回彈法檢測混凝土抗壓強度技術規(guī)程目次TOC\o"1-6"\h\u1總則 總則1.0.1為統(tǒng)一使用回彈儀檢測普通混凝土抗壓強度的方法,保證檢測精度,制定本規(guī)程。1.0.2本規(guī)程適用于普通混凝土抗壓強度(以下簡稱混凝土強度)的檢測,不適用于表層與內部質量有明顯差異或內部存在缺陷的混凝土強度檢測。1.0.3使用回彈法進行檢測的人員,應通過專門的技術培訓。1.0.4回彈法檢測混凝土強度除應符合本規(guī)程外,尚應符合國家現(xiàn)行有關標準的規(guī)定。2術語和符號2.1術語2.1.1測區(qū)testarea檢測構件混凝土強度時的一個檢測單元。2.1.2測點testpoint測區(qū)內的一個回彈檢測點。2.1.3測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值conversionvalueofconcretecompressivestrengthoftestarea由測區(qū)的回彈平均值、碳化深度值等參數(shù),通過測強曲線或測區(qū)強度換算表得到的測區(qū)現(xiàn)齡期混凝土強度值。2.1.4混凝土強度推定值estimationvalueofstrengthforconcrete相應于強度換算值總體分布中保證率不低于95%的構件現(xiàn)齡期混凝土強度值。2.2符號d——第i個碳化深度測量位置的碳化深度值。d——構件所有測區(qū)的平均碳化深度值。f——測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值。f——芯樣試件混凝土強度平均值。f——同條件立方體試塊混凝土強度平均值。f——對應于鉆芯部位或同條件試塊回彈測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的平均值。f——第i個混凝土芯樣試件的抗壓強度。f——第i個混凝土立方體試塊的抗壓強度。f——修正前第i個測區(qū)的混凝土強度換算值。f——修正后第i個測區(qū)的混凝土強度換算值。f——構件中測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的最小值。f——構件混凝土強度推定值。m——測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的平均值。S——構件測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的標準差。R——測區(qū)第i個測點的回彈值。R——測區(qū)或試塊的平均回彈值。R——回彈儀非水平方向檢測時,測區(qū)的平均回彈值。R——回彈儀在水平方向檢測混凝土澆筑表面時,測區(qū)的平均回彈值。R——回彈儀在水平方向檢測混凝土澆筑底面時,測區(qū)的平均回彈值。R——回彈儀檢測混凝土澆筑表面時,回彈值的修正值。R——回彈儀檢測混凝土澆筑底面時,回彈值的修正值。R——非水平方向檢測時,回彈值的修正值。Δ——測區(qū)混凝土強度修正量。PAGEPAGE133回彈儀3.1技術要求3.1.1回彈儀宜為數(shù)字式,也可為指針直讀式。3.1.2回彈儀應具有產(chǎn)品合格證,并應在回彈儀的明顯位置上標注名稱、型號、制造廠名或商標、出廠編號等。3.1.3本規(guī)程應采用M225型回彈儀或H550型回彈儀。3.1.4回彈儀除應符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《回彈儀》GB/T9138的規(guī)定外,尚應符合下列規(guī)定:1水平方向彈擊時,M225型回彈儀和H550型回彈儀在彈擊錘脫鉤瞬間的標稱能量應分別為2.207J、5.500J;2回彈儀率定值應滿足表3.1.4的要求。表3.1.4回彈儀率定值回彈儀型號鋼砧硬度(HRC)鋼砧重量(kg)率定值M22560±242±280±2H55083±23在彈擊錘與彈擊桿碰撞的瞬間,彈擊拉簧應處于自由狀態(tài),且彈擊錘起跳點應位于指針指示刻度尺上“0”處;4數(shù)字式回彈儀應帶有指針直讀示值系統(tǒng),數(shù)字顯示的回彈值與指針直讀示值相差不應超過1。3.1.5回彈儀使用時的環(huán)境溫度應為(-4~+40)℃。3.2檢定3.2.1回彈儀檢定周期為半年,當回彈儀具有下列情況之一時,應按現(xiàn)行國家計量檢定規(guī)程《回彈儀》JJG817進行檢定:1新回彈儀啟用前;2超過檢定有效期限;3數(shù)字式回彈儀數(shù)字顯示的回彈值與指針直讀示值相差大于1;4經(jīng)保養(yǎng)后鋼砧率定值不合格;5遭受嚴重撞擊或其他損害。3.2.2回彈儀率定試驗應符合下列規(guī)定:1環(huán)境溫度(5~35)℃;2鋼砧表面干燥、清潔,并穩(wěn)固地平放在剛度大的物體上;3率定時彈擊桿分四個方向進行,且每個方向彈擊前,彈擊桿旋轉90度;4每個方向率定值取連續(xù)向下彈擊三次的穩(wěn)定回彈值的平均值,且均滿足本規(guī)程第3.1.4條第2款要求。3.2.3回彈儀率定用鋼砧應每2年送計量檢定機構檢定或校準。3.3保養(yǎng)3.3.1當回彈儀存在下列情況之一時,應進行保養(yǎng):1回彈儀彈擊超過6000次;2率定值不合格;3對檢測值有懷疑。3.3.2回彈儀的保養(yǎng)應按下列步驟進行:1先將彈擊錘脫鉤,取出機芯,然后卸下彈擊桿,取出里面的緩沖壓簧,并取出彈擊錘、彈擊拉簧和拉簧座;2清潔機芯各零部件,并應重點清理中心導桿、彈擊錘和彈擊桿的內孔及沖擊面。清理后,應在中心導桿上薄薄涂抹鐘表油,其他零部件不得抹油;3清理機殼內壁,卸下刻度尺,檢查指針,其摩擦力應為(0.5~0.8)N;4對于數(shù)字式回彈儀,還應按產(chǎn)品要求的維護程序進行維護;5保養(yǎng)時,不得旋轉尾蓋上已定位緊固的調零螺絲,不得自制或更換零部件;6保養(yǎng)后應按本規(guī)程第3.2.2條的規(guī)定進行率定。3.3.3回彈儀使用完畢,應清除彈擊桿、桿前端球面以及刻度尺表面和外殼上的污垢、塵土。回彈儀不用時,應將彈擊桿壓入機殼內,裝入儀器箱。儀器箱應平放在干燥陰涼處。當數(shù)字式回彈儀長期不用時,應取出電池或定期充電。

4檢測技術4.1一般規(guī)定4.1.1采用回彈法檢測混凝土強度時,宜具有下列資料:1工程名稱、建設單位、設計單位、施工單位。2構件名稱、數(shù)量及混凝土類型、強度等級。3混凝土配合比。4施工模板,混凝土澆筑、養(yǎng)護情況及澆筑日期等。5必要的設計圖紙和施工記錄。6檢測原因。4.1.2回彈儀在檢測前和檢測后,均應在鋼砧上做率定試驗,并應符合本規(guī)程第3.1.4條的規(guī)定。4.1.3混凝土強度按單個構件檢測時,應符合下列規(guī)定:1對于一般構件,測區(qū)數(shù)不宜少于10個。若受檢構件檢測面某一方向尺寸不大于4.5m且另一方向尺寸不大于0.3m時,構件測區(qū)數(shù)量可適當減少,但不應少于5個。2測區(qū)宜均勻布置,相鄰兩測區(qū)的間距不應大于2m,測區(qū)離構件端部或施工縫邊緣的距離不宜大于0.5m,且不宜小于0.2m。3測區(qū)宜選在能使回彈儀處于水平方向彈擊混凝土的澆筑側面。當不能滿足這一要求時,也可選在使回彈儀處于非水平方向檢測混凝土的澆筑表面。4測區(qū)宜布置在構件的兩個對稱的可測面上,當不能布置在對稱的可測面上時,也可布置在同一可測面上,且應均勻分布。在構件的重要部位及薄弱部位應布置測區(qū),并應避開預埋件。5測區(qū)的面積不宜大于0.09m2。6測區(qū)表面應為混凝土原漿面,并應清潔、平整、干燥,不應有疏松層、浮漿、油垢、涂層以及蜂窩、麻面。4.1.4混凝土強度按批量檢測時,應符合下列規(guī)定:1混凝土生產(chǎn)工藝、強度等級相同,原材料、配合比、養(yǎng)護條件基本一致且齡期相近的同類構件可以組成一個檢驗批。2受檢構件應隨機抽取,抽檢數(shù)量不宜少于同批構件總數(shù)的30%且不宜少于10件。當檢驗批中抽檢構件數(shù)量大于30個時可適當調整,但不得少于《混凝土結構現(xiàn)場檢測技術標準》GB/T50784規(guī)定的最小抽檢數(shù)量。3當檢驗批中抽檢構件尺寸滿足第4.1.3條第1款要求時,該構件的測區(qū)數(shù)量可適當減少,但不應少于5個。4當檢驗批中抽檢構件數(shù)量大于30個,且不需要提供單個構件推定強度時,每個構件的測區(qū)數(shù)量可適當減少,但不應少于5個。4.1.5測區(qū)應標有清晰的編號,宜在混凝土構件表面采用適當方式進行標注,并繪制測區(qū)布置示意圖和記錄外觀質量情況。4.1.6當檢測條件與專用測強曲線、地區(qū)測強曲線及本規(guī)程第6.2.1條的適用條件均有較大差異時,或對回彈檢測結果有懷疑時,可在構件上采用鉆取芯樣或同條件試塊對測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值進行修正。同一檢驗批混凝土強度修正時,直徑100mm芯樣試件的數(shù)量不應少于6個,小直徑芯樣試件的數(shù)量不應少于9個,高徑比宜為1。芯樣位置應具有代表性且在測區(qū)內鉆取,每個芯樣只加工一個試件。同條件試塊修正時,試塊數(shù)量不應少于6個,試塊邊長應為150mm。計算時,測區(qū)混凝土強度修正量及測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的修正應符合下列規(guī)定:1修正量應按下列公式計算:Δtot=fcor,m-Δtot=fcu,m-fcor,m=1nffcu,m=1nffcu,m0c=1n式中:Δtot——測區(qū)混凝土強度修正量(MPa),fcor,mQUOTEfcor,m——芯樣試件混凝土強度平均值(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;fcu,m(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;fcu,m0cQUOTEfcu,m0c區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的平均值(MPa),精確到0.1MPa;fcor,i——第ifcu,i——第ifcu,icQUOTEfcu,ic——對應于第i區(qū)回彈值和碳化深度值的混凝土強度換算值,可按本規(guī)程附錄A或附錄D、附錄E、附錄F取值;QUOTEnn——芯樣或試塊數(shù)量。2測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的修正應按下列公式計算:fcu,i1c=fcu,i0c式中:fcu,i0c——第ifcu,i1c——第i4.2回彈值測量4.2.1M225型回彈儀用于檢測強度等級C10~C60的混凝土構件,H550型回彈儀用于檢測強度等級C60~C80的混凝土構件。4.2.2測量回彈值時,回彈儀的軸線應始終垂直于混凝土檢測面,并應緩慢施壓、準確讀數(shù)、快速復位。4.2.3每一測區(qū)應讀取12個回彈值,每一測點的回彈值讀數(shù)應精確至1。測點宜在測區(qū)范圍內均勻分布,相鄰兩測點的凈距離不宜小于20mm;測點距外露鋼筋、預埋件的距離不宜小于30mm;測點不應在氣孔或外露石子上,同一測點應只彈擊一次。4.3碳化深度值測量與計算4.3.1應在有代表性的回彈測區(qū)上測量碳化深度值,測點數(shù)不應少于構件測區(qū)數(shù)的30%且不少于3個并分布于不同測區(qū)。當測區(qū)碳化深度值極差大于2.0mm時,應在每一測區(qū)分別測量碳化深度值。4.3.2碳化深度值的測量應符合下列規(guī)定:1可采用工具在測區(qū)表面形成直徑約15mm的孔洞,其深度應大于混凝土的碳化深度;2應清除孔洞中的粉末和碎屑,且不得用水擦洗;3應采用濃度為1%~2%的酚酞酒精溶液滴在孔洞內壁的邊緣處,當已碳化與未碳化界線清晰時,采用專用測量儀器測量已碳化與未碳化混凝土交界面到混凝土表面的垂直距離。4每個測點應連續(xù)測量3次,取3次測量結果的平均值作為該測區(qū)碳化深度值,精確至0.25mm。5當測區(qū)碳化深度值的極差不大于2.0mm時,以測區(qū)碳化深度平均值為構件所有測區(qū)的碳化深度值,按公式(4.3.2-1)計算:dm=1nd式中:dm——構件所有測區(qū)的平均碳化深度值,當d取dmdi——構件第i個碳化深度測量位置0.25mm; n——測量碳化深度的測區(qū)數(shù)。6當測區(qū)碳化深度值的極差大于2.0mm時,測區(qū)強度換算值應采用該測區(qū)對應的碳化深度值進行計算。4.3.3對于齡期小于一年的混凝土構件進行強度檢測時,當平均碳化深度值(dmQUOTEdm)超過表4.3.3的碳化深度值限值要求時,宜采取表4.3.3中對應的碳化深度值限值,也可采用本規(guī)程第4.1.6條進行修正。表4.3.3碳化深度值限值混凝土齡期(月)碳化深度值限值(mm)≤32.0≤124.0注:碳化深度值限值可根據(jù)實際齡期線性內插,結果精確至0.5mm。4.4檢測面選擇4.4.1非泵送混凝土構件強度檢測時,檢測面應按照水平側面、非水平側面、非水平非側面的順序選擇。4.4.2泵送混凝土構件強度檢測時,檢測面應按下列情況選擇:1現(xiàn)澆板類構件,應選擇混凝土的澆筑底面;2非現(xiàn)澆板類構件,應選擇混凝土的澆筑側面。5回彈值計算5.0.1計算測區(qū)平均回彈值時,應從該測區(qū)的12個回彈值中剔除1個最大值和1個最小值,其余的10個回彈值按下式計算:(5.0.1)式中:RmRi——第i5.0.2非水平方向檢測非泵送混凝土澆筑側面時,測區(qū)的平均回彈值應按下式修正:QUOTE(5.0.2)式中:——非水平方向檢測時測區(qū)的平均回彈值,精確至0.1;——非水平方向檢測時回彈值修正值,應按本規(guī)程附錄B取值。5.0.3水平方向檢測非泵送混凝土澆筑表面或澆筑底面時,測區(qū)的平均回彈值應按下列公式修正:RmRm式中:Rmt、Rat、Ra5.0.4當既有澆筑面修正又有測試角度修正時,應先對回彈值進行角度修正,然后再對修正后的回彈值進行澆筑面修正。6測強曲線6.1一般規(guī)定6.1.1混凝土強度換算值可采用下列測強曲線計算:1統(tǒng)一測強曲線:由全國有代表性的材料、成型工藝制作的混凝土試件,通過試驗所建立的測強曲線。2地區(qū)測強曲線:由本地區(qū)常用的材料、成型工藝制作的混凝土試件,通過試驗所建立的測強曲線。3專用測強曲線:由與構件混凝土相同的材料、成型養(yǎng)護工藝制作的混凝土試件,通過試驗所建立的測強曲線。6.1.2有條件的地區(qū)和部門,應制定本地區(qū)的測強曲線或專用測強曲線。檢測單位宜按專用測強曲線、地區(qū)測強曲線、統(tǒng)一測強曲線的順序選用測強曲線。6.2統(tǒng)一測強曲線6.2.1使用統(tǒng)一測強曲線的混凝土應符合下列條件:1混凝土采用的水泥、砂石、外加劑、摻合料、拌合用水符合國家現(xiàn)行有關標準;2采用普通成型工藝;3采用符合國家標準規(guī)定的模板;4蒸汽養(yǎng)護出池經(jīng)自然養(yǎng)護7d以上,且混凝土表層為干燥狀態(tài);5自然養(yǎng)護且齡期為:(14~1800)d;6抗壓強度為:(10.0~80.0)MPa。6.2.2符合第6.2.1條規(guī)定,抗壓強度在(10~60)MPa的非泵送混凝土,測區(qū)強度應按本規(guī)程附錄A進行強度換算。6.2.3符合第6.2.1條規(guī)定,抗壓強度在(10~80)MPa的泵送混凝土,測區(qū)強度應按下列要求進行強度換算。1抗壓強度在(10~60)MPa的現(xiàn)澆板類泵送混凝土構件,測區(qū)強度可按本規(guī)程附錄D的規(guī)定進行強度換算。2抗壓強度在(10~60)MPa的非現(xiàn)澆板類泵送混凝土構件,測區(qū)強度可按本規(guī)程附錄E的規(guī)定進行強度換算。3抗壓強度在(60~80)MPa的非現(xiàn)澆板類泵送混凝土構件,測區(qū)強度可按本規(guī)程附錄F的規(guī)定進行強度換算。6.2.4泵送混凝土統(tǒng)一測強曲線,其強度誤差值應符合下列規(guī)定:1強度范圍(10~60)MPa時:平均相對誤差(δ)不應大于±15.0%,相對標準差(er)不應大于18.0%;2強度范圍(60~80)MPa時:平均相對誤差(δ)不應大于±10.0%,相對標準差(er)不應大于12.0%。6.2.5當有下列情況之一時,測區(qū)混凝土強度不得按本規(guī)程附錄A、附錄D、附錄E、附錄F進行強度換算。1非泵送混凝土粗集料最大公稱粒徑大于60mm,泵送混凝土粗集料最大公稱粒徑大于40mm;2特種成型工藝制作的混凝土;3檢測部位曲率半徑小于250mm;4潮濕或浸水混凝土。6.3地區(qū)和專用測強曲線6.3.1地區(qū)和專用測強曲線的強度誤差應符合下列規(guī)定:1地區(qū)測強曲線強度范圍(10~60)MPa時:平均相對誤差(δ)不應大于±14.0%,相對標準差(er)不應大于17.0%;強度范圍(60~80)MPa時:平均相對誤差(δ)不應大于±9.0%,相對標準差(er)不應大于11.0%。2專用測強曲線強度范圍(10~60)MPa時:平均相對誤差(δ)不應大于±12.0%,相對標準差(er)不應大于14.0%;強度范圍(60~80)MPa時:平均相對誤差(δ)不應大于±8.0%,相對標準差(er)不應大于10.0%。3平均相對誤差(δ)和相對標準差(er)的計算應符合本規(guī)程附錄G的規(guī)定。6.3.2地區(qū)和專用測強曲線應按本規(guī)程附錄G的方法制定。使用地區(qū)或專用測強曲線時,被檢測的混凝土應與制定該類測強曲線混凝土的適應條件相同,不得超出該類測強曲線的適應范圍,并應經(jīng)常抽取一定數(shù)量的同條件試件進行校核,發(fā)現(xiàn)有顯著差異時,應及時查找原因,不得繼續(xù)使用。7混凝土強度計算7.0.1構件第i個測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值,可按本規(guī)程第5章所求得的平均回彈值(Rm)及按本規(guī)程第4.3條所求得的平均碳化深度值(QUOTEdmdm),由本規(guī)程附錄A、附錄D、附錄E、附錄F查表或計算得出。當有地區(qū)或專用測強曲線時,混凝土強度的換算值宜按地區(qū)測強曲線或專用測強曲線計算或查表得出。7.0.2構件的測區(qū)混凝土強度平均值應根據(jù)各測區(qū)的混凝土強度換算值計算。當測區(qū)數(shù)為10個及以上時,還應計算強度標準差。平均值及標準差應按下列公式計算:(7.0.2-1)(7.0.2-2)式中:——構件測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的平均值(MPa),精確至0.1MPa;n——對于單個檢測的構件,取該構件的測區(qū)數(shù);對批量檢測的構件,取所有被抽檢構件測區(qū)數(shù)之和;——構件測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值的標準差(MPa),精確至0.01MPa。7.0.3構件的現(xiàn)齡期混凝土強度推定值(fcu,e1當構件測區(qū)數(shù)少于10個時,應按下式計算:fcu,e=f式中fcu,2當構件測區(qū)數(shù)不少于10個時,應按下式計算:fcu,emfcuc3當批量檢測時,應按下式計算:fcu,emfcuc注:構件的混凝土強度推定值是指相應于強度換算值總體分布中保證率不低于95%的構件中混凝土抗壓強度值。7.0.4采用M225型回彈儀進行檢測時,構件強度推定值應符合下列要求:1構件測區(qū)強度換算值中出現(xiàn)小于10.0MPa時,應按下式確定:fcu,e<10.0MPa(7.0.4-1)2構件測區(qū)強度換算值中出現(xiàn)大于60.0MPa時,當推定單個構件強度時按公式7.0.3-1計算。當按批量推定混凝土強度時,該測區(qū)強度換算值取60.0MPa,構件強度推定值按公式7.0.3-3計算;3構件測區(qū)強度換算值均大于60.0MPa時,應按下式確定:fcu,e>60.0MPa7.0.5采用H550型回彈儀進行檢測時,構件強度推定值應符合下列要求:1構件測區(qū)強度換算值中出現(xiàn)小于60.0MPa時,應按下式確定:fcu,e<60.0MPa(2構件測區(qū)強度換算值中出現(xiàn)大于80.0MPa時,當推定單個構件混凝土強度時按公式7.0.3-1計算。當按批量推定混凝土強度時,該測區(qū)強度換算值取80.0MPa,構件強度推定值按公式7.0.3-3計算;3構件測區(qū)強度換算值均大于80.0MPa時,應按下式確定:fcu,e>80.0MPa7.0.6對按批量檢測的構件,當該批構件混凝土強度標準差出現(xiàn)下列情況之一時,該批構件應全部按單個構件檢測:1當該批構件混凝土強度平均值小于25MPa、大于4.5MPa時;2當該批構件混凝土強度平均值不小于25MPa且不大于60MPa、大于5.5MPa時;3當該批構件混凝土強度平均值不小于60MPa且不大于80MPa、大于6.5MPa時。7.0.7回彈法檢測混凝土抗壓強度檢測報告、過程記錄單可按本規(guī)程附錄H的格式編寫。附錄A非泵送混凝土測區(qū)強度換算表表A測區(qū)混凝土強度換算表平均回彈值Rm測區(qū)混凝土強度換算值fcu,i平均碳化深度值dm(mm)0.00.51.01.52.02.53.03.54.04.55.05.5≥6.020.010.310.1———————————20.210.510.310.0——————————20.410.710.510.2——————————20.611.010.810.410.1—————————20.811.211.010.610.3—————————21.011.411.210.810.510.0————————21.211.611.411.010.710.2————————21.411.811.611.210.910.410.0———————21.612.011.811.411.010.610.2———————21.812.312.111.711.310.810.510.1——————22.012.512.211.911.511.010.610.2——————22.212.712.412.111.711.210.810.410.0—————22.413.012.712.412.011.411.010.710.310.0————22.613.212.912.512.111.611.210.810.410.2————22.813.413.112.712.311.811.411.010.610.3————23.013.713.413.012.612.111.611.210.810.510.1———23.213.913.613.212.812.211.811.411.010.710.310.0——23.414.113.813.413.012.412.011.611.210.910.410.2——23.614.414.113.713.212.712.211.811.411.110.710.410.1—23.814.614.313.913.412.812.412.011.511.210.810.510.2—24.014.914.614.213.713.112.712.211.811.511.010.710.410.124.215.114.814.313.913.312.812.411.911.611.210.910.610.324.415.415.114.614.213.613.112.612.211.911.411.110.810.424.615.615.314.814.413.713.312.812.312.011.511.210.910.624.815.915.615.114.614.013.513.012.612.211.811.411.110.725.016.215.915.414.914.313.813.312.812.512.011.711.310.925.216.416.115.615.1
