,列車走行裝置位于梁軌合一的軌道
梁內(nèi)。車輛除走行輪外,轉(zhuǎn)向架的兩側(cè)有導向輪,導向輪被
約束于軌道梁內(nèi)的兩側(cè)腹板間。
2.0.3設(shè)計年限designlifelimit
軌道交通工程從建成通車后至目標年的時間段。
2.0.4設(shè)計使用年限designedlifetime
在設(shè)計規(guī)定的一般維護條件下,構(gòu)筑物不需要大修仍可
按其預(yù)定目的使用的時期。
2.0.5系統(tǒng)設(shè)計運能systemdesigntransportvolume
各設(shè)計年限內(nèi),列車在高峰小時單向輸送客流量的能力。
2.0.6系統(tǒng)設(shè)計能力systemdesignability
線路的各項設(shè)備設(shè)施整體所具備的支持列車運行密
度的能力。
2.0.7旅行速度travellingspeed
正常運營情況下,列車從起點站發(fā)車至終點站停車的平
均運行速度。

2.0.8最高運行速度maximumrunningspeed
列車在正常運營狀態(tài)下所達到的最高速度。
2.0.9正線mainline
載客列車運營的貫穿全程的線路。
2.0.10配線sidings
除正線外,在運行過程中為列車提供收發(fā)車、折返、聯(lián)
絡(luò)、安全保障、臨時停車等功能服務(wù)的線路。
2.0.11車輛輪廓線vehicleprofile
設(shè)定車輛所有橫斷面的包絡(luò)線。
2.0.12限界gauge
保障軌道交通安全運行、限制車輛斷面尺寸、限制沿線
設(shè)備安裝尺寸及確定建筑結(jié)構(gòu)有效凈尺寸的圖形及相應(yīng)定位
坐標參數(shù)。分為車輛限界、設(shè)備限界和建筑限界三類。
2.0.13車輛限界vehiclegauge
車輛在平直線上正常運行狀態(tài)下所形成的最大動態(tài)包絡(luò)
線,用以控制車輛制造,以及制定站臺和站臺門的定位尺寸。
2.0.14設(shè)備限界equipmentgauge
車輛在故障運行狀態(tài)下所形成的最大動態(tài)包絡(luò)線,用以
限制行車區(qū)的設(shè)備安裝。
2.0.15建筑限界structuregauge
在設(shè)備限界基礎(chǔ)上,滿足設(shè)備和管線安裝尺寸的最小有
效斷面。
2.0.16站臺門platformedgegate
沿站臺邊緣設(shè)置的圍護結(jié)構(gòu),對應(yīng)列車車門設(shè)有自動開
啟的門體,防止站臺人員或物體墜落軌道區(qū)的安全設(shè)施。
2.0.17軌道梁trackbeam

既承受列車荷載又兼作運行導向軌道的梁式結(jié)構(gòu),同時
也是供電、信號、通信等纜線及設(shè)備的載體。懸掛式單軌交
通的軌道梁,通常采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。
2.0.18軌道梁橋railbeambridge
懸掛式單軌交通軌道梁與橋墩、基礎(chǔ)及墩梁懸掛系統(tǒng)或
支承系統(tǒng)組成的橋梁體系。
2.0.19組合橋combinedbridge
當軌道梁需采用大跨結(jié)構(gòu)時,常將標準簡支軌道梁或道
岔結(jié)構(gòu)架設(shè)或懸掛于大跨橋梁上,形成組合結(jié)構(gòu)。組合橋特
指支承軌道梁或道岔的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)。
2.0.20道岔橋turnoutbridge
由道岔結(jié)構(gòu)與橋墩、基礎(chǔ)組成的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)。
2.0.21接觸網(wǎng)contactwiresystem
向懸掛式單軌交通列車輸送牽引電能的供電網(wǎng)。
2.0.22整體平移式道岔transitionalswitch
由一根直線梁和一根曲線梁組成,轉(zhuǎn)轍時采用電力驅(qū)
動,兩根道岔梁整體移動,其中任意一根梁和接口軌道梁對
接形成岔道,轉(zhuǎn)換列車行駛路線的道岔形式。
2.0.23芯軌回轉(zhuǎn)式道岔movablepointswitch
由一根整體道岔梁和梁上的機構(gòu)組成,梁內(nèi)芯軌通過電
力驅(qū)動,在梁內(nèi)繞固定點旋轉(zhuǎn)一定的角度,從而在梁內(nèi)形成
岔道,轉(zhuǎn)換列車行駛路線的道岔形式。
2.0.24大雙邊供電overbi-tractionpowersupply
當某一中間牽引變電所退出運行,由兩側(cè)相鄰牽引變電
所對接觸網(wǎng)構(gòu)成雙邊供電的方式。
2.0.25維護管理系統(tǒng)maintenancemanagementsystem

收集和存儲信號系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備狀態(tài)、操作記錄和故障日志
等運維信息,供維護人員進行日常維護管理、統(tǒng)計查詢和故
障排查等工作的管理系統(tǒng)。
2.0.26綜合運維管理系統(tǒng)integratedoperation&maintenance
supportsystem
實施線路運營信息的自動化監(jiān)控和數(shù)字信息共享的平
臺系統(tǒng)。該平臺通過對機電系統(tǒng)進行信息集成和系統(tǒng)融合,
供操作人員對運營過程實施集中監(jiān)控,提供中心級的事件處
理能力。
2.0.27車輛基地vehiclebase
提供車輛運用和維修、設(shè)備設(shè)施維護保養(yǎng)、材料物資供
應(yīng)、人員技術(shù)培訓以及相關(guān)生活設(shè)施等服務(wù)的綜合性基地。

3運營組織
3.1一般規(guī)定
3.1.1懸掛式單軌交通運營組織設(shè)計應(yīng)根據(jù)預(yù)測客流量和
乘客出行需求,確定系統(tǒng)的運營規(guī)模、運營模式和運營管理
方式。
3.1.2懸掛式單軌交通線路的客流預(yù)測,應(yīng)以線網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ),
結(jié)合各條線路的建設(shè)時序和沿線發(fā)展狀況,預(yù)測初期、近期
和遠期的客流數(shù)據(jù),并應(yīng)進行客流變化風險分析。
3.1.3懸掛式單軌交通運營狀態(tài)應(yīng)包含正常運營狀態(tài)、非
正常運營狀態(tài)和緊急運營狀態(tài)。系統(tǒng)的運營必須在能夠保證
所有使用該系統(tǒng)的人員和乘客,以及系統(tǒng)設(shè)施安全的情況下
實施。
3.1.4懸掛式單軌交通運營模式應(yīng)明確列車運行、調(diào)度指
揮、運營輔助系統(tǒng)、維修保障系統(tǒng)和人員組織等內(nèi)容的管理
模式,并應(yīng)明確在各種運營狀態(tài)下的管理方式、各子系統(tǒng)之
間以及系統(tǒng)與人員組織之間的相互關(guān)系。
3.1.5懸掛式單軌交通系統(tǒng)應(yīng)在安全防護系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控下運行。
3.1.6設(shè)計最高運行速度為80km/h的系統(tǒng),旅行速度不宜
低于30km/h。
3.1.7懸掛式單軌交通在正線上應(yīng)采用雙線、右側(cè)行車制。
南北向線路應(yīng)以由南向北為上行方向,反之為下行方向;東
西向線路應(yīng)以由西向東為上行方向,反之為下行方向;環(huán)形

線路應(yīng)以外側(cè)線路為上行方向,內(nèi)側(cè)線路為下行方向。
3.2系統(tǒng)運能
3.2.1系統(tǒng)設(shè)計運能應(yīng)滿足各設(shè)計年限單向高峰小時最大
斷面客流量的需求,并宜留有10%~15%的裕量。系統(tǒng)最大
設(shè)計運能按下式計算確定:
P=N×Q(3.2.1)
式中P——系統(tǒng)單向最大設(shè)計運能(人/h);
N——高峰小時單向開行列車數(shù)(列/h);
Q——列車的定員人數(shù)(人/列)。
3.2.2系統(tǒng)設(shè)計能力應(yīng)滿足相應(yīng)年限設(shè)計運能的需要,系
統(tǒng)設(shè)計遠期最大能力應(yīng)滿足行車密度不小于30對/h的要求。
3.2.3車輛定員應(yīng)為車輛座位數(shù)和車輛有效空余面積站立
乘客數(shù)之和,車輛有效空余面積站立乘客數(shù)宜按4人/m2~6
人/m2標準計算。
3.2.4列車運行間隔應(yīng)根據(jù)各設(shè)計年限預(yù)測客流量、列車
編組及列車定員、系統(tǒng)服務(wù)水平、系統(tǒng)運輸效率等因素綜合
確定。初期高峰時段列車最小運行間隔不宜大于5min,平
峰時段最大運行間隔不應(yīng)大于10min。遠期高峰時段列車最
小運行間隔不宜大于3min,平峰時段最大運行間隔不宜大
于6min。
3.2.5全線各折返站的折返能力、支線或車輛基地出入線
接軌站的通過能力,應(yīng)根據(jù)遠期線路的通過能力和運營要求
核定。

3.2.6新線車輛配置數(shù)量應(yīng)根據(jù)運能與運量的匹配要求,以
及檢修車輛和備用車輛的數(shù)量要求,按初期需要進行配置。
3.3行車組織
3.3.1運行列車應(yīng)至少配置一名司機駕駛或監(jiān)控。
3.3.2運營應(yīng)采用獨立運行模式,并根據(jù)全線客流分布特
征,在高峰時段可組織大、小交路運行。
3.3.3行車組織應(yīng)與客流需求相適應(yīng),既要滿足運能需求,
又要核查列車滿載率,提高運營效率,降低運營成本。
3.3.4初期列車編組宜與近期編組一致;當近期、遠期列
車長度相近時,初期列車長度可與遠期列車長度一致。編組
數(shù)量不宜大于8輛,編組長度不宜大于100m。
3.3.5日行車計劃,應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計年限客流量、列車編組定
員、系統(tǒng)服務(wù)水平、運輸效率等因素綜合確定。
3.3.6列車停站時間應(yīng)根據(jù)各設(shè)計年限車站上下車客流
量、列車的發(fā)車間隔、車門數(shù)量和開關(guān)車門時間等因素計算
確定,停站時間不宜小于25s;在換乘站和折返站,停站時
間不宜小于30s,不宜大于50s。
3.3.7進站列車進入有效站臺端部時運行速度不宜大于
30km/h;故障或事故列車推進的速度不宜大于30km/h;列
車在車輛基地內(nèi)的運行速度不宜大于20km/h。
3.3.8列車在曲線上的運行速度應(yīng)根據(jù)曲線半徑大小確

3.4運營配線
3.4.1配線設(shè)置應(yīng)在滿足線路運營、管理和安全要求的前
提下,結(jié)合工程條件綜合確定。
3.4.2線路的起終點站或區(qū)段折返站應(yīng)設(shè)置折返線或折返
渡線。
3.4.3在線路與其他正線或支線共線運行的接軌站,宜設(shè)
置進站共線運行方向的平行進路。
3.4.4列車從支線或車輛基地出入線進入正線前應(yīng)具備一
度停車條件,經(jīng)過核算不能滿足信號安全距離要求時,應(yīng)設(shè)
置安全線。
3.4.5出入線宜設(shè)置為雙線,并不宜與正線平面交叉;采
用八字形接軌時,出入線應(yīng)具有雙向發(fā)車條件。
3.4.6沿線每隔5座~6座車站或8km~10km應(yīng)設(shè)置故障
列車停車線,站間距較大時宜統(tǒng)籌考慮,并根據(jù)故障運行和
維修作業(yè)的要求,設(shè)置必要的渡線。
3.4.7遠離車輛基地的起終點車站,宜設(shè)置存車線。
3.5運營管理
3.5.1懸掛式單軌交通應(yīng)設(shè)置控制中心,負責所管轄線路
的列車運行調(diào)度指揮、電力監(jiān)控、環(huán)境及防災(zāi)報警系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控、
機電設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的維修等管理工作。根據(jù)線網(wǎng)資源共享條件,
控制中心可多線共用。

3.5.2運營管理機構(gòu)和人員數(shù)量的安排以專業(yè)化和社會化
相結(jié)合確定,加大社會化力度,減少專業(yè)人員編制。一般情況
下,每條線路的運營管理總?cè)藬?shù)的定員指標不宜超過40人
/km,首條線路定員指標可適當放寬。
3.5.3運營管理機構(gòu)應(yīng)對不同運營狀態(tài)制定相應(yīng)的管理規(guī)
程和規(guī)章制度,包括工作流程和崗位責任,確保系統(tǒng)在正
常、非正常和緊急狀態(tài)下的運營要求。
3.5.4車站設(shè)備應(yīng)滿足智能化需求,可由控制中心和車站
兩級管理或控制中心、車站、就地三級管理。
3.5.5車站站臺應(yīng)設(shè)服務(wù)人員,維持乘客乘車秩序和安全,
照顧行動不便的乘客安全。
3.5.6票制宜采用計程計時票價制。自動售檢票系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具
備對客流數(shù)據(jù)和票務(wù)收入進行自行統(tǒng)計的功能。
3.5.7列車乘務(wù)制度宜采用單司機、輪乘制。
3.5.8車站設(shè)備維修和緊急搶修任務(wù)應(yīng)由維修中心統(tǒng)一負
責,采用巡視檢查和定期維修相結(jié)合的方式。
3.5.9當列車進行站后折返時,不得帶客進入折返線。
3.5.10車站內(nèi)應(yīng)有明顯的導向標志,保障客流路徑暢通,
并應(yīng)具有足夠的緊急疏散能力。
3.5.11運營期間應(yīng)制訂相應(yīng)的防災(zāi)、救援及防恐預(yù)案,最
大限度保證乘客生命財產(chǎn)及人員、設(shè)備安全。

4車輛
4.1一般規(guī)定
4.1.1車輛類型應(yīng)根據(jù)預(yù)測客流量、環(huán)境條件、線路條件、
運輸能力要求等因素綜合比較選定。
4.1.2懸掛式單軌交通車輛的設(shè)計應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1車輛應(yīng)采用轉(zhuǎn)向架位于中空下部開口的軌道梁內(nèi),
車體通過懸吊裝置懸掛在轉(zhuǎn)向架下方的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
2供電方式:接觸網(wǎng)供電或車載儲能裝置供電。
3供電電壓:DC750V或DC1500V。
4車體結(jié)構(gòu)材料:鋁合金、不銹鋼或新型復合材料。
5車輛種類:單司機室動車(Mc車)、無司機室動車
(M車)、單司機室拖車(Tc車)、無司機室拖車(T車)。
4.1.3懸掛式單軌交通車輛的主要技術(shù)規(guī)格可參照表4.1.3選定。

4.1.4車輛限界應(yīng)符合本標準第5章的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
4.1.5列車編組根據(jù)客運能力要求,可由若干基本單元組
成;每個基本單元由2或3輛車組成。
4.1.6懸掛式單軌交通車輛的使用條件應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:
1車輛應(yīng)能承受風、沙、雨、雪的侵襲,且應(yīng)滿足項
目所在地的使用環(huán)境條件。
2車輛應(yīng)確保在壽命周期內(nèi)正常運行時的行車安全和
人身安全,同時應(yīng)具備故障、事故和災(zāi)難情況下對人員和車
輛救助的條件。
3車輛及其內(nèi)部設(shè)施、設(shè)備應(yīng)使用不燃材料或無鹵、
低煙的阻燃材料。
4車載電氣設(shè)備和車輛上安裝的控制、調(diào)節(jié)、保護、
供電等電子裝置應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行行業(yè)標準《機車車輛電氣設(shè)備電
磁兼容性試驗及其限值》TB/T3034和現(xiàn)行國家標準《軌道
交通機車車輛電子裝置》GB/T25119的相應(yīng)規(guī)定。
4.1.7懸掛式單軌交通列車應(yīng)具有下列故障運行能力:
1在超員工況下,當列車喪失1/4動力時,應(yīng)能維持運
行到終點。
2在超員工況下,當列車喪失1/2動力時,應(yīng)具有在正
線最大坡道上啟動和運行到最近車站的能力。
3一列空載列車應(yīng)能在正線最大坡道上推送一列故障
的超載無動力列車至最近車站。
4.1.8車輛宜具備應(yīng)急儲能裝置,當外部電源斷電時,滿
足運行到最近車站的要求。
4.1.9車體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計使用年限不應(yīng)低于30年。
4.1.10頭車前端車鉤應(yīng)設(shè)置緩沖裝置,且能有效吸收撞擊

能量,緩和沖擊。
4.2安全和應(yīng)急設(shè)施
4.2.1列車端部車輛應(yīng)設(shè)有緊急疏散門。組成列車的各車
輛之間應(yīng)貫通。疏散門和貫通道的寬度不應(yīng)小于600mm,
高度不應(yīng)低于1800mm。
4.2.2車輛客室應(yīng)配備乘客緩降設(shè)施。
4.2.3車輛應(yīng)設(shè)置防漏電保護裝置,車體上應(yīng)裝設(shè)與車站
和車輛基地內(nèi)接地板相匹配的接地電刷。車輛內(nèi)各電氣設(shè)備
應(yīng)采取可靠的保護接地,接地線應(yīng)有足夠的截面面積。
4.2.4列車應(yīng)具有縱向救援、橫向救援及垂向救援能力并
配備相應(yīng)的設(shè)施。
4.2.5列車必須配備儲能式停放制動裝置。停放制動的能
力必須滿足列車在超員條件下能在最大坡道上的可靠停放。
4.2.6列車應(yīng)設(shè)有報警系統(tǒng),客室內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)有乘客緊急報警
裝置。乘客緊急報警裝置應(yīng)具有列車駕駛員與乘客間雙向
通信功能。當采用無人駕駛運行模式時,客室內(nèi)應(yīng)設(shè)置乘
客與控制中心或控制室的通信聯(lián)絡(luò)裝置,實現(xiàn)值守人員與
乘客的雙向語音通信,值守人員與乘客通話應(yīng)具有最高優(yōu)
先權(quán)。
4.2.7客室車門系統(tǒng)應(yīng)設(shè)置安全聯(lián)鎖,應(yīng)確保列車在車
速大于3km/h時不能開啟車門、車門未全關(guān)閉時不能啟
動列車。
4.2.8客室、司機室應(yīng)配置便攜式滅火器具,安放位置應(yīng)
有明顯標識且便于取用。

4.3車輛與相關(guān)系統(tǒng)
4.3.1車輛主保護系統(tǒng)與變電站保護系統(tǒng)應(yīng)實現(xiàn)保護協(xié)
調(diào),在所有故障情況下應(yīng)保證車輛主保護安全分斷。
4.3.2列車在實施制動時,宜采用再生制動能量吸收裝置。
4.3.3列車應(yīng)設(shè)有廣播系統(tǒng)、無線通信系統(tǒng)、信息顯示系
統(tǒng)、視頻監(jiān)控裝置、乘客與司機的應(yīng)急對講裝置。車輛廣播
系統(tǒng)應(yīng)與無線通信系統(tǒng)連接。
