Butisalsooffersanintriguingpageofwrittenexercisesdesignedtoteach
peopletocommunicatebetter.TheWritingCenteralsooffersbooksand
seminarsonwritingbetteratwork,andSummerInstituteforLanguages
offersatutorialonwhatconstituteswrittencommunication.
Whatelsecanaworkerdo?First,seekoutamentoramongprojectleaders,
managersorothermoreseniors,moreexperiencedcolleagues.Second,many
businessesoffercommunications,assertivenessandteam-buildingtraining
courses.Inaddition,somecareerandrecruitingexpertsadviseclientstotake
publicspeakingclasses,signupforwritingcoursesthroughuniversity
