日內(nèi)書(shū)面通知甲方，并經(jīng)甲乙雙方代表簽證，工期可相應(yīng)順延；否則視為乙方放棄簽證的權(quán)利，工期不予順延：(2)Incaseofthefollowingcircumstances,PartyBshallnotifyPartyAinwritingwithindaysoftheoccurrenceofthematterwiththecauseofthesigningconfirmation,andtheconstructionperiodcanbepostponedaccordinglybythepartieshereto’ssigningconfirmation,otherwise,itisregardedasPartyBgivinguptherightofthesigningconfirmationandnoconstructionperiodwillbepostponed:（1）乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)嚴(yán)格按照施工圖、說(shuō)明書(shū)以及國(guó)家有關(guān)規(guī)定、施工技術(shù)規(guī)范和自來(lái)水管道操作安裝規(guī)程進(jìn)行施工，做好試件和材料的試驗(yàn)和報(bào)驗(yàn)，確保工程質(zhì)量，并按期完工。(1)PartyBshallcarryouttheconstructioninstrictaccordancewiththeconstructiondrawings,specificationsandState’srelevantregulations,workingtechnicalspecificationsandtheproceduresofwaterpipelineoperationandinstallation,anddoagoodjobintestingandinspectionoftestpiecesandmaterialstoensurethequalityoftheprojectandcompletetheprojectonschedule.（2）乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)接受甲方對(duì)工程質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督。如果甲方發(fā)現(xiàn)主要進(jìn)度延誤，或主要工程存在重大質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，甲方以書(shū)面形式通知乙方，乙方應(yīng)當(dāng)在收到甲方書(shū)面通知后

日內(nèi)采取有效措施糾正。(2)PartyB’sprojectqualityshallbesubjecttoPartyA'ssupervision.PartyA,iffindsdelayofthemainprogressormajorqualityproblemsinthemainworks,shallnotifyinwritingPartyBwhichshouldtakeeffectivemeasurestorectifythesituationwithindaysuponreceiptofPartyA'swrittennotice.2．驗(yàn)收2.Acceptance（1）工程竣工驗(yàn)收應(yīng)以施工圖紙、說(shuō)明書(shū)、圖紙會(huì)審記錄、有關(guān)變更的書(shū)面文件、國(guó)家頒發(fā)的施工驗(yàn)收規(guī)范和質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù)。(1)Thecompletionacceptanceoftheprojectshouldbebasedontheconstruct?iondrawings,specifications,drawingreviewrecords,writtenamendmentdocuments,theState-issuedconstructionacceptancenormsandqualityinspectionstandards.第六條工程總價(jià)款及付款方式Article6Totalprojectpriceandpaymentmethod（1）工程預(yù)算總價(jià)款為人民幣元（大寫(xiě)），工程竣工后按實(shí)際工程量結(jié)算，實(shí)際工程量以甲乙雙方驗(yàn)收依據(jù)及共同簽證為準(zhǔn)。當(dāng)工程項(xiàng)目變更較大時(shí)．甲乙雙方應(yīng)及時(shí)對(duì)工程預(yù)算總價(jià)款進(jìn)行調(diào)整，并以調(diào)整后的工程預(yù)算總價(jià)款作為支付進(jìn)度款的依據(jù)。(1)ThetotalbudgetpriceoftheprojectisRMByuan(inword),andtheprojectwillbesettledundertheactualbillofamountuponcompletion,andtheactualquantityofworkshallbesubjecttotheacceptanceandmutualconfirmationoftheparties.ThelargeramendmentshallbeadjustedbypartyAandBwithoutdelayandtheadjustedtotalprojectbudgetpricewillbetakenasthebasisforthepaymentoftheprogresspayment.（2）本工程的總價(jià)款不含市政路面修復(fù)費(fèi)，不含供水主干管分?jǐn)傎M(fèi)。(2)Thetotalpriceofthisprojectshallbeexclusiveofthefeesofmunicipalroadrepairandapportionmentfeeofthewatersupplytrunk.（1）甲方委派的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)代表（工程設(shè)計(jì)部門(mén)）負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)工程建設(shè)進(jìn)行全面管理，處理施工過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的需要甲方協(xié)調(diào)的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)，并參與工程各種驗(yàn)收和簽證工作。如涉及變更事項(xiàng)，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)代表應(yīng)及時(shí)通知乙方。(1)Theon-siterepresentative(engineeringdesigndepartment)appointedbyPartyAisresponsiblefortheoverallmanagementoftheconstruction,dealingwithrelevantmattersrequiringPartyA'scoordinationduringtheconstructionprocess,andparticipatinginvariousacceptanceandconfirmingworksoftheproject.Ifamendmentsareinvolved,theon-siterepresentativeshallnotifyPartyBintime.（2）向乙方提供施工場(chǎng)地，保證運(yùn)輸?shù)缆窌惩ǎ瑫r(shí)提供施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)用水、用電（水電費(fèi)由乙方承擔(dān)）。(2)ToprovidePartyBwiththeconstructionsite,ensurethetransportationroadsmooth,andprovidewaterandelectricityfortheconstructionsite(thecoststhereshallbeaccountableonPartyB).（3）提供本項(xiàng)目施工圖，組織圖紙會(huì)審和設(shè)計(jì)交底。(3)Provideconstructiondrawingsoftheprojectandorganizedrawingreviewanddesigndisclosure.（4）及時(shí)對(duì)工程進(jìn)度、工程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督檢查，參加材料報(bào)驗(yàn)，組織工程的初驗(yàn)，在收到乙方書(shū)面通知起4個(gè)工作小時(shí)內(nèi)參加隱蔽工程驗(yàn)收。(4)Tomakesupervisionandinspection,withoutanydelay,oftheprogressandqualityoftheproject,participateintheinspectionofmaterials,organizetheinitialinspectionoftheproject,andparticipateintheacceptanceofconcealedworkswithin4workinghoursuponthereceiptofPartyB'swrittennotification.2．乙方義務(wù)2.PartyB'sobligations（1）委派現(xiàn)場(chǎng)代表負(fù)責(zé)施工期間的全面管理。該現(xiàn)場(chǎng)代表須持有與本工程項(xiàng)目相適應(yīng)的資格證書(shū)。如變更現(xiàn)場(chǎng)代表應(yīng)事先經(jīng)甲方書(shū)面同意。(1)Todispatchtheon-siterepresentativewhichwiththequalificationcertificatesuitablefortheprojecttoberesponsiblefortheoverallmanagementduringtheconstructionperiod,andnoreplacementthereofwithoutPartyA’spriorwrittenconsent.（2）根據(jù)甲方確認(rèn)的施工圖紙，按照本合同約定完成承包范圍內(nèi)的施工，并按甲方要求的格式書(shū)面提請(qǐng)辦理驗(yàn)收和確認(rèn)手續(xù)。(2)should,inaccordancewiththeconstructiondrawingsconfirmedbyPartyA,completetheconstructionwithinthescopeofthecontractpursuanttotheagreementhereof,andsubmitthewrittenrequestforacceptanceandconfirmationprocedur
