一種金屬夾片式壓電彈簧結(jié)構(gòu)的等效剛度分析(文Thispaperpresentsananalysisoftheequivalentstiffnessofametalclip-typepiezoelectricspringstructure.Thestructureconsistsofametalclip,apiezoelectricceramicdisc,andaspring.Theanalysisisbasedontheprincipleofenergyconservationandtheuseofmechanicalandelectricalmodels.Theresultsshowthattheequivalentstiffnessofthestructurecanbeadjustedbyadjustingthethicknessofthepiezoelectricceramicdisc,thelengthofthespring,andthewidthandthicknessofthemetalclip.Theproposedstructurehasthepotentialtobeusedinvariousapplicationsforitsexcellentabilitytoadjuststiffness.Piezoelectricmaterialspossesstheuniqueabilitytoconvertmechanicalenergyintoelectricalenergyandviceversa.Thispropertymakesthemanattractivematerialforuseinvariousdeviceslikesensors,actuators,andenergyharvestingdevices.Piezoelectricstructurescanbeusedtoconstructdevicesthatcancontrolorgeneratephysicalsignalslikevibrations,strains,anddeformations.Amongthevariouspiezoelectricstructures,piezoelectricspringstructuresareanattractiveoptionduetotheireaseofimplementation,lowcomplexity,andhighadjustability.Themetalclip-typepiezoelectricspringstructureisatypeofpiezoelectricspringstructurethatconsistsofametalclip,piezoelectricceramicdisc,andspring.Thepiezoelectricceramicdiscissandwichedbetweenthemetalclipandthespring.Whenamechanicalforceisappliedtothestructure,thepiezoelectricceramicdiscgeneratesanelectricalchargeduetothepiezoelectriceffect.Theelectricalchargecanbemeasuredandusedtoestimatethemechanicalforceapplied.Inthispaper,wepresentananalysisoftheequivalentstiffnessofthemetalclip-typepiezoelectricspringstructure.Weuseprinciplesofenergyconservationandmechanicalandelectricalmodelstoderivetheequivalentstiffnessofthestructureandinvestigatetheeffectsofvaryingthethicknessofthepiezoelectricceramicdisc,thelengthofthespring,andthewidthandthicknessofthemetalcliponthestiffnessofthestructure.Themetalclip-typepiezoelectricspringstructurecanbemodeledusingbothmechanicalandelectricalmodels.Themechanicalmodelconsidersthebehaviorofthemetalclipandspringwhiletheelectricalmodelconsidersthebehaviorofthepiezoelectricceramicdiscandtheelectricalchargegeneratedduetomechanicaldeformation.Weassumethatthemetalclipandspringhavelinearelasticbehavior,whilethepiezoelectricceramicdischaslinearpiezoelectricbehavior.Themechanicalmodelofthestructureisderivedbasedontheprincipleofenergyconservation.ThepotentialenergystoredinthesystemduetoelasticdeformationofthespringandmetalclipisgivenU= WhereUisthepotentialenergy,xisthedeformation,andkistheequivalentstiffness.Theequivalentstiffnessofthestructurecanbederivedbytakingthederivativeofthepotentialenergyequationwithrespecttodeformation:k=dU/dx=k1+k2+ Wherek1,k2,andk3aretheindividualstiffnessofthespring,metalclip,andpiezoelectricceramicdisc,respectively.Theelectricalmodelofthestructureisderivedbasedonthepiezoelectriceffect.Theelectricalchargegeneratedduetodeformationofthepiezoelectricceramicdiscisgivenby:Q=d31 WhereQistheelectricalcharge,d31isthepiezoelectricAisthearea,tisthethicknessofthepiezoelectricceramicdisc,andxisthedeformation.ResultsandTheequivalentstiffnessofthemetalclip-typepiezoelectricspringstructurecanbeadjustedbyvaryingthethicknessofthepiezoelectricceramicdisc,thelengthofthespring,andthewidthandthicknessofthemetalclip.Theeffectofvaryingtheseparametersontheequivalentstiffnessisdiscussedbelow.VariationofPiezoelectricCeramicThestiffnessofthestructureincreaseswiththethicknessofthepiezoelectricceramicdisc.Thisisbecausethepiezoelectriccoefficient(d31)increasesproportionallywiththethicknessofthepiezoelectricceramicdisc.Asaresult,theelectricalchargegeneratedforagivendeformationalsoincreases,andtheequivalentstiffnessofthestructureVariationofSpringThestiffnessofthestructuredecreaseswiththelengthofthespring.Thisisbecausealongerspringrequiresmoreenergytodeform,andthepotentialenergystoredislower.Asaresult,theequivalentstiffnessofthestructuredecreases.VariationofMetalClipWidthandThestiffnessofthestructureincreaseswiththewidthandthicknessofthemetalclip.Thisisbecausethewiderandthickerthemetalclip,themoreenergyitrequirestodeform.Asaresult,thepotentialenergystoredishigher,andtheequivalentstiffnessofthestructureincreases.Wehavepresentedananalysisoftheequivalentstiffnessofthemetalclip-typepiezoelectricspringstructure.Theanalysisisbasedontheprinciplesofenergyconservationandmechanicalandelectricalmodels.Theresultsshowthattheequivalentstiffnessofthestructur
