通知》(深建標(biāo)〔2020〕2
號(hào))的要求,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制組經(jīng)過(guò)充分調(diào)查研究,認(rèn)真總結(jié)交通建設(shè)領(lǐng)域
技術(shù)應(yīng)用的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),參考國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在廣泛征求意見(jiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,編制了本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的主要內(nèi)容包括:總則;2.術(shù)語(yǔ)和縮略語(yǔ);基本規(guī)定;4.模型創(chuàng)建和管理;5.深化設(shè)計(jì);6.施工模擬;7.現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資源管理;8.預(yù)制加工;進(jìn)度管理;10.質(zhì)量管理;安全和文明施工管理;造價(jià)管理;13.竣工交付。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由深圳市住房和建設(shè)局、深圳市交通運(yùn)輸局聯(lián)合發(fā)布,由深圳市交通運(yùn)輸局業(yè)務(wù)歸口并組織云基智慧工程股份有限公司等編制單位負(fù)責(zé)具體技術(shù)內(nèi)容的解釋。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在執(zhí)行過(guò)程中如有需修改和補(bǔ)充之處,請(qǐng)將意見(jiàn)或建議寄送云基智慧工程股份有限公司(公司地址:深圳市福田區(qū)梅坳一路深燃大廈

定3.1.1 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用的目標(biāo)和范圍應(yīng)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)、合同要求及行業(yè)
BIM
技術(shù)應(yīng)用水平等綜合確定。3.1.2 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用宜覆蓋市政橋梁工程的深化設(shè)計(jì)、施工實(shí)施、竣工驗(yàn)收等施工全過(guò)程,也可根據(jù)工程實(shí)際需要應(yīng)用于某些環(huán)節(jié)或任務(wù)。3.1.3 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用前應(yīng)進(jìn)行施工應(yīng)用策劃,并應(yīng)按策劃方案開(kāi)展應(yīng)用。3.1.4 施工單位應(yīng)根據(jù)應(yīng)用策劃方案分階段制定應(yīng)用計(jì)劃,并應(yīng)按規(guī)定共享或交付應(yīng)用成果。3.1.5 市政橋梁工程施工信息模型宜在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)模型基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)建,也可根據(jù)施工圖、勘察資料等工程文件或采集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)建。3.1.6 根據(jù)施工圖、勘察資料、變更資料等工程文件或采集數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)建的模型應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)交付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。3.1.7 工程發(fā)生變更時(shí),相關(guān)模型元素、信息及相應(yīng)的圖紙應(yīng)同步更新,并應(yīng)進(jìn)行版本管理。3.1.8 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用宜與
GIS計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)聯(lián)網(wǎng)工智能動(dòng)通信等技術(shù)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行融合。3.2 施工應(yīng)用策劃3.2.1 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用策劃應(yīng)與工程整體實(shí)施計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)一致。3.2.2 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用策劃方案宜包含下列內(nèi)容:1 工程簡(jiǎn)介;2 應(yīng)用總體目標(biāo);3 組織架構(gòu)和職責(zé);4 應(yīng)用重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)分析;5 應(yīng)用范圍、深度和流程;6 統(tǒng)一的單位、分部(子分部)、分項(xiàng)工程劃分原則和

分解原則;7 基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)條件需求;8 協(xié)同機(jī)制;9 信息交換要求;10 應(yīng)用成果交付及版本管理要求;11 應(yīng)用實(shí)施計(jì)劃;12 應(yīng)用保障措施;13 評(píng)價(jià)體系。3.2.3 市政橋梁工程信息模型施工應(yīng)用流程編制宜分為整體流程和分項(xiàng)流程。整體流程應(yīng)描述不同施工應(yīng)用之間的邏輯關(guān)系、信息交換要求及責(zé)任主體等。分項(xiàng)流程應(yīng)描述施工應(yīng)用的詳細(xì)工作順序、參考資料、協(xié)同機(jī)制、輸出成果及每項(xiàng)任務(wù)的責(zé)任主體等。43.3 共享與協(xié)同3.3.1 建設(shè)單位宜建立
