CocktailCocktailTheHistoryoftheCocktailThetruecreationofapopularcocktailcanbetracedtothenineteenthcentury.Oneearlywrittenreferencetotheterm"cocktail"(asadrinkbasedonspiritswithotherspiritsandadditives)canbefoundinanAmericanmagazine,TheBalance,publishedinMay1806.Itstatedthata"Cocktailisastimulatingliquor,composedofspiritsofanykind,sugar,water,andbitters..."1860to1920–California:TheBirthplaceoftheFirstCocktailsThecocktail'sfragmentedhistorybeginsinthenineteenthcentury.Oneofthefirstmoderncocktailstobenamedandrecognizedisthemartini.Itcanbetracedbacktoan1862recipefortheMartinez.ThisAmericanrecipeconsistedoffourpartssweetredvermouthtoonepartgin,garnishedwithacherry."Professor"JerryThomastendedthebaroftheoldOccidentalHotelinSanFranciscoandreputedlymadethedrinkforagoldmineronhiswaytothetownofMartinez,whichlayfortymilestotheeast.TherecipefortheMartinezinThomas'1887bartender'sguidecalledforOldTomgin

Whatwedoknowisthatby1900,themartinihadbecomeknownnationwideandhadspreadtotheothersideoftheAtlantic.Thisissaidbysometobethebeginningofthegoldenageofcocktails.Duringthistimeabasiclistofcocktailsemergedandsteadilybecamemoreandmorepopular.1920to1933-ProhibitionintheUSAOnJanuary16,1920,theNationalProhibitionActbecamethe18thAmendmenttotheUnitedStatesConstitution.Thismeantitwasillegaltomanufacture,sell,transport,import,orexportany"intoxicatingliquors."Despitethis,muchofthegeneralpublicstillhadwaystogainaccesstotheillegalsubstance,oftenthroughspeakeasiesandprivateparties.Gangstersfocusedonbootleggingandmoonshine,makingChicagoacenterofbooze,gamblingandprostitution.AlCaponewasthemostnotoriouscrimebossandthepowerbehindtheillegalactivitiesinChicagoduringProhibition.Asagangsterandracketeer,Caponebecameoneofthebiggestbootleggersofalltime.

Thepopularityofcocktailsatthattimewasatleastpartlyduetotheneedtocoverupthebadtasteofsomeofthecrudelyproducedhoochsmuggledbythebootleggers.SomeofthecocktailrecipesusedtodaywereinventedinthedaysofProhibitionascocktailrecipesflourishedintheillegalbars,partiesandclubsofmajorAmericancities.BaseliquorGinGinisthegrainasrawmaterial,saccharificationandfermentation,joinGuiSongsondistilled,colorandlustreistransparent,fragrance,suitableforoutstandingsingledrinkoraddsoftdrinkstodrink.金酒(Gin)又叫杜松子酒,是以谷物為原料,經(jīng)糖化、發(fā)酵后,加入桂松子蒸餾而成,色澤透明,香味突出,適宜單飲或加軟飲料飲用。ginVODKAVodka(Vodka)istoputthebarleymalt,wheat,maizeandpotatoes,makeitssaccharification,andcontinuousdistillation,throughcharcoalfilter,becomecolorless,odorlessgasdistillationwine.Vodkaappropriateodddrinkoraddsoftdrinks,andcanbeusedfordrinkingacocktail.伏特加酒(Vodlka)是將麥芽放入大麥、小麥、玉米或馬鈴薯中,使其糖化,并連續(xù)蒸餾,經(jīng)過(guò)木炭過(guò)濾,成為無(wú)色、無(wú)味的蒸餾酒品。伏特加酒適宜單飲或加軟飲料飲用,同時(shí)又可用于調(diào)制雞尾酒。RumRum(Rum)isthesugarcanejuiceorsyrupasrawmaterial,throughmakingmolasses,fermentation,distillation,withoakbarrelsstorageandfinallymaking.Itcanbedividedintomarder,Tim,Timandblacklangissuitableforsingledrinkormatchintothesoftdrinkstodrink.朗姆酒(Rum)是以甘蔗汁或糖漿為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)制作糖蜜、發(fā)酵、蒸餾,用橡木桶儲(chǔ)存而最終制成。它可分為白朗姆和黑朗姆,適宜單飲或配入軟飲料飲用。

WhiskyWhiskeyisthegrainsasrawmaterialsbyfermentation,distillation,alcoholizeandmanufactured.WhiskymostrepresentativeofScotchWhiskymaltWhiskyandSyria,thephilharmonicCanadianWhisky.Whiskycanasingledrinkoricedrink,canalsoaddsoftdrinksordrinkingwater,andcanbeusedinacocktail.威士忌酒(Whisky)是以谷物為原料,經(jīng)發(fā)酵、蒸餾、醇化而制成。威士忌最有代表性的蘇格蘭威士忌(ScotchWhisky)、麥芽威士忌、愛(ài)樂(lè)蘭威士忌和加拿大威士忌。威士忌可單飲或加冰塊飲用,也可加軟飲料或水飲用,并可用于調(diào)制雞尾酒。TequilaTequilaandsaid,usingagavetequilaforrawmaterials,freshagavecutoff,for24hours,extractjuicetojuice,sugarfermentationtwodaystotwoandahalfdays,andthentwointoalcoholdistillation52-53degreestooutstanding,taste,smell,andthenputintothefierceevilinoakbarrels,colourandlustreandtastearemoreunderstatedwinefactoryfor40to50degreescommonly.特基拉酒又稱(chēng)龍舌蘭酒,采用龍舌蘭為原料,將新鮮的龍舌蘭割下后,浸泡24小時(shí),榨出汁來(lái),汁水加糖發(fā)酵兩天至兩天半,然后兩交蒸餾,酒精度達(dá)到52-53度,香氣突出,口味兇烈,然后放入橡木桶中陳釀,色澤和口味都更加醇和,出廠時(shí)酒度一般40-50度。BrandyBrandyisadistillationwine,withfruitastherawmaterial,afterfermentation,distillation,storageisproducedafterinto.Withgrapesdistillationwinecallbrandy,oftenspeakofthebrandy,meanthegrapesforbrandy.白蘭地
