初四的學(xué)生們已具備了一定的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ),對(duì)英語(yǔ)有著極強(qiáng)的好奇心、求知欲,樂于在學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中展示自我。通過在初三時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生對(duì)于人們初次見面的禮儀已經(jīng)有所了解。教師可以通過提問激活學(xué)生的背景知識(shí)。但需要進(jìn)一步的訓(xùn)練和強(qiáng)化,才能達(dá)到熟練運(yùn)用的程度。根據(jù)學(xué)生的認(rèn)知特點(diǎn),教師設(shè)計(jì)了他們感興趣的形式多樣的課堂活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)他們積極踴躍的參與學(xué)習(xí),提高他們綜合運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的能力。效果分析從課堂觀察來(lái)看,本次授課比較成功,效果不錯(cuò)。通過本次課,解決了我們?cè)趯?shí)際教學(xué)中的一些困惑:如何在英語(yǔ)新授課中體現(xiàn)小組合作?設(shè)計(jì)的小組活動(dòng)問題缺少針對(duì)性,操作性不強(qiáng)?學(xué)生分組不合理,缺少小組活動(dòng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)刺激?等。1.教師合理創(chuàng)建合作學(xué)習(xí)小組,明確合作學(xué)習(xí)的任務(wù),分工合作,提高合作效率,充分發(fā)揮小組合作的效能。并制定有效的合作學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)則,讓學(xué)生明白小組活動(dòng)應(yīng)該是各成員共同承擔(dān)責(zé)任、共同完成任務(wù)和分享討論成果的。2、教師給學(xué)生足夠的思考和合作時(shí)間,讓他們最大程度地生成新的課程資源。而且。老師充分調(diào)動(dòng)了每位學(xué)生積極參與學(xué)習(xí)的主觀能動(dòng)性,有效地落實(shí)了學(xué)優(yōu)生幫助學(xué)困生的責(zé)任。讓學(xué)困生也能積極地參與進(jìn)來(lái),讓學(xué)生享受在參與過程中樂趣。3、在組際交流后,教師按一定的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以討論辯論、角色扮演、采訪等方式或運(yùn)用預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)好的練習(xí)題,從知識(shí)的不同層次、不同側(cè)面讓學(xué)生練習(xí)測(cè)試,在學(xué)生自練的基礎(chǔ)上,讓其互評(píng)、互議、互批、互改等手段來(lái)解決,使“互動(dòng)式”教學(xué)反饋迅速,有利于提高互動(dòng)效果。但還有很多問題有待我們通過集體智慧去解決這個(gè)問題。教材分析
