客服專員csointertek天祥集團深圳天祥質(zhì)量技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司廣州分公司,intertek天祥集團,天祥質(zhì)量崗位職責(zé):

-客戶信息、客戶檔案整理及更新,解答處理客戶問題;

-物流配送協(xié)調(diào),根據(jù)測試要求接收并核對客戶樣品;

-對客戶提供的測試申請進(jìn)行合同評審,并將客戶要求準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)給相關(guān)部門;

-向客戶報價、收費及開具發(fā)票;
