Nb及Nb、B微合金化430鐵素體不銹鋼織構(gòu)及成形性能的綜述報(bào)告一、引言430ferriticstainlesssteeliswidelyusedinvariousfieldsduetoitsexcellentcorrosionresistance,thermalstability,andrelativelylowcost.However,traditional430ferriticstainlesssteelhaslowstrengthandpoorformability,whichlimitsitsapplicationinstructuralcomponents.Therefore,itisessentialtoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesof430stainlesssteeltoexpanditsapplicationscope.NbandBmicroalloyingisaneffectivemethodtoimprovethestrengthandformabilityofferriticstainlesssteel.Inthisreport,wewillreviewthemicrostructureandformingperformanceofNbandBmicroalloyed430ferriticstainlesssteel.二、Nb微合金化Nbisacommonelementusedtorefinethegrainsizeofsteel,anditcanimprovethestrengthandtoughnessofsteel.AddingNbto430stainlesssteelcanformNbCprecipitates,whichcaneffectivelyrefinethegrainsizeofferriticstainlesssteel.Researchshowsthatadding0.03-0.04%Nbcansignificantlyrefinethegrainsizeof430stainlesssteelandimproveitsstrengthandformability.Jae-heeLeeetal.[1]investigatedtheeffectofNbmicroalloyingonthemechanicalpropertiesof430ferriticstainlesssteel.TheresultsshowedthattheadditionofNbreducedthegrainsizeofthematerial,resultinginahigheryieldstrengthandelongationthanunalloyed430stainlesssteel.Moreover,theimprovedstrengthdidnotsacrificetheductilityofthematerial,indicatingtheexcellentformabilityofNbmicroalloyed430stainlesssteel.三、B微合金化Bisaneffectiveelementtoimprovetheformabilityofsteelduetoitsabilitytosegregatetograinboundariesandreducetheintergranularbrittleness.AddingBcanrefinethecrystalstructureofferriticstainlesssteel,promotetheself-annealingofthematerialduringtheformingprocess,andreducetheformingresistance.HuaZhangetal.[2]studiedtheeffectofBmicroalloyingonthemicrostructureandformingperformanceof430ferriticstainlesssteel.Theresultsshowedthatadding0.005%Bcanrefinethegrainsizeofthesteelandenhancetheformabilityofthematerial.Thetensilestrengthandelongationwereimprovedby19%and40%,respectively,comparedtotheunalloyedmaterial.Moreover,theBmicroalloyedmaterialshowedexcellentdeepdrawingperformance,andtheformabilityindexwasincreasedby25%.四、Nb、B雙微合金化CombiningNbandBmicroalloyingcancomprehensivelyimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofferriticstainlesssteelandexpanditsapplicationrange.Nbcanrefinethegrainsize,whileBcanpromoteself-annealingandimprovetheformabilityofthematerial.Moreover,NbandBcaninteractwitheachothertoformmorecomplexprecipitatestructures,furtherenhancingthestrengthandductilityofthematerial.Min-SangLeeetal.[3]investigatedtheeffectofNbandBmicroalloyingonthemechanicalpropertiesandmicrostructureof430ferriticstainlesssteel.TheresultsshowedthatthecombinedNbandBmicroalloyingsignificantlyimprovedthetensilestrength,elongation,andformabilityofthematerial.Theyieldstrengthofthematerialincreasedby30%,whiletheelongationincreasedby140%comparedtounalloyed430stainlesssteel.ThemicrostructureanalysisshowedthattheNbandBformedNbCandFeB-typeprecipitates,whicheffectivelyrefinedthegrainsizeandimprovedthetoughnessofthematerial.五、結(jié)論Inconclusion,NbandBmicroalloyingareeffectivemethodstoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesandformabilityof430ferriticstainlesssteel.Nbcanrefinethegrainsizeandimprovethestrengthandtoughnessofthematerial,whileBcanpromoteself-annealingandreducetheformingresistance.Moreover,NbandBcaneffectivelyinteractwitheachothertoformcomplexprecipitatestructures,furtherimprovingthestrengthandductilityofthematerial.Therefore,NbandBmicroalloyed430ferriticstainlesssteelhasbroadapplicationprospectsinthefieldofstructuralcomponents.參考文獻(xiàn):[1]LeeJH,KimMS,JangSK.MicrostructuresandmechanicalpropertiesofNb-added430ferriticstainlesssteels[J].MaterialsScienceandEngineering:A,2008,489(1-2):343-347.[2]ZhangH,HeY,ChenH,etal.Effectofborononthestructureandpropertiesof430ferriticstainlesssteel[J].Jour
