However,noteverythingliveduptoZhangTian'shopes.Theschoolwasmuchsmallerthanhehadexpected,

withonlythreeclassrooms.Infrontoftheclassrooms,therewasaplaygroundwhichgotdustyonwindydaysand

muddyonrainydays.Livinginthevillagewasalsomorechallengingthanhehadthought.Thepowerandwater

supplieswereunstable,sohecouldonlyshowereverythreeorfourdays,andhehadtolearnhowtocook.The

thoughtofleavingonceflashedthroughhismind,buthequicklygaveupontheideaandfoundwaystodealwith

TheschoolhadjustthreeteachersandZhangTianwastheonlyEnglishteacher.Theothertwolocalteachers

wereresponsibleformathsandChinese.Tomakeschoollifehealthierandlivelierforhisstudents,ZhangTian

introducedmoresubjectstotheschool-music,artandPE.ItisnotsurprisingthatPEisthekids'favouritesubject!
