職位要求：

1.負(fù)責(zé)tcm實(shí)施團(tuán)隊(duì)的人員崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求和能力建設(shè)；

2.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目售前團(tuán)隊(duì)組建和售前支持，包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)售前技術(shù)方案制作和講解，項(xiàng)目實(shí)施工作量評(píng)估等；

3.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目售后項(xiàng)目管理和實(shí)施服務(wù)；

4.協(xié)助市場(chǎng)及銷售人員進(jìn)行tcm業(yè)務(wù)拓展和售前支持。

崗位職責(zé)：

1.英語(yǔ)良好，全日制本科或以上學(xué)歷，汽車、機(jī)械工程或計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

2.具有優(yōu)秀的理解和溝通能力；

3.熟悉制造業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程，具有5年及以上車身或總裝工藝規(guī)劃和仿真經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4.5年及以上teamcentermanufacturing系統(tǒng)實(shí)施或應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有不少于5個(gè)導(dǎo)航項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

5.熟悉plm項(xiàng)目實(shí)施工作流程，參與具體項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施；

6.熟悉cad（catia/nx等）軟件者優(yōu)先；

7.有使用tecnomatix和相關(guān)軟件進(jìn)行工廠和物流規(guī)劃、仿真經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

8.能適應(yīng)工作需要出差。
