tenanceperiodshallnotpayplatecollisionandvibration.2.主底板安裝Themainfloorinstallation1)安裝主底板前先清洗各加工面防銹油和鐵銹,清除毛刺,與付底板接觸的地方如有涂漆,必須清理到完全見金屬。Eachprocessingsurfacebeforeyouinstallthefloorcleaningrust-proofoilandrust,deburring,wherecontactwiththepayfloorpaint,ifany,mustbecleartoseethemetalcompletely.2)以設(shè)備與主底板連接螺栓孔為基準(zhǔn),劃出主底板中心線,并打清晰印坑。用精密水準(zhǔn)儀測量每塊付底板上表面標(biāo)高并作記錄,同步測量主底板的厚度差,測點(diǎn)在調(diào)整斜鐵組附近,并記錄。Basedonequipmentconnectedtothemainfloorbolthole,underlinethecenterlineofthemainfloor,andmakeclearthesealpit.Eachpayfloorsurfaceelevationismeasuredwithapreciselevelandrecords,measuringthethicknessofthemainflooratthesametime,measuringpointneartheadjustmentAngleirongroup,andrecord.主底板就位前將銹垢油污清除潔凈的地腳螺栓放入預(yù)留套管內(nèi),主底板就位的同步穿好地腳螺栓,螺栓應(yīng)在螺栓孔中間位置。按主底板上表面規(guī)定的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高確定每堆付底板上墊片厚度,用盡量少的墊片使底板到達(dá)所規(guī)定的高度,墊片采用不銹鋼鋼板。緊固地腳螺栓后,先用精密水準(zhǔn)儀、框式水平儀、塞尺測量調(diào)整主底板水平度和標(biāo)高,再用30m長卷尺,掛線調(diào)整主底板的縱橫向中心線位置和對角線尺寸。主底板和調(diào)整墊片之間要全面接觸,用塞尺在側(cè)面檢查,并從側(cè)面輕輕敲擊調(diào)整墊片,以不松動(dòng)為合格,兩主軸承的底板的標(biāo)高相對差應(yīng)不不小于0.08/1000(進(jìn)料端應(yīng)高于出料端),水平度偏差應(yīng)不不小于0.08/1000(中部應(yīng)高出兩邊,不容許出現(xiàn)中間凹下狀況),縱橫向中心線偏差不超過±1.0mm,兩主軸承底板中心線平行度偏差不應(yīng)不小于0.08/1000,跨度和對角線偏差應(yīng)不不小于1.5mm,筒體與端蓋組裝后的實(shí)際跨度如與設(shè)計(jì)尺寸存在偏差,在這種狀況下應(yīng)當(dāng)在獲得有關(guān)方面同意后,按實(shí)際尺寸施工。Beforethemainfloorisinplacewillrustscalereservesmearycleananchorboltintothecasing,themainfloorisinplaceatthesametimeweargoodanchorbolt,boltshouldbeinthemiddleoftheboltholeposition.Accordingtotherequirementsofthemainfloorsurfacedeterminethedesignelevationofeachpiletopaybaseplatethicknessofthegasket,aslittleaspossibleoftheshimplateheightrequired,gasketismadeofstainlesssteelplate.Tightentheanchorbolts,withpreciselevelfirst,boxtypewaterlevelgauge,feeleradjustthemainfloor,levelnessandelevationwitha30mlongmeasuringtape,hanginglinepositionandadjustthebottomhorizontalcenterlineofthediagonalsize.Lordwillfullycontactbetweenbaseplateandtheadjustingshim,checkwithfeelerinflank,andtappingtheadjustmentgasketfromtheside,inordertonotlooseasqualified,twoofthemainbearingfloorelevationrelativedifferenceshouldbelessthan0.08/1000()shouldbehigherthanthematerialfeedendend,levelnesserrorshouldbelessthan0.08/1000(centralshouldbehigherthanthatofbothsides,notallowedtoappearundermiddleconcave),horizontalcenterlinedeviationnotmorethan+/-1.0mm,thecenterlineofthetwomainbearingbaseplateparalleltothedegreeofdeviationshouldnotbegreaterthan0.08/1000,spananddiagonaldeviationshouldbelessthan1.5mm,thecylinderandtheendcoverassemblyaftertheactualspan,thereexisterrorssuchasthesizeanddesign,inthiscaseshouldbeinobtainrelevantapproval,accordingtotheactualconstructionsize地腳螺栓緊固后,螺栓垂直度誤差在1/1000mm以內(nèi),合格后向地腳螺栓套管內(nèi)灌入干燥的河沙或填入油麻,在距套管口200mm深時(shí)用水泥砂漿封口。地腳螺栓的螺母下面必須加墊圈,地腳螺栓應(yīng)當(dāng)用鎖緊裝置鎖緊,可用彈簧墊圈或雙螺母,座漿細(xì)石混凝土到達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度75%以上,才容許擰緊地腳螺栓。Aftertheanchorbolts,boltverticalityerrorwithinthe1/1000mm,afterqualifiedtoanchorboltcasingintodryriversandorfillinoilflax,andin200mmdepthfromcasingmouthsealedwithcementmortar.Undertheanchorboltnutmustaddthegasket,theanchorboltsshouldbeusedforlockingdevicelocking,springwasherordoublenutsareavailable,andapulpfinestoneconcretemeetthedesignstrengthofmorethan75%,areallowedtotightentheanchorbolts.3.主軸承及軸承座安裝1)安裝前應(yīng)拆卸主軸承,清洗所有部件上的用于運(yùn)送的保護(hù)性涂層。仔細(xì)檢查所有零件,清除所有也許影響操作的劃痕或毛刺。安裝主軸承和磨機(jī)筒體時(shí),必須尤其小心地清除軸承上及軸承座內(nèi)部管路的任何雜物,并防止雜物進(jìn)入軸承。銅瓦很輕易損壞,表面一直要保護(hù)。Beforeinstallationshouldremovethemainbearing,cleanallthepartsontheprotectivecoatingfortransport.Carefullycheckallthepartstoremoveallmayaffecttheoperationofthescratchorburrs.Installthemainbearingandmillcylinder,mustbeespeciallycarefultoremovethebearingandthebearingseatinternalpiping,sundriesandpreventdebrisintothebearing.Coppertileiseasytodamage,thesurfaceisalwayswanttoprotect.用車間內(nèi)50t起重機(jī)將軸承座吊裝到主底板上,規(guī)定主軸承座與底板的接觸沿其四面應(yīng)均勻接觸,局部間隙不得不小于0.1mm,不接觸的邊緣長度不得超過100mm,合計(jì)總長不超過四面總長的1/4。Usingworkshopwithin50tcranewillbebearingassemblytothemainfloor,requirementsofthemainbearingandthebottomshouldbeevenlyaroundthethecontact,thelocalclearanceshallnotbegreaterthan0.1mm,donottouchtheedgeofthelengthnotexceeding100mm,totallengtharoundnomorethan1/4oflength.3)初步找正軸承座lookingforbearing將軸承座放在主軸承底板上,在軸承座的頂部法蘭和軸承座的鞍座上確定磨機(jī)的縱橫中心線標(biāo)識,用沖子打上樣沖眼,。P-P上標(biāo)識K1、K2、K3、K4、N1、N2、N3、N4應(yīng)當(dāng)放在兩個(gè)法蘭和鞍座上與中心等距的相似位置上,使(K1-K2)和(K3-K4)到達(dá)相似尺寸可使軸承座到達(dá)平行,為保證軸承座與磨機(jī)中心線垂直,必須讓(K1-K4)和(K2-K3)間距相似,最大容許誤差±0.4,即:(K1-K2)=(K3-K4)=F±0.4,(K1-K4)=(K2-K3)±0.4。中心線L-L應(yīng)與磨機(jī)中心線相重疊(可用一條長鋼絲作模擬),并與主軸承底板的中心線重疊。先固定出料端底座,再調(diào)整進(jìn)料端底座。調(diào)整好后擰緊軸承座的螺栓,后來做任何須要的調(diào)整均須重新檢查所有此前的記錄。將瓦體裝配(包括瓦體和銅瓦)安裝到軸承座上,找正瓦體裝配對瓦座的中心線。按主軸承裝配圖規(guī)定調(diào)整好壓板與銅瓦和鞍形軸瓦座之間的間隙后,擰緊壓板。用水平儀,運(yùn)用磨機(jī)的參照水平中心線調(diào)整軸承使兩軸承到達(dá)相似高度。Putthebearingseatonthemainbearingbaseplate,flangeatthetopofthebearingandbearingsaddledeterminetheverticalandhorizontalcenterlineofmarkofgrinder,punchwithapunchonthesample,P-PmarkK1、K2、K3、K4、N1、N2、N3、N4.Shouldbeplacedintwowiththecenterflangeandthesaddleequidistantonthe (chǔ)上加支撐,支承在筒體上(可用圓鋼插入支撐上端圓孔和筒體螺栓孔內(nèi)使之成一體)防止筒體旋轉(zhuǎn),第一種半齒輪起吊后扣在筒體上方,并對正筒體法蘭和大齒輪法蘭的連接螺栓孔,孔基本對好后將3個(gè)定位銷裝入法蘭孔,穿入所有螺栓,每隔三個(gè)適力擰緊一種(不可太緊),其他用手?jǐn)Q緊即可,將大齒輪安裝到筒體法蘭上。在調(diào)整螺栓處安裝定位墊塊,螺栓頭應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)墊塊上的凹槽,用調(diào)整螺栓頂緊墊塊來微調(diào)大齒輪的位置。用手拉葫蘆配合行車旋轉(zhuǎn)筒體,拆除筒體固定支撐,啟動(dòng)主軸承潤滑站,使安裝好的第一種半齒輪慢慢下轉(zhuǎn)到磨機(jī)中心線如下的位置,下放過程應(yīng)緩慢平穩(wěn),防止大齒輪和筒體作大幅度的擺動(dòng),對鋼絲繩產(chǎn)生大的沖擊。Halfliftinggearshallbemadeintwoequalle
