心血管病(英語演講)CardiovascularDiseaseSelf-introductionHobby:Photograph，Basketball，ReadingHometown：LeshangiantBuddhaMajor：AgriculturalMechanizationself-introductionCVDDefinition1Factor2Data3Prevention4ContentCardiovasculardisease(CVD)isaclassofdiseasesthatinvolvetheheartorbloodvessels.DefinitionCDVmaybecausedbyhighbloodpressure,smoking,diabetes,lackofexercise,highbloodcholesterol,poordiet,andexcessivealcoholconsumption,amongothers.Highbloodpressureresultsin33%ofCVDdeaths,whiletobaccoresultsin27%,diabetes22%,lackofexercise18%.Itshowsthatfrom1990to2013,thefatalitiesofCDVisincreasingannually.FatalitiesMorbidityThepictureshowsthemorbidityofdifferenttypesofCDV.obviously，theperipheralvasculardiseaseisthemainfactorandabout180millionpeopleweresufferingfromit.TotalCVDaccountedforalmost40%ofthedeathsinNYSin2008andaccountedforagreaterpercentageofthedeathsthanthenextfourleadingcausescombined.Coronaryheartdiseaseaccountedforover27%ofalldeathsinNYSin2008.Theage-adjustedrateofCVDmortalityinNYS(589per100,000)washigherthantheUSrate(544per100,000)in1980andremainedconsistentlyhigherthrough2007,with268per100,000inNYSversus251per100,000intheUS.AlthoughtotalCVDmortalitydeclinedinNYSfromarateof589per100,000in1980to268per100,000in2007,itremainstheprimarycauseofdeathinNYS.Alow-fat,high-fiberdietincludingwholegrainsandfruitandvegetables.Fiveportionsadayreducesriskbyabout25%Itisestimatedthat90%ofCVDispreventable.PreventionTobaccocessationandavoidanceofsecond-handsmoke.Limitalcoholconsumptiontotherecommendeddailylimits;consumptionofstandardalcoholicdrinksperdaymayreduceriskby30%.However,excessivealcoholintakeincreasestheriskofcardiovasculardisease.ReducesugarconsumptionsIncreasedailyactivityto30minutesofvigorousexerciseperdayatleastfivetimesperweek.Decreasebodyfatifoverweightorobese.BecausetheredifferenttypesofCVD,sowhenthereisanemergency,it'shardforanaveragemantodosomethinghelpful,sothebestwaytoreducetheliferiskofCVDiscalling120.
