Comparedtopeoplewhowatchedlessthantwohoursoftelevisiondaily,thosewhospent

morethanfourhoursinfrontoftheTVwere49percentmorelikelytodieorhaveaheartattack

orstroke.ButtheundesirablehealtheffectsofwatchingT/appearedtobelimitedtoadultswho

failedtogettherecommendedamountofweeklyexercise.Thatisaround150minutesofmild

physicalactivityon75minutesofstrongexerciseeveryweek.
