巧妙的課堂構(gòu)思,多方位開發(fā)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語寫作意識比較實用!教學(xué)是一門科學(xué),也是一門藝術(shù)。具有較高的英語語言水平并不等于就具有較強(qiáng)的英語教學(xué)能力。英語教師應(yīng)精心于課堂教學(xué)策略,創(chuàng)設(shè)問題情境,誘導(dǎo)學(xué)生開口,增加語感,組織交流討論,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,培養(yǎng)英語思維能力和綜合運(yùn)用能力。中學(xué)英語教師不僅應(yīng)重視提高英語語言素質(zhì),還應(yīng)重視提高教學(xué)及教學(xué)策略能力,這就需要加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代外語教學(xué)理論學(xué)習(xí)和研究,用先進(jìn)的教學(xué)理論指導(dǎo)自己的教學(xué)行為,不斷提高教學(xué)技能。英語學(xué)習(xí)是師生之間、學(xué)生之間思想、情感、信息交流的過程,是師生間、學(xué)生間傳遞信息和接收信息的交際過程。教學(xué)雙方都為對方提供信息。教師大量的語言信息輸出對學(xué)生來說就是大量的信息輸入,學(xué)生通過感知、理解、歸納、記憶等心理活動接收處理、儲存、運(yùn)用信息,當(dāng)然,學(xué)生的反饋作為信息輸出對教師和其他同學(xué)而言又成為信息輸入。教學(xué)的每一步都應(yīng)如此,大量信息的輸入→轉(zhuǎn)換→輸出。通過如此反復(fù)、多元、多渠道的交際活動使學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和掌握英語知識,逐步形成運(yùn)用英語的能力。
但是,目前我們農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀仍令人憂慮。英語教學(xué)和教育的軟環(huán)境亟待改善,教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)的探討及評價還未達(dá)成共識,評價模式尚未建立,缺乏參照體系。新課標(biāo)中雖然明確規(guī)定了新型的教師觀、教學(xué)觀,但是模塊英語教學(xué)對教師的專業(yè)素質(zhì)要求更高。教育實踐表明,專業(yè)素質(zhì)越高,應(yīng)變能力越強(qiáng),教法運(yùn)用越靈活,教學(xué)效果越顯著。由此可見隨著教學(xué)理論和教學(xué)方法隨之不斷發(fā)展變化。我們中學(xué)英語教師在承擔(dān)模塊英語教學(xué)任務(wù)的同時,還應(yīng)進(jìn)行教學(xué)方法的課題研究,精于學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)外各種教學(xué)流派的理論和方法,揚(yáng)長避短、博采眾長,大膽實踐,勇于創(chuàng)新,在英語教學(xué)過程中努力提升自己的專業(yè)素質(zhì),做一名新時代的優(yōu)秀英語教師。
