說(shuō)到這好象是人們自己把壓力帶給自己似的，其實(shí)不管怎樣既然時(shí)代選擇了你，讓你來(lái)到這個(gè)布滿壓力的時(shí)代，那么你也必需英勇面對(duì)壓力，面對(duì)壓力給你帶來(lái)的一切困難與不便，悲觀者會(huì)說(shuō)：“壓力會(huì)隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)展而與日俱增”，但是俗話說(shuō)適者生存，假如你不去面對(duì)壓力你又怎能在這世界上生存呢?怎樣在這社會(huì)上立足、占有一席之地呢?既然你誕生在這個(gè)布滿競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的時(shí)代，那你就必需學(xué)會(huì)接受這一切生活所帶來(lái)的壓力，接受一切不快，用“以不變應(yīng)萬(wàn)變”的老套著數(shù)來(lái)對(duì)待壓力。
