捷變頻磁控管用自潤滑滾動軸承的研究Abstract:Thispaperproposestheuseofself-lubricatingrollingbearingsinagilevariablefrequencymagnetrontubes.Theself-lubricatingrollingbearingshavethecharacteristicsofhighbearingcapacity,lowfrictioncoefficient,goodwearresistance,andlongservicelife.Inthispaper,thestructureandperformanceofseveralself-lubricatingrollingbearingsareintroduced.Finally,theapplicationofself-lubricatingrollingbearingsinvariablefrequencymagnetrontubesisanalyzed,andtheresultsshowthattheuseofself-lubricatingrollingbearingscansignificantlyimprovetheperformanceofvariablefrequencymagnetrontubes.

Introduction

Agilevariablefrequencymagnetrontubesarewidelyusedinplasmapowersources,thinfilmdeposition,andmicrowavecommunicationsystems.Theperformanceandstabilityofthemagnetrontubedependonthequalityofthebearingsused.Thetraditionalbearingshavethedisadvantagesofshortlife,highfriction,andlowbearingcapacity,whichlimitthedevelopmentofmagnetrontubes.
