ContractedprojectsinthecalculationoftheTenderOffertouseourdecision-makingtheory,accounting,economicstheoryquotationevaluationstrategy,theAdministrationonfrom,thetechnicalandbusinessonacomprehensiveidentification,comparedtheuseofscientificmethodologyandpracticalpricingbasedonprojectcostreasonablesothatitwonthebidquotation.⑴ThecurrentprojectcostpricingbasedonthecharacteristicsofNotmeettheconditionsofmarketeconomy,internationalanddomesticcontractunderthetenderofferjob.China'sconstructionenterprisesrarelyhavetheirownfixedconstructionbudget,whichprojectstotheinternationalcontractorthetenderoffermustworkmoredifficult.Ourcountrybecauseofthecurrentprojectcostmanagementsystemareplannedeconomymodeatthesetup,totheneglectoftheeconomicstatusofanindependententerprise,theStatedirectlyinvolvedinmanagementactivities,formulateandcontrolconstituteadirectprojectcostofavarietyoffactors,suchasex-factorypriceoftheequipmentandmaterialsprocurementstorage,transport,miscellaneousfees,wages,indirectcosts,suchasmanagementfeesandtaxes.Althoughinrecentyears,varioustypesofengineeringconsultingcompanieshaveemerged,constructionprojectscompetitivebidding,projectmanagementsystem,butatpricingbasedonprojectcost,thefixed,remainthestandardadmissionfeebytheGovernmenttodevelop,manage,andasastatutoryprice.Therefore,inprojectcostmanagement,lightdecision-making,re-implemented,lighteconomy,emphasisontechnicalchangeinthesituationdifficult.⑵.Undermarketeconomyconditionsbiddingtheprojectinaccordancewiththecharacteristicsofpricinginthemarketeconomy,beabletotimelyandaccuratemarketpricestocaptureinformationprojectownersandcontractorsaretomaintainacompetitiveadvantage,controlcostsandtoobtainthekeytoprofitabilityistheprojectbiddingPricecalculationandanimportantbasisforsettlement.Priceshouldbegraduallyliberalizedbythefixedpricingmethodtotransitiontothemarketbytransition,withtheinternationalmarket.Enterprisesaccordingtotheirskilllevelpersonnel,equipment,managementcapabilities,qualifications,experienceandcredibilityofthedevelopmentofsocialenterprisesscaletheirownstandardsandaccesscharges.
