((IO15311999,IDT)術(shù)語和定義本文件沒有需要界定的術(shù)語和定義。分類、牌號盤條按組織狀態(tài)分為奧氏體型、奧氏體-鐵素體雙相型、馬氏體型、鐵素體型和沉淀硬化型,牌號見表1~表5。訂貨內(nèi)容按本文件訂貨的合同或訂單應(yīng)包含以下內(nèi)容:本文件編號b)牌號;c)規(guī)格;de)尺寸精度級別;f)交貨狀態(tài);冶煉方法;其他特殊要求。尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差盤條的公稱直徑范圍為4.5mm~20mm。盤條的直徑允許偏差和不圓度應(yīng)符合GB/T14981-2009(直徑4.5mm按5mm相應(yīng)規(guī)定盤卷的盤重應(yīng)符合以下規(guī)定:5%(22)。1000kg800kg1000kg300kg,并且有明顯的標(biāo)識。技術(shù)要求牌號及化學(xué)成分鋼的牌號及化學(xué)成分(成品分析)應(yīng)符合表1~表5的規(guī)定。冶煉方法鋼應(yīng)采用電爐或轉(zhuǎn)爐+爐外精煉,電渣重熔等方法冶煉,具體要求應(yīng)在合同注明,未注明時(shí)由供方選擇。交貨狀態(tài)22表1奧氏體不銹鋼的牌號及化學(xué)成分(成品分析)序號牌號化學(xué)成分(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))/%CSiMnPSCrNiMoCuN其 單位為毫米盤條直徑允許缺陷深度4.5~14.0≤0.15>14.0~20.0≤0.20特殊要求根據(jù)需方要求,并在合同注明,可對盤條增加低倍等要求。試驗(yàn)方法盤條的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目及試驗(yàn)方法應(yīng)符合表7的規(guī)定。表7盤條的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目、取樣數(shù)量、取樣部位及試驗(yàn)方法序號檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目取樣數(shù)量取樣部位試驗(yàn)方法1化學(xué)成分1GB/T20066見8.22低倍組織2電爐模鑄鋼相當(dāng)于鋼錠頭部的意不同支盤條;電渣鋼相當(dāng)于鋼錠頭尾的鋼坯或盤條GB/T226,GB/T19793尺寸逐根整根盤條卡尺、千分尺等精度適宜的量具4表面逐根整根盤條目視化學(xué)成分分析化學(xué)分析方法按GB/T11170GB/T20123GB/T20124GB/T223.4GB/T223.9GB/T223.11GB/T223.18GB/T223.20GB/T223.23GB/T223.25GB/T223.26GB/T223.28、GB/T223.30、GB/T223.36、GB/T223.40、GB/T223.41、GB/T223.43、GB/T223.49、GB/T223.60、GB/T223.61、GB/T223.64、GB/T223.76、GB/T223.81、GB/T223.84、GB/T223.85、GB/T223.86的規(guī)定。檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則檢查和驗(yàn)收盤條的質(zhì)量由供方質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。需方有權(quán)按本文件規(guī)定進(jìn)行檢查和驗(yàn)收。組批規(guī)則盤條按批進(jìn)行檢查和驗(yàn)收,每批應(yīng)由同一牌號、同一爐號、同一尺寸、同一交貨狀態(tài)的盤條組成。取樣數(shù)量及取樣部位每批盤條的取樣數(shù)量及取樣部位應(yīng)符合表77規(guī)定的電爐鋼取樣,但化學(xué)成分應(yīng)每個(gè)電渣爐號取1個(gè)試樣。8復(fù)驗(yàn)和判定規(guī)則盤條的復(fù)驗(yàn)與判定規(guī)則按GB/T17505的規(guī)定進(jìn)行。數(shù)值修約檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的數(shù)值修約應(yīng)符合GB/T8170的規(guī)定。包裝、標(biāo)志及質(zhì)量證明書盤條的包裝、標(biāo)志和質(zhì)量證明書應(yīng)符合GB/T2101的規(guī)定。10A.1本文件和與部分國外牌號對照見表B.1。
