OnlyaVOCC(oragreementofVOCCs)mayenterintoaservice
contractascarrier.只有有船承運(yùn)人(有船承運(yùn)人協(xié)議)可以作為承運(yùn)人簽訂服務(wù)合同。
NVOCCsmayenterintoservicecontractsasshippers,butnotascarrier.

shipperatcarrier’scontainerdepotfortheirownpacking;訂艙一經(jīng)確認(rèn),承運(yùn)人應(yīng)保留艙位并向托運(yùn)人簽發(fā)托運(yùn)單,告知有關(guān)集裝箱箱號(hào),
