安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群顱頜面部的三維頭影測(cè)量摘要:目的:本文旨在對(duì)安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群的顱頜面部進(jìn)行三維頭影測(cè)量,以期提供該地區(qū)口腔領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)和參考。
方法:選取100名安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群中的50名男性和50名女性,通過(guò)三維頭影測(cè)量系統(tǒng)對(duì)其顱頜面部進(jìn)行測(cè)量,獲得各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。
結(jié)果:經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)量和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群頭顱各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)與全球平均值相近,但顳骨凸度指數(shù)略高于平均值。同時(shí),男性與女性在一些測(cè)量指標(biāo)上存在明顯差異,如垂直面夾角和上牙弓高度等。
結(jié)論:安徽地區(qū)正常(牙合)人群的顱頜面部三維頭影測(cè)量結(jié)果為常數(shù),但同全球平均值相比,顳骨凸度指數(shù)略高,可為該地區(qū)口腔領(lǐng)域提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。

Abstract:Objective:Thispaperaimstoconductthree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementsonthecraniofacialregionofnormal(occlusion)populationsinAnhuiregion,inordertoprovidebasicdataandreferencefortheoralfieldofthisregion.
Method:Fiftymalesandfiftyfemaleswereselectedfromthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregion,andtheircraniofacialregionsweremeasuredwithathree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementsystem.Variousdatawereobtained,andtheresultswerestatisticallyanalyzed.
Result:Aftermeasurementandstatisticalanalysis,itwasfoundthatthecraniofacialmeasurementsofthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregionweresimilartotheglobalaverage,butthetemporalboneconvexityindexwasslightlyhigherthantheaverage.Meanwhile,thereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenmalesandfemalesinsomemeasurementindicators,suchastheverticalplaneangleandtheupperdentalarchheight.
Conclusion:Thethree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementresultsofthecraniofacialregionofthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregionareconstants,butthetemporalboneconvexityindexisslightlyhigherthantheglobalaverage,whichcanprovidereferencedatafortheoralfieldofthisregion.

ThestudyfoundthattheverticalplaneangleinthecraniofacialregionofthenormalpopulationinAnhuiregionissimilartothatofotherpopulationsaroundtheworld,indicatingthattheverticaldimensionofthefaceisrelativelyconstantacrossdifferentethnicgroups.However,thetemporalboneconvexityindex,whichisameasureoftheprotrusionofthetemporalbone,wasslightlyhigherintheAnhuipopulationthantheglobalaverage.ThisfindingsuggeststhattheAnhuipopulationmayhaveamoreprominenttemporalbone,whichmayhaveimplicationsfortreatmentplanninginorthodontics.
Inaddition,theupperdentalarchheightwasalsomeasuredinthisstudy.TheresultsshowedthattheupperdentalarchheightinthenormalpopulationinAnhuiregionisconsistentwiththeglobalaverage.Thisfindingsuggeststhattheupperdentalarchheightisrelativelyconstantacrossdifferentethnicgroups,whichisimportantforachievingoptimaldentalocclusionandfunction.
Inconclusion,thisstudyprovidesvaluablereferencedataforthethree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementofthecraniofacialregioninthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregion.Theresultsshowthatwhilecertaindimensionsandanglesareconstantacrossdifferentethnicgroups,theremaybeslightvariationsthatshouldbetakenintoaccountintreatmentplanning.FurtherresearchisneededtoexploretheimplicationsofthesefindingsforclinicalpracticeintheoralfieldInadditiontoprovidingvaluablereferencedataforclinicalpractice,thisstudyalsohasimplicationsforfutureresearchinthefieldofcraniofacialmeasurements.Oneavenueforfurtherexplorationistheimpactofageoncraniofacialdimensionsandangles.Whilethisstudyspecificallyfocusedonadults,theremaybesignificantchangesincraniofacialmeasurementsduringgrowthanddevelopment.Understandingthesechangescouldhaveimportantimplicationsfororthodontictreatmentplanninginyoungerpatients.

Finally,advancesintechnologyandimagingtechniquesmayalsoleadtonewinsightsintocraniofacialmeasurements.Forexample,three-dimensionalprintingtechnologycouldallowforthecreationofpatient-specifictreatmentplansbasedonprecisecraniofacialmeasurements.Additionally,theuseofcone-beamcomputedtomography(CBCT)imagingmayallowformoreaccurateanddetailedmeasurementsofcraniofacialstructures.
Overall,thisstudyprovidesimportantbaselinedataforthethree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementofthecraniofacialregioninthenormalpopulationinAnhuiregion.Ithighlightstheneedforfurtherresearchinthefieldandunderscorestheimportanceofincorporatingpatient-specificmeasurementsintotreatmentplanningforoptimaloutcomesInadditiontothepotentialclinicalapplicationsofCBCTimagingforcraniofacialmeasurements,thetechnologyalsoholdspromiseforresearchpurposes.CBCTimagingallowsforthecaptureofthree-dimensionalimagesofthecraniofacialregion,whichcanbeusefulinstudyinganatomicalvariationsandabnormalities,aswellastrackingchangesovertime.
