DepartmentResponsibility質量部QCsafetyresponsibility1、遵守國家法令，執(zhí)行上級有關安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)章制度，熟悉安全生產(chǎn)技術措施。在質量監(jiān)控的同時，顧及安全設施的狀況與使用功能和各部位洞邊防護狀況，發(fā)現(xiàn)不佳之處，及時通知安全員，落實整改；Ifanypotentialproblemsfoundinthequalitychecking,informsafetysupervisororprojectmanagerandhastherighttostopconstructionforresolution,thengoondoingthework；2、懸空結構的支撐，應考慮安全系數(shù)，不準由于支撐質量不佳，引起坍塌，造成安全事故發(fā)生；Forsuspendingstructuresupports,checkthesafetyfactors.Donotpermitanydefectivesupports,whichwillcollapseandcausesafetyaccidents；3、在施工中，結構安裝的預制構件的質量應嚴格控制與驗收，避免因構件不合格造成斷裂坍塌，帶來安全事故的發(fā)生；Strictlycontrolthefabricationqualitytoensurenobreaks,nocollapseandanyotheraccidents；4、在質量監(jiān)控過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)安全隱患，立即通知安全員或項目經(jīng)理，同時有權責令暫停施工，待處理好安全隱患后，再行施工。Ifanypotentialdangerfoundinthequalitychecking,reporttosafetysupervisorsorprojectmanagerimmediately.Hehastherighttostoptheconstructionuntilitiscorrected.工程安全控制要點

本項目部將為每一位員工配備所有必要的、合格的、適用的個人防護用品。安全眼鏡、安全面具、安全帽、安全鞋及各其他的勞動保護用品，如手套、安全帶等。安全與健康計劃

施工臨時道路及必須經(jīng)過的廠區(qū)道路各交叉口設置醒目提示標志，以引導及規(guī)范司機不得進入施工范圍之外的場地和道路。在我們工區(qū)施工平面圖范圍標識的區(qū)域設置施工警示牌，以提示我們員工活動范圍應在允許場地活動，不得進入生產(chǎn)或辦公區(qū)域。當施工結束并且工作區(qū)域已經(jīng)安全，負責樹立安全圍繩的人員應負責將其解除。Cautionsignsaretobeputupinthetemporaryaccessandallthecrosses.Instructionsshouldbegiventoallthedriversthattheycannotdriveintheareaandroadoutoftheconstructionsite.Andcautionsignswillbeputupinpositionperthelayoutdrawings.Alltheworksaretobedoneintheconfinedareaandnoentrytoproductionandofficearea.Andsignsaretobeputupafterthefinishingofthelayoutplan；安全與健康計劃

SafetyandHealthPlan電氣設備檢查、測試與標簽程序ElectricalEquipmentInspection,TestingandTagProcedure1、電氣設備進入現(xiàn)場，必須經(jīng)過專業(yè)電工的檢查，貼上相應的電氣檢查表格，送安全部門審查。Beforeenteringsite,allelectricalequipmentsmustbeinspectedbyprofessionalelectrician,taggedwithrelativeinspectiontableandsubmittedittosafetydepartmentforreviewing；2、安全部門接到設備檢查表后，對照電氣設備安全標準進行設備的檢查和測試。Afterreceiptofthistableinsafetydepartment,inspectandtestequipmentaspersafetystandard；3、經(jīng)過測試和檢查并在檢查表上作出其狀態(tài)，合格的貼上安全標簽或安全色標以表示，此設備可以使用反之則作出記錄，清除出現(xiàn)場或修理后再驗收。Aftertestingandinspection,stateitsstatusininspectiontable.Putonsafetytagormarkedwithsafetycolorforacceptedequipmentswhichcouldbeputintoproduction.Otherwise,itwillberecorded,movedoutofsiteorrepairedforfurtheracceptance；

SafetyandHealthPlan文明施工安全標準HouseKeepingsafetystandards1、工作進行過程中，要盡量避免工作現(xiàn)場雜亂無章，廢物充塞。Clutterandtrashwillbekepttoaminimumwhileworkisinprogress；

2、交接班期間和下班之前，必須將工作現(xiàn)場清掃干凈。Workareawillbecleanedupduringtheshiftandpriortoleaving；3、在每個星期指定的日期和時間，要組織員工對整個項目現(xiàn)場進行清理。Onceaweekonadesignateddayandtime,personnelwillconductageneralcleanupoftheentireprojectsite；

4、每天交班之前，將所有的橡皮電線和焊機用橡皮線收拾停當，并妥善保存。在存放之前，必須進行例行檢查，看看是否有需要修補的地方。Allhoses,electricalcordsandweldingleadsmustbeneatlygatheredandstoredattheendoftheshift.Theymustbeinspectedpriortostoragetodeterminewhetherrepairsneedtobemade.Hoses,electricalcordsorweldingleadsshallnotbestorageareaiftheyareinanunusablestate；

SafetyandHealthPlan文明施工安全標準HouseKeepingsafetystandards6、廢料、廢物必須要放入指定的垃圾箱里，垃圾箱至少要每天清空一次。Trash,rubbishmustbeplacedinpropercontainers,whichwillbeemptiedasaminimumonadailybasis；

7、廢料/廢物和垃圾箱必須放置在工作區(qū)域附近和其它易于使用的適當位置。Trash/rubbishandgarbagecontainersmustbeplacednearworkareasandotherappropriateloclientionsforeaseofuse；

8、在項目現(xiàn)場上嚴禁露天焚燒廢料/廢物或垃圾。Openburningoftrash/rubbishorgarbageisstrictlyforbiddenontheprojectsite；9、嚴禁在施工現(xiàn)場填埋或回埋廢料。Buryingorbackfillingwasteonsiteisprohibited；

SafetyandHealthPlan電氣設備安全標準ElectricEquipmentSafetyStandard1、電氣設備和線路必須良好。裸露的帶電導體應該安裝于碰不著的地方，設置安全遮欄和明顯的警告標志。Electricalequipmentandroutingshouldbesound.Theexposedconductorwithpowershouldbeinstalledinnon-toucharea,withsafetyshedandnotablemarkforwarning；
