城市氣候承載力定量化評價——以上海市為例(英文)Title:QuantitativeAssessmentofUrbanClimateCarryingCapacity-ACaseStudyofShanghaiAbstract:Urbanareasarefacedwithvariouschallengesassociatedwithrapidurbanization,includingclimatechangeanditsimpactsonenvironmentalsustainabilityandhumanwell-being.Theconceptofurbanclimatecarryingcapacityprovidesaframeworkforevaluatingtheresilienceofcitiesinmanagingclimaticconditionsandensuringinclusivedevelopment.ThispaperaimstoquantitativelyassesstheurbanclimatecarryingcapacityofShanghai,China.Theanalysisincorporatesindicatorsrelatedtotemperature,airquality,waterresources,andgreenspaceaccessibility.TheresultsprovideinsightsintothecurrentstatusofShanghai'surbanclimatecarryingcapacityandhighlightpotentialstrategiesforenhancingresilienceinthefaceofclimatechange.Introduction:Urbanareasareessentialcontributorstoclimatechangeduetotheirhighpopulationdensitiesandconcentrationofsocioeconomicactivities.Cities,therefore,havearesponsibilitytomitigateandadapttoclimatechangewhileensuringsustainabledevelopment.Theconceptofurbanclimatecarryingcapacityoffersacomprehensiveapproachforevaluatingandmanagingtheimpactofclimatechangeoncities.ThispaperfocusesonShanghai,oneofthelargestandfastest-growingcitiesinChina,toassessitsurbanclimatecarryingcapacity.Methodology:ToevaluatetheurbanclimatecarryingcapacityofShanghai,aquantitativeassessmentframeworkisdeveloped.Theframeworkincorporatesfourmajorindicators:temperaturestress,airquality,waterresources,andgreenspaceaccessibility.Eachindicatorisassignedspecificsub-indicatorsandcorrespondingweightsbasedonexpertopinionsandrelevantliterature.Datafrommeteorologicalstations,environmentalmonitoringagencies,andspatialanalysistoolsareutilizedtocalculatethescoresforeachindicator.Results:TheassessmentrevealsthefollowingfindingsregardingtheurbanclimatecarryingcapacityofShanghai:1.Temperaturestress:Shanghaiexperienceshightemperaturestressduringsummermonths,primarilyduetotheurbanheatislandeffect.Thecurrentgreenspacecoverageisinsufficienttomitigateheatstress.Strategiessuchasincreasinggreenspaceproportion,promotinggreenroofs,andimplementingcoolpavementcanhelpreduceadverseeffects.2.Airquality:Shanghaifaceschallengesinmaintaininggoodairquality,particularlyconcerninghighlevelsofPM2.5pollutants.Strictemissioncontrolmeasures,increaseduseofcleanenergysources,andimprovedpublictransportationsystemsarerecommendedtoalleviateairpollution.3.Waterresources:Shanghaiexperienceswaterscarcityissuesduetobothnaturalfactorsandhumanactivities.Strategiessuchaswaterrecyclingandrainwaterharvestingcanhelpenhancewaterresourcemanagementandreducethestressonfreshwatersources.4.Greenspaceaccessibility:Shanghaihasmadecommendableeffortsinimprovingtheaccessibilityandqualityofurbanparksandgreenspaces.However,thereisstillroomforincreasinggreenspacepercapitaandensuringequitabledistributionacrossthecity.DiscussionandConclusion:ThequantitativeassessmentofurbanclimatecarryingcapacityinShanghaihighlightsthecity'sstrengthsandchallenges.Itprovidesinsightsintotheneedforproactivemeasurestoenhanceresilienceandreducevulnerabilitytoclimatechange.Thefindingscanguidepolicymakersandplannersinformulatingstrategiesthatpromotesustainableurbandevelopment.Tofurtherimprovetheassessment,additionaldatacollectionandanalysisarerecommended.Long-termmonitoringofindicatorsandparticipatoryapproachesinvolvinglocalcommunitiescanenhancetheaccuracyandapplicabilityoftheassessment.Long-termmeasurestoenhancetheurbanclimatecarryingcapacityofShanghaishouldfocusonintegratedplanninganddecision-making,consideringvarioussectorsandadoptingaholisticapproach.Inconclusion,thequantitativeassessmentofurbanclimatecarryingcapacityinShanghaiservesasavaluabletoolfordecision-makersandurbanplanners.Ithelpsidentifykeyareasforinterventionandguidestheformulationo
