許市鎮(zhèn),位于湖南省北部,是湘、鄂兩省交界處的一顆閃亮明珠,地處一湖(洞庭湖)兩原(江漢平原、洞庭湖平原)三?。ㄏ?、鄂、贛)七線(京廣鐵路、武廣高鐵、京珠高速、107國(guó)道、岳常高速、荊岳鐵路、長(zhǎng)江)等多元交匯點(diǎn)上,是武漢和長(zhǎng)沙之間重要的連通道。交通極其便利、區(qū)域輻射性極強(qiáng)。改革開放以來(lái),原有的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?jié)撃芎蛯?duì)外開放的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)得到了發(fā)揮,在吸引外資、引進(jìn)技術(shù)方面占有得天獨(dú)厚的有利條件。

許市鎮(zhèn)有此區(qū)域僅有的號(hào)稱45里的桃花山,風(fēng)光優(yōu)美,花崗巖石材和高嶺土資源豐富。根據(jù)相關(guān)資料,花崗巖儲(chǔ)量約為9億方,開采規(guī)模極大。桃花山的巖性主要為(片麻狀)二云母二長(zhǎng)花崗巖,sio2含量71.75%~73.81%,屬弱過(guò)鋁質(zhì)高鉀鈣堿性系列。加工出來(lái)的花崗巖板材主要為9402型號(hào),是很好的建筑與裝飾材料。目前,當(dāng)?shù)匾延芯植块_發(fā),產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷海內(nèi)外,但由于尚未形成產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模,市場(chǎng)混亂,尚未有知名品牌。

在世界性資源緊缺的今天,石材加工、尤其是石板材行業(yè),是我國(guó)山區(qū)主要的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。引進(jìn)先進(jìn)石材加工生產(chǎn)線,開發(fā)高光澤度規(guī)格石板材不僅體現(xiàn)了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),減小石材資源消耗,延長(zhǎng)人類使用時(shí)間,對(duì)人類拓展生存空間、保持可持續(xù)性發(fā)展具有極大意義。

廠址初步擬定于許市鎮(zhèn)仰山村,距石材原料產(chǎn)地10km,遠(yuǎn)離居民區(qū),水、電、交通便利,附近便是省道1804線,離岳常高速公路入口2km,離荊岳鐵路許市站1.5km,廠址地理位置優(yōu)越。加工廠用地主要為農(nóng)田,采用臨時(shí)租地解決。

1.3.5主要原料及水電供應(yīng)

建成生產(chǎn)需要的原料全由桃花山采石場(chǎng)提供,水、電充足便利。廠址附近有條小河,常年有流水。點(diǎn)從附近變電站引出,需新架電線500米。

2.2花崗巖石板材生產(chǎn)方法

一、花崗巖原料特點(diǎn):

花崗巖是飾面石材的商品分類名稱,并非巖石學(xué)定義?;◢弾r是天然石材,一般指具有裝飾功能、結(jié)構(gòu)致密、質(zhì)地堅(jiān)硬、性能穩(wěn)定、可加工成所需形狀的各種巖漿巖、火山巖和部分深變質(zhì)巖類巖石。常見的巖石有花崗巖、凝灰?guī)r、閃長(zhǎng)巖、安山巖、輝長(zhǎng)巖、輝綠巖、蛇紋巖、玄武巖等。

花崗巖主要用于建筑材料,常用于建筑物、構(gòu)筑物的砌筑,建筑物的裝飾,筑路;在化工、輕工領(lǐng)域用于制做各種耐腐蝕管、槽、容器;在環(huán)境保護(hù)領(lǐng)域用于廢氣、廢液處理設(shè)備;在精密儀器制造領(lǐng)域用于制造測(cè)量?jī)x具。

花崗巖以其硬度高、耐磨損、耐腐蝕、具有裝飾性為特點(diǎn),在建筑業(yè)、建筑裝飾業(yè)倍受歡迎。高級(jí)建筑物使用花崗巖作室內(nèi)外裝飾,在世界上已成一種時(shí)尚?;◢弾r不僅可以使建筑物美觀、耐用,而且已成為可以大宗出口換匯的商品。在中國(guó)花崗巖建筑板材已經(jīng)連續(xù)多年成為建材行業(yè)出口換匯最多的商品。

二、花崗巖礦物組成及主要特征

花崗巖的礦物成分及礦石特征直接關(guān)系到其可加工性的難易、使用性能和裝飾效果。9402型號(hào)是一種比較好的花崗巖板材,具有花紋美觀、硬度高、密度大、易加工等特點(diǎn)。

三、花崗巖的化學(xué)及物理性能

各品種花崗巖的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)隨巖性不同而異,同巖性而產(chǎn)于不同礦床的礦石也有所變化。

花崗巖的化學(xué)成分對(duì)其利用有一定影響,特別是用于耐酸或耐堿更應(yīng)注意,此外對(duì)花崗巖的可加工性、抗風(fēng)化耐腐蝕性的評(píng)價(jià)有一定意義。

四、花崗巖的工業(yè)技術(shù)要求

對(duì)花崗巖的工業(yè)技術(shù)要求因用途的不同而有不同的側(cè)重。

1、對(duì)天然花崗巖荒料的主要要求

建材行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(JC-204-92)對(duì)天然花崗巖荒料的主要要求如下:

荒料必須具有直角平行六面體的形狀?;牧系拇竺鎽?yīng)與巖石的節(jié)理面或花紋走向平行?;牧系囊?guī)格尺寸要求長(zhǎng)度大于或等于140cm,寬度大于或等于60cm,高度大于或等于60cm。外觀質(zhì)量要求同一批荒料的色調(diào)、花紋、顆粒結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)基本一致?;牧系娜苯恰⑷崩?、裂紋、色線、色斑的質(zhì)量要求應(yīng)符合表4.24.6的規(guī)定。

物理性能要求:密度不小于2.50g/cm3;吸水率不大于1.0%;干燥壓縮強(qiáng)度不小于60.0MPa;彎曲強(qiáng)度不小于8.0MPa。

2.對(duì)耐酸、耐堿花崗巖的質(zhì)量要求:

(1)耐酸花崗巖的質(zhì)量要求主要化學(xué)成分要求:SiO2>70%~75%,含量越高耐酸性能越好;Al2O3>13%~15%;Fe2O3<0.5%;CaO<0.8%;MgO<0.4%;耐酸度大于97.5%。硬。熱阻率(經(jīng)過(guò)10~40次熱變化后的抗壓強(qiáng)度)大于16.2MPa,熔點(diǎn)1610℃,膨脹系數(shù)小于8×10-3,吸水率小于1.5%。

(2)耐堿花崗巖的質(zhì)量要求要求CaO、MgO含量高,含量越高耐堿性越好,有些耐酸石材SiO2含量高,但孔隙率小,亦可作為耐堿石材使用。

花崗巖石板材類制品的加工

主要有四種生產(chǎn)線:規(guī)格板生產(chǎn)線、薄板生產(chǎn)線、粗面裝飾板生產(chǎn)線和異型板生產(chǎn)線。本項(xiàng)目根據(jù)目前的市場(chǎng)調(diào)查情況,選用規(guī)格板生產(chǎn)線。

1.花崗石規(guī)格板加工工藝流程:

使用起重機(jī)將荒料裝上荒料車,由擺渡車送至框架式砂鋸工作位置鋸割成毛板,再送往研磨、拋光、切斷等工序加工成光板,最后經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)包裝入庫(kù)。

主要流程:荒料吊裝-→鋸割-→沖洗檢驗(yàn)-→粗磨-→細(xì)磨-→精磨-→拋光-→切斷修補(bǔ)-→檢驗(yàn)包裝
