3．在一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)中，句中有be動(dòng)詞或情態(tài)動(dòng)詞時(shí)，否定句在be動(dòng)詞和情態(tài)動(dòng)詞后加not，一般疑問(wèn)句將be動(dòng)詞或情態(tài)動(dòng)詞放在句首。
