聽(tīng)音選圖主要目的在于通過(guò)錄音，來(lái)考查學(xué)生對(duì)圖片的觀察、描述以及圖文轉(zhuǎn)換的能力。主要是細(xì)節(jié)題目的考試，聽(tīng)力原文中直接就包含有代表該圖片的單詞。

短文理解題要求通過(guò)對(duì)聽(tīng)力材料中的事實(shí)性、具體性信息的獲取與處理，以完成對(duì)材料中的關(guān)鍵信息的填補(bǔ)任務(wù)，這是一種將聽(tīng)力與寫(xiě)作能力相結(jié)合的考查題型。文中一般會(huì)涉及到人物、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、事件等相關(guān)要素。要求在聽(tīng)之前,先閱讀需要填詞的句子、并根據(jù)語(yǔ)境及上下文合理大膽推測(cè)短文的主要內(nèi)容、答案可能的方向，做好先期的心里預(yù)設(shè)。準(zhǔn)備越充分，答題把握越大。

在訓(xùn)練中，首先要養(yǎng)成聽(tīng)的良好習(xí)慣。在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中集中注意力，專注于聽(tīng)的內(nèi)容，并學(xué)會(huì)用筆來(lái)記錄在錄音播放時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝的關(guān)鍵信息內(nèi)容，以便把消失的語(yǔ)音信號(hào)“留住”（可以記錄英語(yǔ)單詞短語(yǔ)，也可以記錄中文意思，甚至可以采用只有自己才能看懂的“編碼”方式，記錄關(guān)鍵信息的讀音等。最關(guān)鍵的是速記、準(zhǔn)確。）。

其次，要以句子為單位而不要以詞為單位去聽(tīng)。在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中遇上個(gè)別沒(méi)聽(tīng)清或沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂的詞，切忌停頓下來(lái)去思考糾結(jié)（思考糾結(jié)會(huì)影響后面內(nèi)容的聽(tīng)與理解，導(dǎo)致顧此失彼。）。
