ProjectManager窗口中的拷貝了原Ctrl+A選中所有物將原模型以YZ平面為對(duì)稱面劈開,保留X軸正半軸的部Modeler>Boolean>Split ne:YZKeepFragments:PositivesideSplitObjects:Splitentireselection修改計(jì)算區(qū)Draw>+X:-X:設(shè)置激將模型旋轉(zhuǎn)到SplitMaxwell>Excitations>Assign>Value:-0.5*MagType:Stranded選中最右邊線圈的另一截面Maxwell>Excitations>Assign>CurrentBaseName:PhaseA_outType:Stranded點(diǎn)擊SwapDirection,保證電流的方向是流出截面。選間的線圈截面Maxwell>Excitations>Assign>CurrentBaseName:PhaseB_inValue:Mag選間線圈的另一截面Maxwell>Excitations>Assign>CurrentBaseName:PhaseB_outValue:Mag點(diǎn)擊SwapDirection,保證電流的方向是流出截選中最左邊的線圈Maxwell>Excitations>Assign>CurrentBaseName:PhaseC_inType:Stranded選中最左邊線圈的另一截面Maxwell>Excitations>Assign>Value:-0.5*MagType:點(diǎn)擊SwapDirection,保證電流的方向是流出截面。設(shè)置計(jì)算參數(shù)(AssignExecutiveParameter)Maxwell>Parameters>Assign>Matrix彈出Matrix窗在Setup子菜單下,include欄中確認(rèn)打在 Processing子菜單下,Turns欄中全部改為選中PhaseA_in_1,PhaseA_in_2,PhaseA_點(diǎn)擊按鍵:Group將Group名改為選中PhaseB_in_1,PhaseB_in_2,PhaseB_點(diǎn)擊按鍵:Group將Group名改為選中PhaseC_in_1,PhaseC_in_2,PhaseC_點(diǎn)擊按鍵:Group將Group名改為Check&查看計(jì)算結(jié)果為原來的一半,因?yàn)槟P鸵彩窃瓉淼囊焕L制4個(gè)永磁體磁環(huán)的磁場分布。建模Project>InsertMaxwell3DFile>Saveas>Magnet(工程命名選擇求解器類型:Maxwell>SolutionType>項(xiàng)目管理器中的MaxwellDesign1,重命名為創(chuàng)建第1DrawRegularPolyhedron(創(chuàng)建多邊形柱體1)輸入centerposition:(X,Y,Z):(0,0,-輸入圓柱體的半徑和(dX,dY,dZ):(40,0,8)Numberofsegments:36將RegularPolyhedron1重命名為Ring01_1,顏色改為DrawRegularPolyhedron(創(chuàng)建多邊形柱體2)輸入centerposition:(X,Y,Z):(0,0,-輸入圓柱體的半徑和高度:(dX,dY,dZ):(30,0,8)Numberofsegments:36將RegularPolyhedron1重命名為選中Ring01_1和Hole(用Ring01_1減去Hole,得到圓環(huán)柱Modeler>Boolean>SubtractBlankParts:Ring01_1ToolParts:AddMaterialMaterialNameMaterialCoordinateSystemCylindricalMagnitude-837000RComponentRing1_1loal的軸為線,向外沿半徑方向發(fā)散。右鍵:EditDuplicateAlongTotalNumber:將Ring01_1_1重命名創(chuàng)建局部坐標(biāo)Modeler>CoordinateSystem>Create>RelativeCS>(X,Y,Z):(120,-50,0)設(shè)置局部坐標(biāo)系的坐標(biāo)雙擊CoordinateSystems欄下的RelativeCS1,將其重命名為:選中鼠標(biāo),Edit>將Ring01_2磁環(huán)的工作坐標(biāo)系改為局部坐標(biāo)系Ring1_2ReatCMa01_2的將工作坐標(biāo)系切換回GlobalModeler>CoordinateSystem>SetWorking>創(chuàng)建磁環(huán)3和磁環(huán)選中Ring01_1和右鍵:EditDuplicateAlongTotalNumber:ModelerCoordinateSystemCreateRelativeCSBoth(XY,):12,2,0)設(shè)置坐標(biāo)系的翻轉(zhuǎn):(dX,dY,dZ):(1,雙擊CoordinateSystems欄下的RelativeCS1,將其重命名為:將工作坐標(biāo)系切換回GlobalModeler>CoordinateSystem>SetWorking>選中鼠標(biāo),Edit>將Ring02_2磁環(huán)的工作坐標(biāo)系改為局部坐標(biāo)系CloneMaterialMaterialName:MaterialCoordinateSystem:CylindricalMagnitude:-837000RComponent:ZComponent:Ring02_1沿全局坐標(biāo)系Global的Z軸方向Ring02_2沿局部坐標(biāo)系RelativeCS_Mag02_2的Z軸方向磁創(chuàng)建計(jì)算區(qū)域?qū)⒐ぷ髯鴺?biāo)系切換回GlobalModeler>CoordinateSystem>SetWorking>GlobalDraw>Region ysisSetup)Maxwell3D> ysisSetup>AddSolutionSetup最大迭代次數(shù) umnumberofpasses:誤差要求 Percent 每次迭代加密剖分單元比例:RefinementperPass 非線性殘差:NonlinearResidual:Check&查看繪出磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度矢量FieldsBB_VectorMin:0去除MapSize選項(xiàng)調(diào)節(jié)Size滑標(biāo)到其1/3將Spacingsize滑標(biāo)移到Min
