?英語新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定:基礎(chǔ)教育階段英語課程的總體目標(biāo)是培育學(xué)生的綜合語言運用能力。綜合語言運用能力的形成建立在學(xué)生語言技能、語言學(xué)問、情感看法、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識等素養(yǎng)整體進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上。而我們老師在平常的教書中就只是單純的為了考試而教,忽視了對學(xué)生文化意識、情感看法的滲透,使課堂形式比較單一枯燥,只是學(xué)生興趣不高。

課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出,要注重培育學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,正所謂興趣是最好的老師,有了興趣,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)就會比較主動,老師教得輕松,學(xué)生學(xué)得有效果,到達(dá)事半功倍的效果。這就要求我們教師要充分鉆研教材,仔細(xì)備課,在各教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中增加趣味性。教師對學(xué)習(xí)材料和內(nèi)容的處理,一般是由易到難,逐步深入,同時要考慮到對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的肯定刺激程度,使學(xué)生的思想始終處于主動狀態(tài),使他們的興趣逐步升級。其次增加教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中的趣味性,教學(xué)手段的多樣化也有助于使學(xué)生的興趣得以保持。呈現(xiàn)語言材料前,教師要想方法為學(xué)生創(chuàng)設(shè)新穎可信的情景,并合理地運用實物、圖片、簡筆畫、多媒體課件等,由此吸引學(xué)生留意力,讓所要呈現(xiàn)的情景更加直觀而富有情趣。

此外,課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中很重要的一點就是在教學(xué)中我們要以學(xué)生為中心,摒棄原來的課堂上以教師為中心,滿堂灌,填鴨式的教學(xué)。通過學(xué)習(xí)后我才發(fā)覺,我們大多數(shù)老師都埋怨說課堂上始終講個不停,喉嚨都啞了,學(xué)生還是不把握,成果還是沒有提高,漸漸地就出現(xiàn)學(xué)生厭學(xué),老師厭教的惡性循環(huán)的現(xiàn)象。歸根結(jié)底是老師在備課的時候沒以學(xué)生為中心,而是根據(jù)自己的想法一味地去灌輸學(xué)問,這樣的教書學(xué)生較為被動,確定達(dá)不到良好的教學(xué)效果。新課標(biāo)中要求我們教師教學(xué)中要注重“以人為本〞,發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體作用。

在教育過程中,以學(xué)生為中心,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性已成為新課標(biāo)中大力推廣的教學(xué)方法。外語教學(xué)中的重點不再應(yīng)當(dāng)是“我們該教些什么〞,而應(yīng)是“我們?nèi)绾卧谡n堂教學(xué)中創(chuàng)造這些條件〞。新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)強調(diào)學(xué)生“能干什么〞,因此,我們在教學(xué)過程中應(yīng)充分重視學(xué)生的主體地位,表達(dá)學(xué)生的主動性和創(chuàng)造性,增添學(xué)生使用英語的能力。只要我們教師充分理解了新課標(biāo)的核心,根據(jù)新課標(biāo)的要求去備課,信任課堂上的教學(xué)效果會到達(dá)意想不到的效果。

此次的新課標(biāo)學(xué)習(xí),讓我受益良多,讓我發(fā)覺了自己在平常教學(xué)中的誤區(qū),在以后的教學(xué)中,我要以新課標(biāo)為中心,仔細(xì)備課,從多種渠道學(xué)習(xí)來不斷提高自己的教學(xué)能力。
