ECO1122為響應(yīng)汽修下鄉(xiāng)政策,獨(dú)立開發(fā)的世界首創(chuàng)倒置油缸雙柱舉升機(jī),本舉升機(jī)操作簡單,占空間小,價格低廉,非常合適在鄉(xiāng)村投建維修站用。舉升機(jī)采用主副油缸,升降更加平穩(wěn)。單邊手動解鎖,操作更方便。設(shè)備設(shè)計精巧,安裝方便。設(shè)備內(nèi)跨距僅為2300mm,節(jié)約場地。自動防轉(zhuǎn)支臂。使用十字方管,滑臺的強(qiáng)度提高50%以上。舉升機(jī)采用免保養(yǎng)的滑臺滑塊。粉末烤漆,表面更光澤、更持久、更持久。舉升機(jī)安全使用操作規(guī)程一、使用前應(yīng)清除舉升機(jī)附近妨礙作業(yè)的器具及雜物,并檢查操作手柄是否正常。二、操作機(jī)構(gòu)靈敏有效,液壓系統(tǒng)不允許有爬行現(xiàn)象。三、支車時,四個支角應(yīng)在同一平面上,調(diào)整支角膠墊高度使其接觸車輛底盤支撐部位。四、支車時,車輛不可支的過高,支起后四個托架要鎖緊。五、待舉升車輛駛?cè)牒?,?yīng)將舉升機(jī)支撐塊調(diào)整移動對正該車型規(guī)定的舉升點(diǎn)。六、舉升時人員應(yīng)離開車輛,舉升到需要高度時,必須插入保險鎖銷,并確保安全可靠才可開始車底作業(yè)。七、除低保及小修項(xiàng)目外,其他繁瑣笨重作業(yè),不得在舉升器上操作修理。八、舉升器不得頻繁起落。九、支車時舉升要穩(wěn),降落要慢。十、有人作業(yè)時嚴(yán)禁升降舉升機(jī)。十一、發(fā)現(xiàn)操作機(jī)構(gòu)不靈,電機(jī)不同步,托架不平或液壓部分漏油,應(yīng)及時報修,不得帶病操作。十二、作業(yè)完畢應(yīng)清除雜物,打掃舉升機(jī)周圍以保持場地整潔。十三、定期(半年)排除舉升機(jī)油缸積水,并檢查油量,油量不足應(yīng)及時加注相同牌號的壓力油。同時應(yīng)檢查潤滑、舉升機(jī)傳動齒輪及縫條。汽車四輪定位儀的使用方法及注意事項(xiàng)一、上車前準(zhǔn)備工作:在被測車輛開上舉升機(jī)之前,需要檢查四個車輪的胎壓是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)胎壓。輪胎花紋是否嚴(yán)重磨損。確定舉升機(jī)兩個承載板的寬度與被測車輛的前、后軸距一致,然后將舉升機(jī)降至最低點(diǎn),確保轉(zhuǎn)角盤和后滑板的固定銷都插好之后,再將被測車輛開上舉升機(jī)。車輛在舉升機(jī)上應(yīng)處于正前方向,不要使車身歪斜。車輛的兩前輪要落在兩轉(zhuǎn)角盤的中心上,同時轉(zhuǎn)角盤的圓盤要均勻分布在輪胎的兩側(cè)。車輛熄火后,拉上手剎,搖下左前側(cè)車窗玻璃,司機(jī)離開車輛。操作員需要分別用力壓車身的前部和后部,以使車輛的懸掛復(fù)位。之后是安裝四個卡具。二、安裝卡具:根據(jù)所測車輛的車輪尺寸對卡具進(jìn)行調(diào)整。首先調(diào)整下方兩個尼龍爪位置到合適的尺寸位置,然后調(diào)節(jié)兩個卡臂的伸出長度。先將下方的兩個尼龍爪頂在鋼圈的凸起的外沿,然后再松開上方尼龍爪的旋鈕,調(diào)整它的位置,使之也頂在鋼圈的凸起的外沿,然后再擰緊旋鈕。下一步是用兩手同時推動卡具上的活動桿,使卡臂能夠卡在輪紋內(nèi),然后掛上安全鉤,檢查卡具是否安裝牢固。三、安裝定位儀:將四個傳感器按照對應(yīng)車輪的位置安裝到卡具上。要注意在傳感器的定位軸上要涂抹稀的潤滑油(不能涂黃油),以防止長時間插拔后造成定位軸磨損,無法準(zhǔn)確安裝到位,影響測量精度。連接通訊電纜和轉(zhuǎn)角盤電纜。把電纜插頭上的箭頭和插座上的箭頭標(biāo)記對好之后,就可以直接插入。四根電纜的差別只是長度不同,兩根6.5米的電纜是用來連接定位儀和兩個前輪上的傳感器,兩個4.5米的電纜是在前后傳感器之間互相連接。每個傳感器上有3個插座,上面兩個是完全一樣的,最下面的一個是用來連接轉(zhuǎn)角盤。電纜連接好之后,拔掉轉(zhuǎn)角盤和后滑板上的固定銷。將車輛舉升后落到舉升機(jī)最低一格的安全鎖止位置,以保證舉升平臺處在水平狀態(tài)。定位儀開機(jī),傳感器上的電源指示燈亮,按R鍵或相應(yīng)的位置鍵激活各個傳感器,把傳感器上放水平后擰緊固定旋鈕,水平氣泡處在大致中央的位置。四、操作定位儀:開機(jī)之后,批處理程序會自動進(jìn)入測量程序的初始狀態(tài),等待用戶進(jìn)行下一步的操作。按F3鍵可前進(jìn)到下一步。屏幕上出現(xiàn)“TEST”,表示系統(tǒng)正在刷新所記憶的上次測量的信息。然后程序開始測量步驟。測量步驟主要分四步,首先是測量前的準(zhǔn)備工作,包括輸入登記表格,選擇車型和偏位補(bǔ)償。輸入登記表格:包含了各項(xiàng)客戶信息,可以任意選擇要輸入的
