用法相似,相當于if…note.g.Youwillfailtheexamifyoudon’tprepareforit.→Youwillfailtheexamunlessyouprepareforit.Ifhedoesn’tlookupthewordinthedictionary,hewon’tknowitsmeaning.→Hewon’tknowtheword’smeaningunlesshelooksitupinthedictionary.Shewillmissthetrainunlessshe_______upearly.getsAssoonas的用法英語動詞的時間大致可分為三段:過去時、現(xiàn)在時、將來時。假設(shè)有兩件事A和B,就會出現(xiàn)三種情況:A過去時assoonasB過去時A現(xiàn)在時assoonasB現(xiàn)在時A將來時assoonasB將來時在每一個大的時間段內(nèi),A和B的時態(tài)要統(tǒng)一。比如A過去時,B肯定在過去時內(nèi)。其它也是如此。至于在每個大時間段內(nèi),再根據(jù)A和B兩件事的具體情況,具體對待。比如:A和B都是過去時,A和B是同時發(fā)生,還是先后發(fā)生,不是即將發(fā)生,再分別選用完成時、進行時、將來時。例如:A過去時B過去時:IarrangedtheflowersinthevaseassoonasIcamebackhome.一回到家里,我就把花在花瓶里插好。A過去進行時B過去完成時(虛擬)Hewasshakingwithfrightasifhehadseenaghost.他嚇得直哆嗦,就好像看見了鬼一樣。A將來時B將來時(可用一般現(xiàn)在時表達)Theywillpostmethetickets/posttheticketstomeassoonastheyreceivemycheque.他們收到我的支票后就立刻把票寄給我.so....that....如此....以致于....(that引導的結(jié)果狀語從句)so的后面跟副詞或形容詞例句:老師說的太快了,以至于我聽不清楚他的話。TheteacherspeakssofastthatIcan'tcatchthewords.
