n,coonstruuctionnscheedule,,themainconsttructiionmeethodandaaseriiesoffmeassuresforttechnoologiccalquualityy,saffetyiinprooductiionanndcivvilizaationconsttructiion.Keywordss:Archhitectturaldesiggn;Sttructuuralddesignn;Connstrucctionmanaggementtdesiign;Frameesstrructurre;LLoadccalcullationn前言畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是大學(xué)本本科教育培養(yǎng)養(yǎng)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的的重要階段,也也是綜合性和和實(shí)踐性極強(qiáng)強(qiáng)的最后一個(gè)個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),是是畢業(yè)前的綜綜合學(xué)習(xí)階段段,是深化、拓拓寬、綜合教教和學(xué)的重要要過程,是對(duì)大學(xué)期期間所學(xué)專業(yè)業(yè)知識(shí)的全面面總結(jié)。是我我們學(xué)生運(yùn)用用所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)礎(chǔ)理論、專業(yè)業(yè)知識(shí)和基本本技能進(jìn)行建建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、施施工設(shè)計(jì)的重重要實(shí)踐過程程,涉及綜合合運(yùn)用建筑、結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)、施工、設(shè)設(shè)備、給排水水和相關(guān)學(xué)科科的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)識(shí)。在老師的的指導(dǎo)和同學(xué)學(xué)的幫助下,我我完成了這次次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)課題——濟(jì)南市高級(jí)級(jí)技術(shù)學(xué)院辦辦公樓。這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),我我們土木工程程專業(yè)的學(xué)生生要完成該工工程從初步設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)到施工完完成的整個(gè)過過程,可以說說涉及知識(shí)面面比較廣,比比較全面!工工程量也很大大!在設(shè)計(jì)中,一方面面要把所學(xué)的的知識(shí)運(yùn)用到到設(shè)計(jì)、施工工中去,熟悉悉國家有關(guān)規(guī)規(guī)范、條例和和規(guī)程并知道道如何去查找找規(guī)范里的相相關(guān)條文;另另一方面,由由于現(xiàn)代化建建筑一般都具具有密度大,高高度高,功能能多,設(shè)備復(fù)復(fù)雜,裝修豪豪華,防火要要求和管理自自動(dòng)化水平高高,需要各工工種交叉配合合。因此,通通過這次畢業(yè)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),擴(kuò)大大學(xué)生非本專專業(yè)知識(shí)面也也是十分重要要的。所以在這次畢業(yè)設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)中,我們們不僅僅溫習(xí)習(xí)了以前所學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)知知識(shí)還學(xué)習(xí)到到了很多新的的知識(shí)和實(shí)踐踐,讓我們?cè)谠谧詈蟮拇髮W(xué)學(xué)時(shí)光里,更更多的去體會(huì)會(huì)一項(xiàng)工程的的產(chǎn)生是多么么具有價(jià)值和和付出的。讓讓我們時(shí)刻提提起努力的旗旗幟,去創(chuàng)造造我們的成功功。由于畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是一一種初步的嘗嘗試,涉及專專業(yè)比較多,加加上條件和水水平所限,不不可避免地存存在疏漏與錯(cuò)錯(cuò)誤,敬請(qǐng)土土木學(xué)院資深深專家、教師師批評(píng)指正。第一部分建筑筑設(shè)計(jì)1設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)1.1.建筑平面面設(shè)計(jì)(1)依據(jù)建筑功能要要求,確定柱柱網(wǎng)的尺寸,然然后,再逐一一定出各房間間的開間和進(jìn)進(jìn)深;(2)根據(jù)交通、防火火與疏散的要要求,確定樓樓梯間的位置置和尺寸;(3)確定墻體所用的的材料和厚度度,以及門窗窗的型號(hào)與尺尺寸。1.2.建筑立面面設(shè)計(jì)(1)確定門窗的立面面形式。門窗窗的立面形式式一定要與立立面整體效果果相協(xié)調(diào);(2)與平面圖對(duì)照,核核對(duì)雨水管、雨雨棚等的位置置及做法;(3)確定墻體立面裝裝飾材料做法法、色彩以及及分格藝術(shù)處處理的詳細(xì)尺尺寸。1.3.建筑剖面面設(shè)計(jì)(1)分析建筑物空間間組合情況,確確定其最合適適的剖切位置置。一般要求求剖到樓梯及及有高低錯(cuò)落落的部位;(2)進(jìn)一步核實(shí)外墻墻窗臺(tái)、過梁梁、圈梁、樓樓板等在外墻墻高度上的關(guān)關(guān)系,確定選選用那種類型型的窗臺(tái)、過過梁、圈梁、樓樓板及其形狀狀和材料;(3)根據(jù)平面圖計(jì)算算確定的尺寸寸,核對(duì)樓梯梯在高度方向向上的梯段的的尺寸,確定定平臺(tái)梁的尺尺寸。2方案設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的要要求,本方案案盡量追求完完美,造型美觀大大方、新穎,有有辦公樓特色色,方案可實(shí)實(shí)施性較強(qiáng)。2.1.建筑平面面設(shè)計(jì)平面上力求簡單、規(guī)規(guī)則、對(duì)稱,整整個(gè)建筑平面面為大體上為為矩形結(jié)構(gòu),既既有利于自然然采光和自然然通風(fēng),同時(shí)時(shí)又有利于抗抗震。整棟建建筑為南北朝朝向,建筑物物主入口的朝朝向?yàn)槟线?。本工程為現(xiàn)澆混凝凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)。在框架結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)的平面布布置上,柱網(wǎng)網(wǎng)是豎向承重重構(gòu)件,柱網(wǎng)網(wǎng)布置既要滿滿足建筑平面面布置和使用用功能的要求求,又要使結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理理,構(gòu)件種類類少,施工方方便。柱網(wǎng)布布置還應(yīng)與建建筑分隔墻布布置互相協(xié)調(diào)調(diào),一般常將將柱子設(shè)在縱縱橫建筑墻交交叉點(diǎn)上,以以盡量減少柱柱網(wǎng)對(duì)建筑使使用功能的影影響??蚣芙Y(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)常用的柱柱網(wǎng)布置方式式有:內(nèi)廊式式、外廊式、等等跨式、不等等跨式等。本本框架結(jié)構(gòu)采采用兩跨等跨跨式柱網(wǎng)布置置。建筑物的的總長為566.34米,總寬度為為13.444米,其長寬比比滿足6度抗震設(shè)防防區(qū)建筑物長長寬比不允許許超過6.00的要求。2.2.建筑立面面設(shè)計(jì)該辦公樓在建筑立立面上門廳以以上采用玻璃璃幕墻,有效效的滿足室內(nèi)內(nèi)采光的要求求,同時(shí)可以以表現(xiàn)簡潔和和現(xiàn)代感,還還增加了立面面的美觀效果果。建筑立面面和豎向剖面面上力求規(guī)則則,避免立面面的凹進(jìn)或突突出,使結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)的側(cè)向剛度度變化均勻,有有利于結(jié)構(gòu)抗抗震。2.3.建筑剖面面設(shè)計(jì)建筑物的剖面圖要要反應(yīng)出建筑筑物在垂直方方向上各部分分的組合關(guān)系系。剖面設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)務(wù)是確定建筑筑物各部分應(yīng)應(yīng)有的高度、建建筑物的層數(shù)數(shù)及建筑空間間的組合關(guān)系系。在建筑物物的層高上,該該辦公樓的層層高為一層33.9m,,其其他各層為33.6m,室室內(nèi)外高差為為0.60mm??偨ㄖ吒叨葹?5..3m,滿足足6度抗震設(shè)防防烈度區(qū)建筑筑物高寬比不不允許超過44的要求。另另外從室內(nèi)采采光和通風(fēng)的的角度考慮,窗臺(tái)的高度取1.0m。屋頂為平屋頂形式。此設(shè)計(jì)滿足“適用用、經(jīng)濟(jì)、美美觀的總體要要求,建筑平平面簡潔、明明快、體現(xiàn)時(shí)時(shí)代待征,結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)方案合理理,體系選擇擇準(zhǔn)備、技術(shù)術(shù)先進(jìn)、利于于施工,裝飾飾簡潔適用、經(jīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)。3建筑設(shè)計(jì)說明本工程為濟(jì)南市高高級(jí)技術(shù)學(xué)院院辦公樓,該該工程總面積積約為28662m2。該工程位位于抗震設(shè)防防烈度為6度的區(qū)域,設(shè)設(shè)計(jì)基本地震震加速度為00.05g,設(shè)計(jì)地震震分組為第二二組,框架抗抗震等級(jí)為四四級(jí)。3.1.圖中標(biāo)注注除有特別注注明外,標(biāo)高高以米計(jì),尺尺寸以毫米計(jì)計(jì)。3.2.本圖根據(jù)據(jù)任務(wù)書要求求不考慮抗震震。房屋正常使用年限限為50年。3.3.放樣以現(xiàn)場實(shí)際為放樣樣依據(jù)。4建筑材料及做法4.1.墻體工程程墻體采用240厚厚加氣混凝土土砌塊。4.2.門窗鋁合金門窗、塑鋼鋼窗和木質(zhì)夾夾板門、木門門。4.3.樓地面做做法20mm厚1:33水泥沙漿找找平層。110mm厚砼現(xiàn)現(xiàn)澆板。20mm厚板底抹抹灰層。4.4散水做法法混凝土散水寬10000毫米。4.5水管及雨雨水口屋面雨水口做法詳詳見圖集;水水落管材料采采用直徑為1100PVCC水落管。4.6挑出墻面面的雨棚等構(gòu)構(gòu)件凡未特別注明者,其其上部粉刷11:2水泥砂漿,并并找5%挑水坡。其其下部粉刷11:2水泥砂漿155厚白色1066涂料,并做做30mm寬滴滴水線。第二部分結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)1結(jié)構(gòu)方案1.1建筑結(jié)構(gòu)選選型本工程是濟(jì)南市高高級(jí)技術(shù)學(xué)院院辦公樓,建建筑面積為2862㎡,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)選型為鋼筋筋混凝土框架架結(jié)構(gòu)。建筑筑結(jié)構(gòu)按材料料分為砌體結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu),混凝土土結(jié)構(gòu),鋼結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)等,各類類結(jié)構(gòu)都有一一定的適用范范圍,應(yīng)根據(jù)據(jù)材料性能、結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)形式、受受力特點(diǎn)和結(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)使用要求求及施工條件件等因素合理理選擇。一般般而言,無筋筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)主要用于建建筑多層住宅宅、辦公樓、教教學(xué)樓以及單單層工業(yè)廠房房;鋼結(jié)構(gòu)多多用于建造超超高層建筑以以及有重型吊吊車,跨度大大于36m或有特特殊要求的廠廠房。其余情情況可用鋼筋筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)。本工程用用鋼筋混凝土土結(jié)構(gòu)即可。1.2結(jié)構(gòu)布置及及計(jì)算簡圖設(shè)計(jì)資料建設(shè)地點(diǎn):濟(jì)南市市西北部,n=50;基本風(fēng)壓:0.445;基本雪壓壓:0.3地面粗糙類別:BB類地質(zhì)條件:地基承承載力的標(biāo)準(zhǔ
